Slovakia: Introducing Falun Gong to the People of Dunajska Streda (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On January 27, Falun Gong practitioners visited the city of Dunajska Streda, a small town in southwest Slovakia. Although it was initially snowing heavily, gradually it stopped and passers-by would stop in front of practitioners performing the Falun Gong exercises, to read informational posters about the persecution in China.

People in Dunajska Streda were receptive. One woman with two daughters, as soon as she learned about the persecution, immediately wanted to sign the petition to help end it. Her daughters joined her, too. Another woman read a poster with pictures showing practitioners who had been persecuted to death in China. "They were young people, I even saw a child," she said as she signed the petition. She wished the practitioners success in their efforts to stop the persecution.

One man enjoyed the exercises demonstrated by practitioners. He said he would find a few people in Dunajska Streda and maybe they could establish an exercise group there. "The best would be if I could go out every morning and do these exercises," he said as he was leaving.
