Recent Facts about CCP Officials in Laishui County, Hebei Province Persecuting Practitioners

(Clearwisdom.net) Before the government's 17th Party Congress, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in Laishui County distributed secret documents and required the township and town governments to secretly monitor practitioners, and increase the intensity of their attacks on Falun Gong. As a result, the township and town governments began harassing practitioners. All practitioners in the villages were affected. They were arrested and fined, their homes were ransacked, their satellite TV dishes confiscated, and their Falun Dafa books taken away.

Practitioner Yan Haidong lives in Nangaoluo Village, Yi'an Town. His family has been torn apart since the CCP started persecuting Falun Dafa on July 20, 1999. His parents died as a result of persecution. His son has often been left by himself since he was six. Because his grandparents and father have often been detained, the young child often knelt in front of the window and stared outside, terror stricken, hoping his grandparents or father would come back soon to make dinner for him and keep him company at night. This young boy has had to deal with life and death experiences unbearable for a child his age. Now he has also been deprived of his father's love since Wang Fucai, Dai Chunjie, and other officials in Yi'an Town sent his father to Baoding Forced Labor Camp. This child, who has suffered so much, does not know how to survive since his home has been raided so often by the local authorities and virtually nothing is left.

Practitioner Zhang Xiuqi from Nanwazhai Village, Laishui Town, had not yet recovered his health after being released from the forced labor camp, but was immediately arrested again by Dai Chunjie and Wang Fucai and sent to Baoding Forced Labor Camp. The practitioner's family still doesn't know his/her whereabouts at this time.

Laishui Town Police Substation Director Zhang Jian led police to illegally break into the home of practitioners Wang Shuqin and Wu Dianhua from Nanzu Village. They forced Wu Dianhua into the police van and beat him inside the van.

Practitioner Xin Xiumin from Sanlipu Village, Laishui Town, was arrested on October 13. Practitioner Li Xiuqin from Wei Village, Laishui Town, was arrested on October 13, 2007.

Communist Committee Secretary Zhang Hongwen from Beizhuang Village, Shiting Town, one day led Wang Fucai and Dai Chunjie to ransack and rob seven practitioners' homes. They destroyed the satellite dishes of all the practitioners in the village, including his younger sister's.

Practitioner Li Chunxiang from Lou village, Laishui County, was fined 1,000 yuan after being arrested. The township government's CCP officials tried to force practitioners in Anyang Village, Loucun Township, to write pledges renouncing Falun Gong and give up practicing Falun Gong.

The government of Longmen Township, Laishui County, officials, and the police at the police substation constantly harassed practitioner Mr. Wang Deqian in Longmen Village and brought huge pressure to bear upon his family. When Mr. Wang clarified the truth to them, Longmen Town Police Substation officers detained him. He is now in Laishui County Detention Center and his health is poor. He needs assistance going in and out of the cell.

We hope the world's human rights organizations and international investigative organizations give assistance to the above practitioners and stop the CCP's persecution of compassionate practitioners. Let those who do evil be brought to justice!
