The Chairman of the People's Congress Standing Committee in Shandong Province and the Head of the Political Security Section in Jiangxi Province Receive Karmic Retribution

These people started off as public servants, but under the intense pressure applied by the Jiang regime, they were pushed into persecuting Dafa disciples. In the process of destroying the lives of kind, law-abiding citizens, they have sealed their own fates and inevitably faced karmic retribution as punishment. Liu Chishui, Chairman of the People's Congress Standing Committee in Shandong Province, Receives Karmic Retribution

Liu Chishui, 56, male, is chairman of the People's Congress Standing Committee in Zibo City, Shandong Province. From 2004 to March/April 2007, he was Zibo City Deputy Party Secretary and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission in charge of the Political and Legislative Committee. He followed the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) closely in their persecution of Falun Gong practitioners and has committed many crimes. While he continued to receive promotions, he also received karmic retribution for his evil actions toward practitioners. In 2005, he was diagnosed with diabetes. He developed a prominent cervical and lumbar vertebra in 2007, which caused compression of his nerves. He was in great pain and was hospitalized for two months. Even though he was still able to walk, he had severe muscular dystrophy affecting his right leg.

Liu Chishui has been under the influence of the CCP for a long time and blindly listens to the CCP and does everything the CCP tells him to do, which is leading to tragedies in his life. Hopefully he will change his attitude toward Falun Gong practitioners and avoid any more disasters.

On November 1, 2007, Li Jianhua, former head of the Political Security Section and deputy director of the Jiujiang County 610 Office, died from intestinal cancer at the age of 46.

Li Jianhua was transferred to the Political Security Section after the persecution of Falun Gong began on July 20, 1999, and held this position until 2003. During this time, more than a hundred Falun Gong practitioners in the county were illegally detained. He was responsible for 20 practitioners being sentenced, and many were also illegally fined 200-3000 yuan. He led police officers to illegally search practitioners' homes many times and held brainwashing sessions in attempts to force practitioners to renounce their beliefs. He was also very rough on practitioners, and he was directly involved in the death of practitioner Mr. Zhang Maoxin.

Many practitioners attempted several times to clarify the facts to him, but he did not listen. He died at 2:00 a.m. on November 1, 2007, from internal bleeding, due to his terminal cancer.
