Japan: CIPFG Holds a Rally to Support Human Right Torch Relay in Tokyo (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On December 9, 2007, the Coalition to Investigate Persecution of Falun Gong (CIPFG) held a rally and march to support the Human Rights Torch Relay (HRTR) in Tokyo, Japan. The purpose of the activities was to introduce the Human Rights Torch Relay to the public and call for an end to the persecution. Attendees held banners, which read: "No human rights; no Olympics" and "Say 'NO' to the blood-stained Olympics in Beijing. Attendees also displayed photos to expose the brutal history of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Chinese democracy activists, former Japanese politicians and supporters gave speeches at the rally. Falun Gong practitioners who had been tortured in China testified about the persecution, and attendees sang the theme song of HRTR at the rally.
