Certain Strangers Can Be Trusted with House Keys

(Clearwisdom.net) I went to the home of a fellow practitioner, which was the second time we had met. We did not finish the job we were doing by noontime, so the practitioner and her daughter were very hospitable and prepared many dishes for lunch. During a discussion with the daughter, I learned that she was very supportive of her mother cultivating Falun Dafa and had read Zhuan Falun twice. She had a deep understanding of Master Li's teachings, including Master's teaching practitioners to be kind people.

During our discussion, I talked about how in the community of Falun Dafa practitioners, practitioners' lives really reflect a pure land. I said that you could see this by how they spend their money. For example, a practitioner donated all the money saved from food and daily necessities to save the world's people by handing it to another practitioner so that that practitioner could pass the money to other practitioners who are responsible for making truth-clarification materials. That practitioner may never know the practitioners who are making truth-clarification materials, but he will transfer the money to the next practitioner. As the money is passed from hand to hand, not only is a single penny never lost, but instead the amount increases, because every practitioner participating in the process of passing along the money is very likely to add his or her own money to the original amount before handing it over to another practitioner. The practitioners who are making truth-clarification materials will deposit the money into a special fund and will never misuse the money, and they only think about adding their own money to it. During the entire process there are no records or receipts kept, and no monitoring system. There is only honesty, sacrifice, and trust. Think about it, in modern society is there any other group of people who do things this way? Isn't Falun Dafa a pure land among humankind?

The daughter of the practitioner very much agreed with me. Sometimes, she said, fellow practitioners come to talk to her mother. If her mother is not at home and she has to go to work, she leaves the house key with the fellow practitioner and asks him or her to wait for her mother in the house. She would never dare do that with a non-practitioner. This is an example of how completely people trust Falun Dafa practitioners.
