Prohibiting Citizens from Legally Appealing to the Central Government: A Sure Sign that the CCP is Reaching the End
(Clearwisdom.net) The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has been persecuting
Falun Gong since July 20, 1999. As the brutality of the persecution has been
continuously exposed, the CCP has been condemned by media and governments around
the world and has been resisted by the Chinese people. So gradually, the CCP has
had to switch from publicly persecuting Falun Gong to conducting an underground
persecution. At present, we don't see the blatant propaganda against Falun Gong
in Chinese newspapers, on the radio, and on TV all the time any more, and it
appears that the "Falun Gong issue" is disappearing from Chinese
media. But the persecution of Falun Gong has never stopped. Before the 17th National People's Congress, the CCP distributed a
secret document to all its governmental organizations ordering them to intensify
the persecution of Falun Gong and block anybody from "visiting" the
central government during this time. At the end of September 2007, one town government in Sichuan Province
distributed a document entitled, "Notification Regarding How to Handle the
Visiting and Complaining Issues During CCP 17th National People's
Congress." The document followed the stipulations from its upper level
government, stating, "All those who go to the central government to
complain (the so-called "disturbing visiting") should be punished and
the officials have the right to punish, issue a fine, or even send them to a
forced labor camp." The document further states: "All those promoting
democracy or practicing Falun Gong are enemies and should be punished." One official openly announced at a conference: "During the 17th
Congress, each government unit has to manage well your own people (Falun Gong
practitioners and other people may try to go to the central government during
this time). We need to check each and every such a person, follow them, and
monitor them. If they want to go to Beijing, no matter who they are, we will
send them to the forced labor camp, so our party leaders may have a quiet
environment to discuss state affairs." A governing party should listen to the citizens' voice during the party's
congress. So why would the CCP prevent people from doing so? Instead, they
intensify the persecution at such a sensitive moment. The document ordered government officials of all levels to put more effort
into tracking, monitoring, and controlling Falun Gong practitioners, to prevent
anyone from visiting the central government. In the course of implementing the
requirements of this document, government agencies spent a lot of money to hire
security personnel to follow, monitor and harass Falun Gong practitioners and
reported their activities to the 610 Office daily. The CCP owes too many debts to the Chinese people. After committing so many
crimes, it will never be able to repay its bloody debts. Instead, it only
intensifies the persecution of the citizens. Its demise will not be far away.
