1) Mr. Li Fengyuan from the Baodi District of Tianjin lived in Nanyanwo Village, Bachengmen Township, the Baodi District. Police arrested him on the evening of August 5, 2007, when he was running an errand. They ransacked his home at 10:00 a.m. the next day. Li Fengyan is currently held at the Baodi District Detention Center.

2) Ms. Li Zexia from Fengtai Town, Ninghe County, Tianjin, was arrested by Zhang Bin and other officers from Fengtai Town Police Department the morning of August 12, 2007. The police subsequently ransacked her home and confiscated Falun Gong materials. Ms. Li is currently held at Ninghe County Detention Center.

3) Mr. Zhai Shiqi from Xiaoyangfu Village, Jituo Township, Ninghe County, is in his 50s. He was arrested on August 19, 2007, when explaining the facts of the persecution. Mr. Zhai is currently held at the Ninghe County Detention Center.
