Falun Dafa Practitioners Arrested in Suizhou City, Hubei Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Records show that several Falun Dafa practitioners in Suizhou City of Hubei Province are still illegally detained in various locations.

Mr. Gong Huatao, age 30, was a teacher in the Wenfeng Middle School of Suizhou City. He was wrongfully dismissed for practicing Falun Dafa. On April 4, 2002, Mr. Gong was captured by the Suizhou national security police at an informational materials printing center and was later illegally sentenced to an 8 year prison term. He is now being detained and tortured at Qingduankou Prison in Wuhan City.

Ms. Wang Li, age 28, from Lishan Township of Suizhou City is the wife of Mr. Gong Huatao. She was abducted together with Mr. Gong and sentenced to 7 years in prison. Ms. Wang is now imprisoned at Baofenglu Women's Prison in Wuhan City.

Ms. Li Fengai, in her 50's, was forced into a divorce due to her persistence in practicing Falun Dafa. On March 11, 2004, a theatre in Suizhou City was showing a movie slandering Falun Dafa. Ms. Li went to the theatre to send forth righteous thoughts. She was arrested by the national security police and sent to a labor camp for three years. She is now being detained at the Brigade #2 of the Wuhan Women's Labor Camp in Banqiao Sub-District, Mahu Village, Hongshan District of Wuhan City.

Mr. Wang Duanfeng, in his 20's, is from Shangshi Township of Suizhou City. He was detained on February 6, 2005 and sentenced to 3 years in a labor camp. He is now being detained at Brigade #9, Shayang Qilihu Labor Camp of Hubei Province.

Ms. Wei Xiaoping, age 36, was sentenced to 3 years in a labor camp in 2002. Owing to her strong righteous thoughts, Ms. Wei was able to escape from the labor camp but was since forced to become homeless. Her 3-year-old daughter then also lost proper parental care. In April 2005, Ms. Wei was captured again out of town and again sentenced to 3 years in the labor camp. Ms. Wei is now illegally detained at Brigade #2, Wuhan Women's Prison in Banqiao Sub-District, Mahu Village, Hongshan District of Wuhan City.

Ms. Wang Lingyun, age 28, works for the Bodao Company of Suizhou City. On December 12, 2006, Ms. Wang was abducted by the Suizhou national security police and sent to a labor camp for one year and three months. She is now detained at the Brigade #2, Wuhan Women's Prison in Banqiao Sub-District, Mahu Village, Hongshan District of Wuhan City.

Mr. Liu Hongping, age 32, was arrested by the Suizhou national security police on December 12, 2006. He was illegally sentenced to a labor camp for one year and 9 months. Mr. Liu is now detained in Brigade #9, Shayang Qilihu Labor Camp of Hubei Province.
