Liankun Still Unlawfully Detained Harbin Train Station police arrested practitioner Mr. Cheng Liankun from
Harbin City; his girlfriend, also a practitioner; and another woman practitioner
who had recently started practicing Falun Gong. The arrest happened at the train
station in the evening on December 24, 2006. The police found truth
clarification VCDs on them. They were held at the Harbin Railroad
Detention Center and were prevented from meeting with their families. Cheng
Liankun's girlfriend and the other practitioner have been released, but Mr.

Prison Practitioners are locked in a cold room each morning and they are forbidden
to return to their cells at noon. Practitioner Mr. Jin Chengquan was held in solitary confinement several days
ago for doing the Falun Gong exercises. One unnamed practitioner was tortured on the Death Bed for
persisting in his belief in Dafa. 3. [Heilongjiang Province] Additional Information Regarding the Arrest of
Practitioners Mr. Sun Ren, Mr. Gong Fengqiang, and Mr. Ma Honggang This is an update on practitioners Mr. Sun Ren, Mr. Gong Fengqiang, and Mr.
Ma Honggang who were arrested by agents from the Gaoleng Forestry Bureau in
Heilongjiang Province. Practitioner Ms. Wu Shulian was arrested from Gong
Fengqiang's home. Wu Shulian was sent to the No. 1 Detention Center on December
24, 2006. Police in Gaoleng savagely beat practitioner Gong Fengqiang until he
lost consciousness. According to a witness, Mr. Gong was unable to walk when he
was taken to the Yilan County Detention Center. He was carried from a car, and
two people had to hold him during an interrogation. He is extremely weak. The
police sent him to Yilan County Chinese Medicine Hospital for a check-up just

It happened during the morning of November 14, 2006. Then they ransacked her
home, claiming she was distributing truth clarification materials. They took
Dafa books and some truth clarification materials and then sent her to Xishui

confiscated his computer(s), printer(s), and truth clarification materials. 6. [Xinyang City, Henan Province] Practitioner Mr. Zhang Xianfeng Detained
and Home Ransacked 610 Office agents ransacked the home of practitioner Mr. Zhang
Xianfeng from Xinyang City on December 21, 2006. He is probably being held at
the No. 2 Detention Center in Xinyang City. 7. [Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhang Xinqi Still
Detained Practitioner Ms. Zhang Xinqi who lives in Shenzhen City was arrested by
Futian District police in June 2006. She is currently being held at the Futian
District Detention Center. 8. [Anhui Province] Practitioner Mr. Pan Rongchun Arrested in Wenzhou City,
Zhejiang Province Mr. Pan Rongchun from Anhui Province was arrested in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang
Province on June 20, 2006. His lawyer phoned his family and told them Mr. Pan
would be subjected to an illegal trial at the Tunxi District Court in Huangshan

was arrested from home by officers from the district National Security Division

the Fuda Custody Center in Mei County the next day. He refused to write a
guarantee statement and was sent to the Sanshui Brainwashing Center
on December 22, 2006. 11. [Botou City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Mr. Fu Qimou Arrested Mr. Fu Qimou from Botou City was arrested from home. It happened on the
evening of December 1, 2006. Four officers from the Bo Town Police Station
including Yang Yue participated in the arrest. The police officers extorted more
than 3,000 yuan from his family and released him later that night. 12. [Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province] Practitioner Ms. Yu Yingzhu Still Detained We have found out that Baimalong Forced Labor Camp officials in Zhuzhou City,
Hunan Province, have refused to release practitioner Ms. Yu Yinzhu from Zhuzhou
City after detaining her for two-and-a-half years. They affirmed that they have
extended her sentence by six months. Ms. Yu's employers, the Zhuzhou Metallurgical Refinery (now called the
Zhuzhou Metallurgical Refining Corporation, Ltd.) played quite a negative role

Camp Torture Practitioners Twelve practitioners were put in Wanjia Forced Labor Camp the end of November
2006. Guards Yu Fangli and Wu Hongxun tortured practitioners with excruciating
methods including hanging them and shocking them with high-voltage electric
batons. Several guards monitored practitioners with electric batons in their
hands while practitioners ate in the canteen. 14. [Tumen City, Jilin Province] Practitioners Mr. Jin Chengquan and Mr.
Zhang Songfan Tortured at the Jilin City Prison Police from the Yanbian Autonomous Region arrested practitioners Mr. Jin
Chengquan and Mr. Zhang Songfan from Tumen City for clarifying the truth of
Falun Gong. The two practitioners are of Korean descent. Jin Chengquan's mother
tried to visit him at the Jilin City's Prison on December 19, 2006, but prison

National Security Team Arrest Practitioners Mr. Fan Jianguo and Mr. Ji Jun and
Send Them to Wangcun Forced Labor Camp 16. [Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province] Some Information About Practitioners
Mr. Zhao Qiming and Ms. Xu Chunmei's Arrest A person who doesn't know the truth of Falun Gong reported practitioners Mr.
Zhao Qiming, around 53 years old, and Ms. Xu Chunmei, around 62, to police when
they were clarifying the truth of Falun Gong to people in the Zaoziping
Supermarket on December 24, 2006. Personnel from the Zaoziping Police Station
arrested the two practitioners. Ms. Xu Chunmei clarified the truth to the police
on the spot, saying she was once a cancer patient and after practicing Falun
Gong she gained a new life. Police told her to go home and get verification from
the hospital. She thus escaped arrest. Mr. Zhao's whereabouts are unknown. 17. [Sanmenxia City, Henan Province] Police Arrest Practitioner Mr. Wei
Lifeng at Home Police arrested practitioner Mr. Wei Lifeng at home and ransacked the place
at noon on December 22, 2006. He is presently being held at Sanmenxia City's
Detention Center. Mr. Wei is in his 40's and lives in the residential area under the
jurisdiction of Sanmenxia City Police Department. He works in the Shaanxian
County's Detention Center. 18. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Supplemental Information Regarding
the Arrest of Practitioner Ms. Mo Shaomei Practitioner Ms. Mo Shaomei was arrested the afternoon of December 24, 2006.

Technology Museum; the Display Is Poisoning People's Minds Telephone number: 86-21-58880636 20. [Anshan City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Mr. Qu Dianwen Arrested Practitioner Mr. Qu Dianwen was arrested and his home ransacked. He is being
held at the Anshan City Discipline Center. 21. [Luoyang City, Henan Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhao Ying is Held at the
Dasuo Village Police Station in the Jianxi District, Luoyang City 22. [Qichun County, Hubei Province] Practitioner Mr. Han Shanhe Is Being Held
at the Qinduankou Prison in Wuhan City Practitioner Mr. Han Shanhe, in his 30s, from Qichun City was sentenced to
imprisonment for validating Falun Dafa and is being held at Qinduankou Prison in
the Hanyang District, Wuhan City. His term will expire on December 31, 2006. It has been reported that, in order to prevent those practitioners who are
being held at the Qinduankou Prison from going home after their terms expires,
personnel from the Wuhan City 610 Office transfer the practitioners from the
prison to a brainwashing center before 6:00 p.m. on the day their terms expires.
They torture practitioners in the center and try to force them to
"reform." 23. [Hengshui City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Wenping and Ms. Li Peng
Persecuted 24. [Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Mr. Yang Dejun Still
Being Held 25. [Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province] Practitioners Ms. Wei Min and Ms.
Zhang Lingqing Persecuted Meng Fanhua reported practitioners Ms. Wei Min and Ms. Zhang Lingqing
from Zaozhuang City when they were posting truth-clarifying materials on October
29, 2006. Personnel from the Shengli Road Police Station in the Shizheng
District arrested them. The next day, officers from the 610 Office at the
Shizhong District Police Department and from a local police station ransacked
their homes. No one was at Ms. Wei's home, so the police broke in. Both families
had 2,000 yuan extorted from them. Ms. Li spoke up for Falun Gong during a legal system test in March 2000, and
personnel from the county's police department National Security Section

Practitioner Ms. Wang Wenping from Hengshui City was arrested for clarifying the
truth on the Internet. Her home was ransacked, and police found copies of The
"Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party" and over a
hundred copies of truth-clarifying materials. Ms. Wang has been held at a
detention center for over a month already.
Practitioner Ms. Li Peng is presently being held at Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp in
Baoding City, Hebei Province.
Personnel from the Qingshuihe Police Station in Shenzhen City arrested
practitioner Mr. Yang Dejun. He lives on Linyuandonglu Road in the Futian
District. The arrest happened the night of November 9, 2006, because his son was
discovered when distributing truth-clarifying materials. Police put the father
into the Luohu District Detention Center and persecuted him for a month. Mr.
Yang was transferred from the detention center to a social welfare station for
further persecution on December 8. Family visits are prohibited.

26. [Shanghai] More Than Twenty Policemen Broke into Practitioner Ms. Jin

27. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Aixiang and Others Being
Held at the No.1 Detention Center in Wuhan City
Police arrested practitioners Ms. Wang Aixiang, Ms. Xia Chun'e, and Ms.
Huang Caixiu on December 19, 2006, when they posted truth-clarifying materials.
They are currently being held at the Wuhan City No.1 Detention Center.
28. [Qingyang City, Gansu Province] Practitioner Ms. Li Lixia Fired
Ms. Li Lixia, in her 20s, was a teacher at the Mengba Town Elementary
School, Zhenyuan County. She chose to live in exile in August 2005 to avoid
further persecution. The Labor Administration Bureau (LAB) in Zhenyuan County
dismissed her from her job in September 2006. She appealed through legal
channels, but bureau director Luo Zhen refused to hear her appeal, offering a
variety of excuses. She is still jobless.
She went to Beijing to appeal for justice for Falun Gong during the 2001 Chinese
New Year, but she was sent back and held in the county detention center for over
50 days.
Zhenyuan County Police Department officials detained her for over 30 days,
citing her with distributing Falun Gong related letters in November 2001.
