Maintaining a Calm Mind and Seizing the Time to Save Sentient Beings

(Clearwisdom.net) After the open letter from Wang Zhaojun to Chinese leaders Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao was published, it caused some distractions among our fellow practitioners (including myself), as if some of us were seeing it as a ray of hope. Actually, Wang Zhaojun's open letter is just one of the positive responses that are resulting from Dafa disciples' joint efforts against this persecution. For over eight years we have made continuous efforts to clarify the facts and validate the Fa. The evil elements are now too weak to have any negative impact. This has happened in step with the progress of Fa-rectification. It shows that everyday people are awakening.

Recently, practitioners in our area have been passing around this open letter. Master said that our primary task at the moment is to save sentient beings. Nothing in ordinary society should interfere with our main task, and it should not hold up the three things that we are doing. We should still focus on saving sentient beings. It is we Dafa disciples who are validating the Fa and who are saving sentient beings and setting examples for people in the future. We shouldn't copy everyday people and do what they do.

I realize that some parts of Wang Zhaojun's letter regarding Falun Gong can be used to clarify the facts, but it should not be spread about as a Dafa article. It is not something written by Dafa disciples, and we should do things in our own way according to the requirements of the Fa. It should be we Dafa disciples, not everyday people, who will end this persecution.
