(Clearwisdom.net) 1. [Fuxin City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Zhao Hua on Hunger Strike to
Protest the Persecution Ms. Zhao Hua was illegally arrested on September 18, 2002 and
then sentenced to seven years' imprisonment. She is detained in the Third
Subgroup of the 14th Prison District, the Second Prison of Dabei Prison City in
Shenyang City. Ms. Zhao has been on a hunger strike for 17 days straight to
protest the persecution. She is currently detained at the hospital of the Second
Prison of Dabei Prison City. 2. [Yanbian City, Jilin Province] The Persecution of Practitioners Wang
Chunlong and Yan Gui'e Longquanping Village, Wangqing County residents Mr. Wang Chunlong and his
wife Ms. Yan Gui'e were reported to authorities because they clarified the
truth about Falun Gong at the county market. The county's National
Security guards then arrested them. They are now illegally detained at a
detention center in Wanqing County. 3. [Wangkui County, Heilongjiang Province] The 610 Office of
Wangkui County Public Security Bureau Sent Practitioner Ms. Chen Xiujie to Serve
a Two-year Sentence at the Shuanghe Labor Camp in Qiqiha'er City 4. [Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Cai Rong on a Hunger
Strike and Very Weak On the evening of January 10, 2007, the police from Xiangyang Public Security
Sub-bureau of Jiamusi City arrested Mr. Cai Rong and his wife Ms. Bi Guijie. On
the eighth day of Mr. Cai's hunger strike to protest his illegal arrest, the
Xiangyang District police brought him to the Central Hospital of Jiamusi City
for a physical exam. He had to be carried up and down the stairs by family
members because he is unable to walk and is very weak. Under such circumstances,
the deputy police group leader Liu Guoqiang and the doctors at the Central
Hospital still claimed that Mr. Cai is not ill and sent him back to the
detention center where is currently detained. 5. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Additional Information on Practitioner
Sun Jinghuan's Arrest On February 2, 2007, Baiyunjie Police Substation called Mr. Sun Jinghuan and
told him to go get his belongings at the station. Immediately when he arrived
there, three National Security guards arrested him. His wife called the police
substation demanding that he be released. However, the person answering the
phone said he did not know anything about the issue. On February 3, Mr. Sun's wife went to the police substation with her child to
inquire about Mr. Sun. The substation and the City National Security instead
tried to stall her by going back and forth between each other. The Baiyunjie
Police Substation finally informed her that her husband had been detained on
criminal charges. Two members of the Sun family have been detained so far for practicing Falun
Gong: Mr. Sun and his mother-in-law. Mr. Sun's wife and their child now lead a
difficult life. Baiyunjie Police Substation: 86-411-84315290 6. [Feng City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Bai Hongxiang Forced into
Homelessness On January 18, 2007, someone reported Ms. Bai Hongxiang to the authorities.
The police director of Shali Township, Feng City, along with officer Li Yankuan
then went to Ms. Bai's home in Liangzihe Village, Shali Township and harassed
her. They confiscated three copies of Zhuan Falun, two sets
of the Nine-day Lecture cassettes and some truth-clarifying materials. On
January 26, several policemen went to Ms. Bai's home to serve her a
"subpoena" and attempted to arrest her. To avoid further harassment
and arrest, Ms. Bai was forced to leave home. Shali Township Police Substation: 86-415-8871013, 86-415-8871136 7. [Dalian, Liaoning Province] Four Practitioners from Dalian Bay Arrested Recently, four practitioners from Dalian Bay have been arrested. Among them,
Mr. Zhu is still illegally detained. Another male practitioner has escaped the
Frontier Police Substation in Dalian Bay because of righteous thoughts. Two
other female practitioners are being tortured and their homes have been
ransacked. 8. [Heilongjiang] Mudanjiang City Public Security Subgroup Intends to Send
Practitioner Ms. Zhao Jingchun to the Suihua Labor Camp in Harbin City to Serve
a One-year Term Office: 86-453-6282519 9. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Zhang Guoli Arrested Again The police arrested Mr. Zhang Guoli on the morning of May 28, 2004 while he
was distributing truth-clarification materials at Jinzhouminhe. The police used
false evidence against Mr. Zhang and sentenced him to three years of forced
labor. He was sent to the Dalian Labor Camp. In the 8th Group of the Dalian
Labor Camp, Mr. Zhang was savagely tortured until he was at the brink of death.
Intending to shirk responsibility for his condition, the camp allowed Mr.
Zhang's family to take him home. On February 1, 2007, the police from the camp arrested Mr. Zhangs again from
his home at Zhuanghe and took him back to Dalian Labor Camp. They planned to
send him to the hospital for a physical exam on the following Monday. Dalian Labor Education Center's main number: 86-411-86859961 10. [Beijing] Practitioner Yang Shixiang Arrested Around 8:00 p.m. on February 2, 2007, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
branch leader at Chaomidian Village led police from the Beijing Fangshan Public
Security Sub-bureau, the Yancun Township Substation and the Datong Railroad
Public Security Sub-bureau to Ms. Yang Shixiang's home. They arrested her and
ransacked her home. They also confiscated her personal items including a copy of
Zhuan Falun, a computer and a printer. Ms. Yang was sent to the Fangshan
Detention Center. 11. [Zunhua City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Wu Limei Arrested Around 11:00 a.m. on February 2, 2007, someone at Hezhuangzi Village,
Niangniangzhuang Precinct of Zunhua City, reported Dafa practitioners to the
authorities. Village head Zhang Huizhu led policeman Wang Jiguo from the 610
Office and a dozen other people from the government precinct to break into and
ransack the homes of several practitioners. They arrested Ms. Wu Limei, Ms. Zhi
Haihua and Mr. Liang Chunsheng from their homes. The police also arrested Ms.
Wu's 3-year-old child and sent them to be persecuted at the Zunhua Brainwashing
Class. According to an inside source, the streets near Ms. Wu's home were closed
off and police vehicles blocked the view in front of her house when she was
taken away. 610 Office policeman Wang Jiguo: 86-315-6623871 (Home) 12. [Fucheng County, Hebei Province] Practitioner Zhang Sumei and Her Sister
Persecuted On the afternoon of January 2, 2007, Ms. Zhang Sumei from Daxizhuang Village,
Cuimiao Precinct of Fucheng County and her sister were reported while they were
posting truth-clarifying materials at the neighboring village of Dafanzhuang.
The Fucheng Public Security Bureau then arrested them. Ms. Zhang's elder sister
was sent back to her home district after she told the police where she was from.
Ms. Zhang, however, is still detained at the Fucheng County Detention Center
because she did not cooperate with the police. [Editor's note: Due to the
CCP's practice of implicating and harassing family members and work units, Dafa
practitioners often do not reveal their names when they are arrested, in order
to protect others.] 13. [Chengde City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Li Dengyan's Whereabouts
Unknown On the morning of February 3, 2007, practitioner Ms. Li Dengyan from Fengning,
Chengde City was arrested by the Gaibeidian Police Substation at the Gaobeidian
station. Her current whereabouts are unknown. 14. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Su Junying and Others
Persecuted In November 2006, Ms. Su Junying and three other practitioners from Quanqiu
Village, Daxinzhuang Precinct of Dingzhou City were arrested while clarifying
the truth in neighboring villages. They have been illegally sentenced and
detained at Baoding Prison. In January 2007, practitioners Ms. Shi Rongjun, Ms. Gan Meihua and Ms. Wang
Caiying were arrested while clarifying the truth in neighboring villages. They
are detained in Dingzhou City. 15. [Xingtai City, Hebei Province] Two Practitioners from Guangzong County
Arrested Around January 20, 2007, police from the 3rd Detective Group of Guangzong
County Public Security Bureau broke into practitioner Ms. Li Lianshuang's home
and arrested her husband who does not practice Falun Gong. Only after the police
extorted 2,000 yuan from Ms. Li's family did they release her
husband. On January 26, the police from Walnut Yuan Precinct Substation broke into
practitioner Ms. Zhang Jingxiu's home at Kongzhuang Village and arrested her and
another practitioner. Both practitioners are being tortured at Guangzong County

(Cell) 16. [Zaoqiang County, Hebei Province] Practitioners Harassed and Arrested Around 6:30 p.m. on February 2, 2007, policemen from the Zaoqiang County
Public Security Bureau and Zaoqiang Township Substation drove three police
vehicles and attempted to arrest practitioner Mr. Wang Xiaowu from
Bianwangzhuang. When no one answered the door, the police climbed over the wall
and into the courtyard. Since they could not find Mr. Wang, they went to four of
his elder brothers' homes to search for him. Failing to find him, they
threatened the families that there will be no end of harassment if Mr. Wang does
not show up at the Public Security Bureau the following morning. Mr. Wang's
mother was so frightened by the police that she could hardly walk afterwards.
That same night, the police arrested practitioner Mr. Wang Hengjiang from
Doujiazhuang and sent him to the Zaoqiang County Detention Center. Secretary of CCP Bianwangzhuang Branch, Wang Yingling: 86-318-7055088 17. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Many of the Practitioners Who Were
Arrested on October 15, 2006 Have Recently Been Transferred to the Southern
Suburb Detention Center of Yantai City 18. [Weifang City, Shandong Provicne] On Februray 2, 2007, the Pingyuan
County Public Security Bureau Arrested Practitioner Mr. Li Peihong and Sent Him
to the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp 19. [Anqiu City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Zheng Linfen and Xin Limei
Arrested Around 10:00 a.m. on January 31, 2007, policeman Li Shenghua from Anqiu City,
along with seven to eight policemen from Dongguan Substation, arrested
practitioner Ms. Zheng Linfen (59 years old) while she was talking to people
about Falun Gong at Yanshijie Produce Market. At around 3:30 p.m. on February 1, Li Shenghua again led some policemen to
practitioner Ms. Xin Limei's home, arrested her and ransacked her home. Ms.
Zheng and Ms. Xin are currently detained at the Anqiu City Detention Center. Li Shenghua: 86-05364383927 (office) 20. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] Persecution of Practitioner Dong
Limei Ms. Dong Limei (42 years old) lives at the Shouguang City Transportation
Bureau of Shandong Province. In March 2000, she went to Beijing to appeal on
behalf of Falun Gong and was arrested. Yang Huiyun, the director of the
Political Works Department at Shouguang City Transportation Bureau in charge of
persecuting practitioners and others sent Ms. Dong directly to Beiluo Mental
Hospital of Shouguang City. She was forced-fed unknown drugs and tortured. Ms.
Dong was also forced to pay living expenses of 60 yuan to the hospital. In December 2000, Dong Limei was fined over 10,000 yuan by the Shouguang City
Transportation Bureau because she went to appeal for justice for Falun Gong in
Beijing again. Her family is constantly harassed and pressured by her employer. On February 21, 2001, Yang Huiyun and others sent Dong Limei directly to the
Shouguang City Brainwashing Center for forced brainwashing. When they learned
that she was not completely "transformed", Yang and Li Tongzhong (the
610 Office director) sent Ms. Dong to the Weifang City brainwashing center for
further brainwashing. On the evening of December 13, 2006, Ms. Dong was reported on while
clarifying the truth to people. As a result, she was arrested by the police from
Shouguang City Industrial District Substation. Police officers at the division
responsible for persecuting Falun Gong of the Public Security Bureau, led by
Zhang Shaohua, Dong Xuming and Guo Hongtang kicked Ms. Dong in the face and
stomped on her hair. They confiscated Dafa books and truth-clarification
materials from her home, and threatened her parents and children that if money
was not paid to them, Ms. Dong would be sentenced to forced labor. They only
released her after extorting 5,000 yuan from her family. 21. [Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province] Four More Practitioners Arrested and
Their Homes Ransacked Since January 31, 2007, after four practitioners from Jiawang District,
Xuzhou City were arrested, many more have been arrested and their homes
ransacked. They are: Mr. Du Mingyuan from Jinshanqiao; Ms. Zhao Lijun was
arrested on February 1; and Jiawang resident Ms. Niu and Ms. Chen Chuanxia from
Xuzhou City were arrested at Ms. Niu's home on the afternoon of February 2 .
Around 5:00 p.m., a dozen policemen from the Xuzhou Public Security Bureau,
without showing any identification, confiscated their belongings including the
computer that Ms. Chen's daughter uses for studying. Practitioners detained in Jinshan Mansion at Jinshanqiao of Xuzhou City
include: Mr. Wei Xingshe, Mr. Lu Shouhua, Mr. Meng Qingquan, Mr. Zhang Chengjin,
Mr. Du Mingyuan, Ms. Zhao Lijun and Ms. Chen Chuanxia. 22. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Gao Xuerong Arrested On the morning of January 26, 2007, the police from the Zhaoyuan 610 Office
and Daqinjia Township Substation arrested practitioner Ms. Gao Xuerong from her
home without any reason. They also confiscated her possessions including several
Dafa books. Ms. Gao is illegally detained and suffering torture at the Linglong
Brainwashing Center of Zhaoyuan City. National Security Group of Zhaoyuan City: 86-535-8258610 23. [Jining City, Shandong Province] Additional Information on the Illegal
Arrest of Practitioners at Yan Mining Group From January 4 to January 24, 2007, the Jidong Sub-Bureau of Jining Public
Security Bureau, along with the Zoucheng Public Security Bureau, conducted a
series of mass arrests of practitioners who work at the Yan Mining Group. As of
now, the following practitioners are known to have been arrested: Ms. Jiang
Guimei, Mr. Ren Huaiqiang, Ms. Jing Yufeng, Mr. Jiang Luokui, Mr. Song Chengkui
and Ms. Han Fengran. Among them, Mr. Ren and Ms. Jing have been released on bail
and are awaiting trial. The rest of the practitioners are still illegally
detained. Recently, the Jidong Sub-Bureau of Jining Public Security Bureau has been
conspiring to have the practitioners who have been arrested serve forced labor
terms. Director of Jidong Sub-Bureau of Jining Public Security Bureau:
86-537-5382461 24. [Datong City, Shanxi Province] Practitioner Cui Yuping Arrested On the afternoon of February 2, 2007, the police from Nanguan Sub-station of
Datong City illegally arrested Ms. Cui Yuping while she was distributing
truth-clarification materials. Her whereabouts are unknown. 25. [Pingyuan County, Shandong Province] Practitioner Li Peihong Tortured Practitioner Ms. Li Peihong has been illegally detained at the Pingyuan
County Detention Center. The authorities have conspired and set up a so-called
"special case team" to try and sentence Ms. Li to forced labor. 26. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Hanyang District 610 Office Attempts to Send
Zhang Xifeng to a Forced Labor Camp In early January 2007, the National Security Group of Hanyang District Public
Security Sub-Bureau attempted to send practitioner Mr. Zhang Xifeng to the Hewan
Labor Camp to serve a one-year term. Mr. Zhang and his family did not cooperate
and refused to sign the labor term paperwork. Mr. Zhang is appealing his case. Zhang Xifeng was arrested on October 25, 2006 by the Wuhan 610 Office. He is
still illegally detained at the Taojialing Brainwashing Center in Hanyang. 27. [Shenzhen City, Canton Province] Futian District Court Intends to Put
Practitioners on Trial The Futian District Court of Shenzhen City held a trial at 9:30 a.m. on
February 5, 2007, with the intention to illegally sentence practitioners Ms.
Zhang Xinqi, Mr. Luo Laisong and Mr. Zeng Ming. 28. [Ruili City, Yunnan Province] Facts on the Persecution of Practitioner Gu
Zhengfen Practitioner Ms. Gu Zhengfen is an employee at the Coal Refining Factory in
Wanding Economic Development Zone of Ruili City, Yunnan Province. She has been
persecuted many times for refusing to renounce Falun Gong. Ms. Gu wrote letters that explained the truth of Falun Gong to her
ex-employer, Qinglongchang Railroad System in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province.
Director of the Residential Committee of Railroad Dormitory Yu (surname); the
Wanding Public Security Sub-Bureau of Ruili Public Security Bureau; the Qinglong
police from Chenghua District and Zhang Fumin from the Qinglongchang Street
Office broke into Ms. Gu's home and confiscated items including Dafa books and
truth-clarification materials. The police then forced her into their vehicle and
took her to the Ruili Detention Center. Ms. Gu was illegally detained for more
than six months. In January 2005, Ruili Municipal Court illegally sentenced Gu
Zhengfen to five years' imprisonment at the 4th Prison Concentration Team of PO
Box 166, Linjiayuan, located in the western suburb of Kunming City, Yunnan
Province. Wanding Public Security Sub-Bureau of Ruili City, Dehong Dai/Jingpo
Nationality Autonomous Region of Yunnan Province, Dong Liquan: 86-13578263666 29. [Guangzhou City, Canton] Practitioner Ma Minqing Faces Illegal Trial Practitioner Mr. Ma Qingmin from Guangzhou was arrested on October 8, 2006
and has been illegally detained at Yuexiu District Detention Center. He faces an
illegal court trial on February 12, 2007. Yuexiu District People's Court:86-20-87393036 30. [Huanggang, Hubei Province] Practitioner Duan Guofang Arrested Around 8:00 p.m. on January 18, 2007, practitioner Ms. Duan Guofang, a staff
member of the Huangzhou District Court of Huanggang City, was arrested at home.
As a result, her 10-year-old child was left alone at home. It was said that Ms.
Duan was followed by a plainclothes policeman while distributing
truth-clarification materials in the dormitory district of the Huanggang traffic
police. On the morning of January 19, 2007, the district court cooperated with the
police and illegally ransacked Ms. Duan's home and confiscated her belongings
including some books. Since Ms. Duan's husband works in Canton, she is the main person who takes
care of her child and elderly deaf and speech-impaired mother-in-law. Ms. Duan's
child, hungry and scared, cried for her all day. Her husband had to hurry back
from Canton and asked the district court for her release. The court, however,
demanded that he pay 50,000 yuan before they would release her. Ms. Duan is
still detained at the First Detention Center in Huanggang. 31. [Yunfu, Canton] Additional Information on the Arrest of Practitioner Zhou
Changfeng On January 31, 2007, practitioner Ms. Zhou Changfeng from Yunfu was arrested
at a produce market and sent to the Sanshui Brainwashing Center where she was
tortured. In 2000, she served a labor camp term for over a year at the Sanshui
Forced Labor Camp. Deng Jinyue, former practitioner (collaborator) who aides in
persecuting practitioners: 86-13922668001 (cell) 32. [Anxiang, Hunan Province] Practitioner Mr. Zhou Xiang'an Arrested around
January 29, 2007 33. [Yueyang City, Hunan Province] Practitioners Huang Siqiu and Zhou Lifeng
Arrested In mid-January, practitioners Mr. Huang Siqiu and Mr. Zhou Lifeng from
Changle Township, Yueyang City, were reported to the authorities while they were
distributing truth-clarification materials. As a result, the police from Miluo
National Security Bureau and the Changle Township substation arrested them. 34. [Gannan Region, Gansu Province] Practitioner Qu Yuan and Others Arrested
and Detained On December 18, 2006, the Public Security Bureau of Hezuo City, Gannan Region
(Tibet) ordered the police to investigate and monitor the local Falun Dafa
practitioners. Beginning on the evening of December 24, 2006, they began to
illegally arrest and detain practitioners. They also searched practitioners'
homes. Practitioners Mr. Qu Yuan and Ms. Li Yueling were arrested and have not been
released from illegal detention. Chief of the Public Security Bureau of Hezuo City, Nai Er'ma: 86-13893910868
(cell). 35. [Censhui County, Shandong Province] Persecution of Practitioner Huang
Jianguo Right after New Year's Day of 2001, Wang Xiufeng from the Chaishan Precinct
610 Office, Censhui County, along with policeman Huang Peijun from the Censhui
County Public Security Bureau and two other policemen from the Chaishan Precinct
substation illegally broke into practitioner Mr. Huang Jianguo's house. They
searched for Falun Dafa books. When Mr. Huang went to the police substation to
clarity the truth, the police confined him in a little dark room and beat him
ruthlessly. The police also confiscated his key to his house (not returned so
far), and took a printer, Dafa books, as well as shirts. Later, Mr. Huang was
illegally detained at Censhui Detention Center, where the police extorted over
300 yuan cash from him. The tortures that Mr. Huang Jianguo suffered at the detention center include:
forced aerobic exercise, forced cold-water showers, forced recitation of prison
rules, being forced to stand for long periods of time, beatings by prison
personnel, deprivation of meals, torture in order to extract
"confessions", forced labor, and other abuse. One month later, the
police took Mr. Huang to Fengjiazhuang, Censhui to be brainwashed. During that
time, a policeman hit Mr. Huang's head with a shoe. Policeman Liu Yang fiercely
hit him on the face and caused bleeding all over his face. After one month of
such abuse, the police fined Mr. Huang 3,000 yuan. One night in 2002, led by Chaishan Precinct CCP branch secretary Yu Wenfu,
directors of the Longjiaquan Precinct 610 Office Zhou Deyuan, Liu Peibo,
policeman Liu Yang and Zhu (surname) broke into Mr. Huang's home and took him to
the Precinct Political and Judicial Committee. They handcuffed his hands behind his back and onto a chair and a dozen
policemen took turn to kick his thighs for over 24 hours. Policeman Niu kicked
Mr. Huang hard in the stomach. Mr. Huang had to drag the chair along with him
even when he went to the restroom. The police also force-fed him. Later, the police once again took Huang Jianguo to Lincen Brainwashing
Center. They subjected him to forced brainwashing for one month and illegally
fined him another 3,000 yuan, which caused disaster to the family. After Mr. Huang was released, the 610 Office sent someone to follow and
harass him and tried to alienate his relationships with his father and other
relatives and friends. This caused his wife to suffer a mental collapse, which
