(Clearwisdom.net) Police from the Public Security Bureau and the 610 Office in Yanqing County, Beijing, arrested 20 Dafa practitioners and illegally sent them to forced labor camps in 2006. The families of those Dafa practitioners have suffered greatly and bore huge hardships.

On February 24, 2006, practitioner Song Changye was arrested at home in Shiheying Village, Chengguan Township, Yanqing County.

On February 25, 2006, practitioner Zou Huiying from Xiguancun Village, Chengguan Township, Yanqing County, was taken away from home by seven plainclothes police led by Ding Zhenghua, Director of the Women's Organization in the village.

On February 26, 2006, Lu Yulian, Dafa practitioner from Hongshiwan Village, Qianjiadian Town, Yanqing County, was arrested by the police from the police sub-station in Qianjiadian.

On February 27, 2006, Guo Zhengying, an employee of the Epidemic Prevention Office in Yanqing County, was arrested at home.

On April 26, 2006, Tang Shuying, a Dafa practitioner from Xiguan Residential Compound, Zhengguan Town, Yanqing County, Beijing, was arrested.

Lu Xiuzhi and Liu Zhengyu, two Dafa practitioners from Yanqing County, were arrested and their home was illegally raided. Their eighty-year-old father was left alone at home.

On June 28, 2008, Shi Yingjie, a Dafa practitioner from Konghuaying Village, Yongning Town, Yanqing County, was arrested. He was thirty-one years old and an employee at the railway station. During his detention, he was tortured and developed the symptoms of heart attack, high blood pressure and stroke. Once he was on the brink of death and was sent to the Yanqing County Hospital. On September 19, 2006, the Beijing Public Security Bureau illegally arrested him again. He is now detained at the Second Custodial Station under the Seventh Department of the Public Security Bureau.

On June 28, 2006, more than 20 policemen raided the home of 36-year-old Wen Junqing at No. 8 Lane 3, Nancaiyuan, Yanqing County. She was an employee of the local tax department of Sihai Village, Yanqing County. Police arrested her and another practitioner, Shi Yingjie. She was sentenced to two years in a forced labor camp.

On June 30, 2006, the principal and staff members from the No. 4 Primary School in Yanqing City, together with the police, arrested 50-year-old Wang Xiuqin, a retiree from the No. 4 Primary School, and sentenced her to a forced labor camp. She was once arrested by the police from the National Security Section on June 19, 2005, but two weeks later she managed to walk out of the forced labor camp with righteous thoughts. She then became destitute and homeless to avoid further persecution. The police searched for her everywhere. They stopped her pension and persecuted Ms. Wang both mentally and economically.

On July 1, 2006, 40-year-old Dafa practitioner Ying Meili was arrested by her work unit leaders and the police when she was working at the property management company at the Ankang Residence Compound in Yanqing County. She was sent to a forced labor camp.

On July 26, 2006, police arrested Guo Zhenhua, a Dafa practitioner in her forties who lived at Wangquanying Village, Yanqing Town, Yanqing County. One day, policeman Qi Feng went to her home, and she clarified the truth about Falun Gong to him. He left, and soon returned with other policemen and a search warrant. They took her away and raided her home. Ms. Guo was sentenced to two years in a forced labor camp.

On the evening of October 20, Wang Suxia was arrested. She hadn't completely recovered from a car accident yet at that point. Her husband was forced to leave home, leaving their elderly mother and teenage daughter at home.

On October 21, Zhang Shufeng at Bialidian Village was arrested, leaving her child without parental care.

On October 22, officers from the police station in Yanqing County came to harass Liu Xiuqin at Shiheying Village. She didn't cooperate with the unreasonable demands of the perpetrators, and the police failed to arrest her.

On October 23, 60-year-old Huang Qiuying from Dongguan Village, Yanqing County was arrested at home.

On October 24, Liu Chunshu and Ma Xianling from Qianjiadian Village were arrested. This left Ms. Liu's 90-year-old father-in-law and her disabled brother without their care.

On October 29, Sun Shuying from the Xinxing Residential Compound in Yanqing County was arrested.

At about 8:00 p.m. on the evening of November 12, 40-year-old Fan Jirong was arrested. She lived in Room 102 of Building 8 Dongli, Weiquan District South, Yanqing County. Five plainclothes police came into her home and read a statement authorizing sending her to a forced labor camp. Ms. Fan didn't cooperate with the illegal arrest at all. Because the police were in plain clothes and they were in a residential area, they did not arrest her openly. They made some phone calls, and several other police came and forcibly carried her to the police car. Ms. Fan shouted loudly, "Falun Dafa is good!" Fan Jirong, together with Ma Xianling and Liu Chunshu, who were detained earlier, were sentenced to two years in a forced labor camp. Zhang Shufeng was sentenced to two and a half years.

At 6:00 a.m. on the morning of November 15, 50-year-old Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Jiuzhou from the Liubinbao Village of Yanqing County and another Dafa practitioner, Mr. Wu Dongsheng from the same village, were arrested.
