that took place in 34 cities or counties in 13 provinces. Eighteen practitioners
were subjected to mistreatment during detention, and at least 33 practitioners
were illegally arrested. 1. [Hailin City, Heilongjiang Province] Four Practitioners Arrested On October 10, 2007, on the Hailin City Farm of Heilongjiang Province,
practitioners Ms. Wang Fengying, Ms. Li Zhonghua, Ms. Yu Shuqin and Ms. Gao were
arrested by Hailin City Police. On the night of October 10, practitioner Ms. Zhao Minru was arrested by the
police from the Yuanming Police Station, Mudanjiang City. She was released the

State Security Police Sent by Captain Cui Xingguo on the Night of October 10,
2007 3. [Heilongjiang Province] The Persecution of Practitioners in Qianjin Forced
Labor Camp During the CCP's so-called "National Holiday" October 1 gathering
in the labor camp, detained practitioner from Shuangcheng City Ms. Gao Guofeng
shouted "Falun Dafa is good." She was cruelly beaten by a group of 6-7
police officers, and has since been locked up in a small cell. Another practitioner from Yilan City, Ms. Lü Huiwen, has become very weak
due to brutal torture. The forced labor camp also ordered Ms. Lü and her family

Minru was arrested by police from the Yuanming Police Station, where she was
detained. Phone number for the Yuanming police station: 86-453-6245110 5. [Jincheng town, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Liu Mei Arrested On October 4, Jincheng police arrested practitioner Ms. Liu Mei, who was
transferred to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp on October 10 for persecution. 6. [Jilin Province] Jiutai Forced Labor Camp Persecuting Practitioners Li
Wenzhi and Zhang Xingcai Refusing to give up his belief in Falun Dafa, Mr. Li Wenzhi was subjected to
serious torture, and he went on a hunger strike to protest. In the forced labor
camp, guards force-fed him with half-cooked salted corn flour, causing his
bodyweight to drop drastically and he looked like a skeleton. Yanji City's practitioner Zhang Xingcai has been tortured by guards in the
Jiutai Forced Labor Camp. The evil persecutors forced him to sit on a flat piece
of wood from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day. He was only given two meals of
black flour buns a day, which was far from enough to sustain his energy. He has
difficulty walking. 7. [Qingyuan County, Hebei Province] Mr. Liu Jianjun Detained in a Forced
Labor Camp Practitioner Mr. Liu Jianjun, a farmer in his forties in Wenruen Town,
Qingyuan County, Baoding City, was arrested and his house was ransacked. Police
took his computer, two electronic books, and two volumes of Zhuan Falun.
Currently, Liu Jianjun is being detained in the Baoding Forced Labor Camp. 8. [Huailai County, Hebei Province] Five Practitioners Including Wang Yanjun
Arrested At around 3:00-4:00 p.m. on October 9, 2007, the 610 Office and
State Security Brigade from Huailai County, Zhang Jiakou City, Hebei Province,
ransacked practitioner Ms. Wang Yanjun's home, and took a DVD player, ten MP3s,
cash and other items. They also arrested Wang Yanjun and practitioners who came
to her house, including Mr. Wang Cunlai, Mr. Xu Shaorong, Ms. Li Fengqin, and
one other practitioner whose name is unknown. These five practitioners were

86-313-6860821 9. [Luoyang City, Henan Province] Ms. Mao Chunxia Arrested--Her Whereabouts
Still Unknown On the morning of December 23, 2006, Luoyang City's practitioner Ms. Mao
Chunxia, 33, an employee of the Luoyang City locomotive factory, was arrested at
home by Chanhe District (Luoyang City) State Security Brigade and given a 15-day
detention term. Her current whereabouts are still unknown. 10. [Wuhan City, Hebei Province] Practitioners Zhang Tao and Liu Hailong
Persecuted At around 10:00 p.m. on September 19, 2007, practitioner Zhang Tao, 29, was
arrested by Wuhan City 610 Office agents. They not only took his computer,
copier, paper cutter, and book binding machine, but also arrested him, leaving
his parents to care for his baby daughter, who is less than a year old. Now,
Zhang Tao is detained in the Dongxihu, Etouwan Brainwashing Center. Practitioner Mr. Liu Hailong, 50, a graduate of the Huazhong School of
Technology, was employed by Huazhong Power Company as a director of the
foundation construction department. He was fired from his post because he went
to appeal in Beijing for the legal rights of Falun Gong practitioners. At around 10:00 p.m. on June 26, 2007, Mr. Liu was arrested by police from
Huaqiao station. His cell phone, computer, several hard-drives, MP4 players, CD
copier, and other items were taken. Police took him to the Chenjiaji 610 Office
Brainwashing Center in Jiangan District. 11. [Rongcheng City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Wang Lihua Unlawfully
Detained At around midnight on October 11, 2007, Ms. Wang Lihua, a practitioner in
Shidao area, Rongcheng City, was arrested by local police and her home was
ransacked. She is now detained in the Rongcheng City Detention Center. 12. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Wang Zhiliang Detained in a
Brainwashing Center Practitioner Mr. Wang Zhiliang, 54, was an employee of a supply and marketing
company. He was reported to local police while passing out Falun Dafa
truth-clarification materials. For this act, he was arrested and detained at the Capital City Brainwashing
Center in Hebei Province. 13. [Shenzhou City, Hebei Province] Chenshi Village Practitioner Mr. Wang
Xuzhao's Home Ransacked on October 10, 2007 14. [Qianan City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Cui Qingru Arrested On the evening of October 10, 2007, practitioner Ms. Cui Qingru, 45,
was arrested and her house was ransacked. 15. [Beijing] Five Practitioners Arrested by Mapo Police, Shunyi District On July 24, 2007 at 9:30 a.m., five practitioners were arrested at Caigui
Delicatessen. They were Mr. Shao Yu, Ms. Liu Guifang, Ms. Zhao Jingzhen, Mr.
Yang He and Mr. Sun. 16. [Tianjin City] Liu Xiuqin Forced into Homelessness Early in the evening on October 9, 2007, practitioner Ms. Liu Xiuqin's home
in Hongqiao District, Titanjin City, was ransacked by seven to eight policemen
who forced their way in and took her computer, books and other items. In order
to avoid arrest, she chose to become homeless. 17. [Tianjin City] Practitioner Xu Zhihong Arrested On October 10, 2007, at 6:00 p.m. practitioner Mr. Xu Zhihong, 53, a resident
of a small area called Xianchungyuan, part of Hongqiao District, was arrested,
and his house ransacked by Hongqiao police. The police gained entrance by
cutting the power to the house to induce a family member to open the door. 18. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Wang Haohong Arrested On September 12, 2007, practitioner Ms. Wang Haohong, 41, was arrested by
Jining City's Nanxinzhuang Police Station, and on October 7, she was transferred
to the Lingnan Brainwashing Center for persecution. 19. [Dingzhou City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Mr. Zhang Yinger Arrested Mr. Zhang Yinger, 63, lost his right arm due to an accident earlier in his
life. At 1:00 p.m. on October 6, 2007, more than 10 police officers from the
Dingzhou City Public Security Bureau stormed into practitioner Zhang Yinger's
home in Neibao Village, Ziwei Town, and ransacked his house, then arrested him.

Practitioner Mr. Zhang Qiwang and Ransacking of His House On the evening of October 9, 2007, more than 10 police officers stormed into
the home of practitioners Mr. Zhang Qiwang and Ms. Bai Shuqin. The officers took
Teacher's picture, all Falun Dafa books and related materials, a computer, a
printer, a paper cutter, a copier, a cell phone and 25,000 yuan in
cash. They also arrested Mr. Zhang Qiwang and detained him at the Qing County
Detention Center. Police officer Han Lei is responsible for persecuting practitioners:

Falun Gong practitioners: 86-13903177075 21. [Xian City, Shanxi Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Jiali Arrested for the
Third Time Xian City practitioner Ms. Wang Jiali, 46, former employee of the National
Cotton Weaving factory in Baqiao District, Xian City, lost her job in 2001
because she refused to give up practicing Falun Gong. At 10:00 p.m. on October 10, 2007 , Ms. Wang was arrested at her home by
officers from the Beilin sub-bureau 610 Office, the Shapo Police Station, and
Jiaotong University police. She was taken to the Changan County Brainwashing
Center for the third time. In 2005 she had been detained at a forced-labor camp
for one year. 22. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Practitioners Ms. Zhang Xiuhua
and Her Husband Mr. Sun Genluo Persecuted Practitioner Ms. Zhang Xiuhua of Waxia District, Nanjing City, has been
detained in the Nanjing City Brainwashing Center many times. On June 2, 2007 when Mr. Sun Genluo was visiting his hometown of Jiangdu
City, he was arrested by Jiangdu police for passing out truth-clarification
materials. On July 18 the Raohuamen Police Station in Nanjing City also arrested
his wife, Zhang Xiuhua. Now Sun Genluo is in a forced labor camp, whereas his
wife is in the brainwashing center controlled by the Nanjing City 610 Office. Nanjing City 610 Office: 86-13813871995 23. [Jiyuan City, Henan Province] Practitioner Ms. Wu Chunxian Arrested by
the Shuangqiao Police Station on October 10, 2007 24. [Chenzhou City, Hunan Province] Yongxing County Practitioner Ms. Huang
Xiaofen Arrested on October 11, 2007 and Persecuted in the Chenzhou City
Brainwashing Center 25. [Huangmei County, Hubei Province] Practitioners Mr. Hu Borong and Ms.
Huang Yulan Arrested On October 10, 2007, while practitioners Mr. Hu Borong and Ms. Huang Yulan of
Xiaochi Town, Huangmei County were clarifying the truth about Falun Dafa in
Shigan Village of Fenlu Town, they were reported, and then arrested by police
from the Fenlu Police Station. Currently, they are detained in the Shili
Detention Center, in Huangmei County. 26. [Pi County, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Ms. Zheng Qilan and Her
Husband Arrested and Their Home Ransacked On September 29, 2007, Shahe area (Tangyuan Town, Pi County, Sichuan
Province) practitioner Ms. Zheng Qilan and her husband were arrested at their
home. Her husband has been released, but Ms. Zheng Qilan is still detained at
the Xiqu Police Station. On the next evening at about 9:00 p.m. in the same Shahe area, another
practitioner, Mr. Zheng Qihong, was arrested and his home ransacked by a large
police contingent from the county 610 Office, criminal police brigade,
consolidated quest force, and local police. They confiscated Dafa materials and
a satellite receiver. Mr. Zheng was taken to the Xiqu police station where he
was brutally beaten with an iron chain. The officials were trying to extort a
"confession." Since Mr. Zheng refused to confess anything, they
released him. Now Zheng Qihong is forced to live a homeless life to avoid
further persecution. 27. [Huanggang City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Ms. Yu Kangmei's Home
Ransacked On October 15, 2007 Huanggang City Public Security Bureau and local police
station police stormed and ransacked Ms. Yu Kangmei's home. Ms. Yu got away
safely with righteous thoughts. 28. [Foshan City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Li Yuzhen was Arrested on
the Morning of October 10, 2007 29. [Weiyuan County, Sichun Province] Practitioner Mr. Lin Chunquan Arrested
and Taken to Weiyuan County Detention Center On October 1, 2007, police in Gaoshi Town of Weiyuan County arrested homeless
practitioner Mr. Lin Chunquan who was taken to the Weiyuan County detention
center for persecution. 30. [Yiyang City, Hunan Province] Practitioner Ms. Ruang Fanghua Detained On October 7, 2007, while Yiyang City's practitioner Ms. Ruang Fanghua, 57,
and another practitioner were passing out truth-clarifying materials on the east
street of Renmin in Changsha City, they were arrested by the local police. 31. [Wuchang City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Mr. Ren Xiangdong Arrested
and Taken to Yang Yuan Street Brainwashing Center On October 11, 2007, Wuchang City practitioner Mr. Ren Xiangdong was arrested
at work by local police and was taken to the Yang Yuan Brainwashing Center. His
wife is pregnant and the baby is about to be born, and his mother is unemployed
at home. 32. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Practitioner Mr. Liu Yun and Others
Illegally Detained After being detained in Hefei City's Women's Forced Labor Camp for two years,
the jail terms of practitioners Ms. Liu Yun and Mr. Chen Ming expired in
September 2007. Because they refused to be "transformed," they have
been brutally tortured, and their terms of imprisonment were extended. In 2006, since Ms. Shi Yuying was forcibly taken to the Hefei Women's Forced
Labor Camp, she's been on a hunger strike protesting the persecution. Officials
at the camp have been force-feeding her. 33. [Fuyang City, Anhui Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Zhen Arrested 34. [Chongqing City] Practitioner Ms. Huang Zhenglan Arrested Practitioner Ms. Huang Zhenglan, 45, from Chongqing City's Changshou
District, was arrested at home on the afternoon of September 29, 2007. Her
whereabouts are currently unknown. In 2005, Huang Zhenglan was detained in a small cell in a women's forced
labor camp, where she was inhumanely tortured, causing her to suffer from mental
disorientation. She was released on bail for medical care. When she arrived
home, her eyes looked lifeless and dull, and her body was swollen. 35. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Ms. Yao Yanping Arrested by
Wujiashan Area Local Police When Visiting Her Mother around 8:00 a.m. on October
11, 2007 36. [Dazhou City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Ms. Cui Yu and Others
Arrested On October 8, 2007, Dazhou City's Tongchuan District State Security Police
arrested practitioner Ms. Cui Yu, confiscated her computer, related Falun Dafa
materials and other items. Additionally, practitioner Mr. Gao Debao and three other practitioners were
arrested in Beiwai Town, Tongchuan District, Dazhou City. 37. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Peng Wangqin Persecuted In late September 2007, a group of plainclothes police searched for
practitioner Ms. Peng Wangqin. The police harassed Ms. Peng's relatives. In March 2001, after she clarified the truth of Falun Dafa to the local
government offices, local police and 610 Office personnel went to her home to
ransack, threaten, and arrest people for interrogation. In May 2002, when she went to appeal for Falun Gong in Beijing, she was
arrested and taken back by 610 Office personnel to Wangjiahe's Police Station of
Wuhan City. Later she was detained in a labor camp for a year. Again, in 2005, she was arrested at her home and sent to a brainwashing
