"The Power of Awareness" at Holiday Wonders (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) The Holiday Wonders by the Divine Performing Arts of
New York premiered at Beacon Theater on December 18, 2007. All of the
performances from first last unfolded the profound meaning of divine Chinese
culture. Some performances were exquisite and gentle, while others were
magnificent and majestic. The dance drama "The Power of Awareness"
shook people's hearts and created the same feeling among both the eastern and
the western people in the audience, with a story of deterring persecutors and
safeguarding justice. The audience watches the show intently The audience watches the show intently. Chen Xiaonong Said, "Falun Gong Practitioners Bring New Hope to Our
Society with Their Steadfastness in Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance" After watching the Holiday Wonders, Mr. Cheng Xiaonong, the chief editor of
"Modern China Studies" from Princeton University, called the
persecution of Falun Gong a large-scale political persecution without any ground
or legal basis. It is a persecution of all Chinese people. Mr. Chen said "The Power of Awareness" showed a fact with a dance
drama. In Mainland China, even though Falun Gong couldn't be openly practiced,
he knew most practitioners didn't give up. Falun Gong fliers, banners and
truth-clarification phone calls could be found everywhere. They told people
about the persecution as well as the true story of the CCP. Falun Gong
practitioners have done a great deed for China. Their steadfastness in
Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance brings new hope for the Chinese people and the
whole world. Ren Wanding Said, "Efforts to End the Persecution Sustain Basic Human
Values" Mr. Ren Wanding, known as the "Human Right Backbone of China", was
greatly shaken after watching the show for the first time. He said with emotion
that the CCP's persecution of groups of faith had brought catastrophe to the
society. Though the CCP claimed to establish a harmonious society, it had been
persecuting Falun Gong, attempting to eliminate
Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance in people hearts, and strangling and
distorting human nature. It jeopardized all people in the society. Various forms
of social abnormality and crisis were related to and resulted from the
persecution of Falun Gong. Echo from the Western Audience Ashony Molocho from New York said that words could not express the beauty of
the show. She was touched at the bottom of her heart. She had never seen a show
of such purity and beauty. She couldn't help coming to tears when watching
"The Power of Awareness." It was the most beautiful scene she had ever
seen. Susan Morrison had just come back from Beijing after teaching there for two
years. She felt very fortunate to see the Holiday Wonders. She called it an
absolutely wonderful show and a marvelous treat. She felt it was a pity it
couldn't be put on stage in China. She gained great interest in Falun Gong after
watching the Holiday Wonders. Narmu from Pakistan said that he appreciated the dance drama "The Power
of Awareness." "It was great! The words Truthfulness, Compassion and
Tolerance are beautiful! When they appeared on the backdrop, I learned them and
their meaning. They are the principles we all should follow and safeguard.
