The Persecution of Falun Gong Practitioners in Weiyuan County, Sichuan Province, and the Karmic Retribution Received by the Persecutors
(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa was brought to Weiyuan County, Sichuan
Province in 1994. Ever since, those who practiced or were positive towards Falun
Gong experienced many miracles. A grandmother from Gaoshi Township was blind for
many years and medical treatment was ineffective. However, after practicing
Falun Gong for only one month, she regained her eyesight. Quite a number of
elderly people who depended on medicine at all times began to enjoy good health
after they began to practice Falun Gong. One elderly lady from Jiepai Township
chanted "Falun Dafa is Good" frequently and her eye disease was cured.
A former thief from Yan Ling Township turned honest and opened a respectable
business. The examples are too numerous to mention. Countless people benefited
from practicing this precious high-level cultivation system. When the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began to suppress Falun Gong, many
practitioners from Weiyuan County went to Tiananmen Square to validate the Fa.
They spoke of their personal experiences to show that Falun Dafa is good.
Several practitioners walked from Sichuan Province in Southwest China to
Beijing, a distance of thousands of kilometers and wore out several pairs of
shoes. The CCP uses all dishonorable methods from ancient to modern times, from
China and foreign countries, to persecute and butcher the Chinese people. The
"Nine Commentaries on Communist Party" clearly describes the
CCP's anti-human, anti-nature, anti-heaven character. A. The CCP Has Committed Countless Crimes And Owes Mountains of Blood Debts When the CCP began to persecute Falun Gong, Weiyuan County immediately took
up the CCP's cause. Those people who spared no effort in suppressing Falun Gong
received 30 thousand yuan in "reward" money from CCP
Security Chief Luo Gan. From the day Falun Gong was banned,
certain evildoers arrested more than 200 practitioners. More than a dozen
practitioners were given long sentences and more than 30 practitioners were
taken to forced labor camps. There were a number of practitioners who died as a
result of inhuman torture. As of this date, at least five practitioners are
verified tortured to death. Their names are, Tang Jianping, Zhang Chongming, Lin
Deming, Li Xinze and Li Hui. Additionally, many practitioners' families have
been destroyed during the persecution. Please find below selected cases of crimes committed against practitioners in
Weiyuan County. We hope that this article will be used in lawsuits against the
perpetrators as soon as possible. We hope to bring the murderers to justice. 1. Practitioner Ms. Li Hui Killed by Police and Her Body Cremated to Destroy
the Evidence Ms. Li Hui, 42 years old, was from Yangliu, Longhui Township, Weiyuan County,
Neijiang City, Sichuan Province. She was arrested in May 2005 at the Chengdu
Railway Station after she was found carrying a copy of Zhuan Falun
and other Falun Dafa materials. Police brought her back to Longhui Township
Police Sub-station the same day. She suffered cruel torture. The policemen from the Gaoshi Township Police Sub-station also raided and
ransacked Ms. Li Hui's parents' home. Ms. Li's father was arrested and taken to
the Longhui Township Police Sub-station in Weiyuan County where he learned from
conversations with the policemen that his daughter had died as a result of
inhuman torture. Police from the Longhui Township murdered Ms. Li Hui on May 5, and two
policemen, disguised as civilians, transported Ms. Li Hui's body in a truck to
Huangshanqiao Road, about ten kilometers from her father's (Mr. Li Yingmao)
home. They chose a ditch, overgrown with weeds, where water had leaked from an
iron pipe, and dumped the body. The policemen pushed Ms. Li's head into the
ditch and pulled her dress up from the back to cover her head. They left her in
a position to simulate a drowning. The policemen then informed the crematorium to pick up
Ms. Li's body and had some photographs taken. As no family member was aware of
Ms. Li's death, police ordered the mortician to perform an autopsy. The
mortician was ordered to give false information saying that Ms. Li drowned. On May 8, three days after Ms. Li Hui's death, police from the Gaoshi
Township Police Sub-station notified Ms. Li's family about the death and asked
them to come to the crematorium. Policeman Liu Renpin from the police substation
asked Ms. Li's father to identify her from a photo. Mr. Li Yingmao identified
his daughter. A medical expert said, "Your daughter was not murdered but
died accidentally. We did an autopsy and did not find anything suspicious. Maybe
there were some problems in her head, so we need to open her head to examine
it." Ms. Li Hui's father said, "Why did you cut open my daughter's
abdomen without informing us. There is no need to autopsy her head, as she is
already dead." Ms. Li Hui's family did not allow Ms. Li's body to be
damaged any further. The police extorted from Ms. Li's family 1,730 "yuan"
for the autopsy and cremation before they allowed them to take her ashes. 2. The Deputy Head of the Gaoshi Township and the Head of the Sub-station
Slander and Torture Practitioners The Deputy Head of Gaoshi Township Miu Yongli beat practitioner Zhang
Congming with a leather belt. He, Yang Xuecheng and Miu Yongli ordered that
teachers Lin Chunquan and Song Tiangui's salaries be reduced to 120 yuan a
month. These 610 Office officials fabricated stories to slander
Falun Gong and its founder Mr. Li Hongzhi. After the fabricated "Tiananmen Square Self Immolation" incident,
Miu Yongli and the head of the Gaoshi Township, Li Gang, lured Tang Yichun from
the No. 8 Group in Hefeng Village, Gaoshi Township, by promising 200 yuan and
reimbursement of medical expenses, to frame Falun Gong. They took her to a place
called Zhimapu, located on the highway linking Gaoshi and Weiyuan Counties, some
400 meters from her house. They told her to dance for joy and shout, "I
became insane as a result of practicing Falun Gong." At the time Tang
Yichun had been insane for 25 years. This act was videotaped and broadcasted by
the Weiyuan County TV Station. The repeated broadcast created a very bad
impression and poisoned the minds of 700,000 people in the neighboring counties
and cities, including Neijiang, Zigong, Leshan, Ziyang and Chengdu. They wanted
to incite hatred against Falun Dafa and its founder Mr. Li Hongzhi. Tang Yichun received 200 yuan, but pickpockets at the Gaoshi Township market
stole it. Later on, Tang Yichun went to see Miu Yongli and Li Gang for the
reimbursement of medical expenses, but they tried to put her off. When the
murder of practitioner Mr. Zhang Congming was made public, the evildoers became
very much afraid. Miu Yongli transferred to Xiangyi Township and Li Gang to
Longhui Township in attempts to escape punishment for their crimes against Falun
Dafa. Li Gang, the head of Gaoshi Township, was responsible for Mr. Zhang
Congming's death. Li Gang and Liu Renpin arrested several practitioners.
Practitioner Song Tiangui, an outstanding teacher, was taken to a forced labor
camp. Li Gang and police from Weiyuan County confiscated 5,000 yuan bank
savings, belonging to Song Tiangui. They did not return the money. Li Gang took
practitioner Mr. Zhou Ziyu to the Neijiang Brainwashing Center, where he was
cruelly beaten. Li Gang detained the widow Ms. Gou Yuqin many times and forced
her teenage daughter to work as a laborer in another area. Therefore, Ms. Gou
Yuqin's 80 year-old mother was left alone. The old lady went to Gaoshi Police
Substation many times requesting the release of her daughter. Li Gang, Liu
Renpin and Yu Chi not only refused to release her daughter, but also threatened
and verbally abused her. They said to her, "Your daughter is in the water
dungeon. We will drag her out and shoot her. Your daughter will not be
released." Ms. Gou Yuqin's mother passed away because of the threats and
worries. 3. Practitioner Mr. Tang Jianping Died as a Result of Torture Mr. Tang Jianping, 29 years old, was a practitioner from Weiyuan County,
Neijiang City, Sichuan Province. He was detained in the Weiyuan Detention Center
several times for not renouncing Falun Gong. The police tortured him cruelly and
he became comatose from the beating and torture. They deprived him of sleep for
ten days and nights. Later, Tang Jianping was transferred to a labor camp.
During that time, his internal injuries worsened. He experienced swelling of the
chest and abdomen, difficulty in eating food and drinking water, vomiting of
blood, and blood in his urine. He was released in early 2002, and his health
worsened. He died after vomiting a large amount of blood on August 28, 2002. (An
earlier report of his death can be found at: http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2004/3/13/45987.html) Tang Jianpiing suffered brutal torture, as follows: In 2001, the family had no income and couldn't sustain itself due to Tang
Jianping's long-term detention. Tang's wife could not bear the pressure and
divorced him, leaving a less than three year-old boy and an elderly grandparent
to fend for themselves. A once happy family was broken up because of the
persecution ordered by Jiang Zemin (former leader of China, but currently
directing the persecution behind the scenes). At that time, Tang Jianping's health had deteriorated. The police did not
release him, but took him to the Xinhua Labor Camp in Mianyang City where he was
held for one year and six months. He was tortured at the camp in an effort to
make him renounce his belief in Falun Gong. His internal injuries worsened. He
experienced swelling of the chest and abdomen, had difficulty ingesting food and
water, vomited blood, and had blood in his urine. Only then did staff at the
labor camp allow the Weiyuan Public Security bureau to notify Tang's mother. His
mother took him home on January 8, 2002. His parents borrowed money in hopes of
saving his life. Tang Jainping bled to death on August 28, 2002, when he was
alone at home. The false charges against him were never cleared. In 2003, a practitioner persisted in practicing the exercises at the Weiyuan
Detention Center. At the time, Zhang Bing was the head of the detention center.
He ordered a rapist to beat the practitioner. However, the criminal knew that
the practitioners had not had anything to eat for several days so he did not
have the heart to do so. Zhang Ping yelled and demanded that he beat the
practitioner cruelly. Zhang Bing is one of the murderers of practitioners. 4. Despite Nine Broken Ribs, Ms. Chen Was Still Dragged to a Forced Labor
Camp Practitioner Ms. Chen Yuqing, 52 years old, was from Hedong Street, Yanling
Township, Sichuan Province. She was a staff member at the Weiyuan Self-employed
Workers Association. She was arrested on November 6, 2003 for refusing to give
up her belief in Falun Dafa and sentenced to one year and nine months of forced
labor. Shortly before this she had an accident at work. She broke nine ribs and
fractured her cervical vertebra. While she was still recovering from injuries,
police from the Weiyuan County Police Station arrested her and dragged her
brutally to a labor camp Ms. Chen Yuqing used to suffer from all types of illnesses and was miserable.
After practicing Falun Dafa, all her illnesses and pains miraculously
disappeared. She not only regained her health, but also learned the truth about
life. Over the past few years, she clarified the truth with a compassionate
heart to people who treated her unfairly, and who made her suffer mentally and
physically, especially to a few evil doers from the County Industrial and
Commercial Bureau who had taken her to a mental hospital in 2000. While in the
mental hospital she was force fed and given injections of unknown drugs that
damaged the central nervous system. As a result, she had difficulty walking. On January 13, 2000, Ms. Chen Yuqing went to the Appeals Office in Beijing to
appeal for Falun Dafa and was detained for 14 days after returning home. At the
time her work place only paid her 200 yuan living expenses a month. In the
middle of February, Chengdong Police Substation in Weiyuan County organized a
two month brainwashing class just for her. One month into the brainwashing
class, the leaders of her work place, the Weiyuan Industrial and Commercial
Bureau, realized that she could not be brainwashed, so they took her to Zigong
Mental Hospital, which refused to take her in. Ms. Chen's family and her
husband's family had no history of mental illness. Naturally, she had no history
of mental illness either. On April 10, 2000, Ms. Chen's family repeatedly explained to the management
of her work place that she had no mental problems. They deceived her into going
with them to Ziyang Mental Hospital in Sichuan Province. They claimed that they
were taking her for a health check up. But, instead they took her to the mental
hospital, where she was locked up. The nurse checked her temperature and pulse
and found nothing wrong with her. In the afternoon that same day, several
hoodlums grabbed her hands, pushed her and then pulled her by her hair on to one
of the beds when no doctors were around. They tied her up and proceeded to give
her an infusion, and kept her tied up. She was tied up for about 16 hours and
had to relieve herself on the bed. Every day she was given drugs that damaged
her central nervous system. Ms. Chen had very strong reactions after an infusion
or taking drugs. She felt sick, vomited, was dizzy, weak and unable to walk. Her
memory was deteriorating. Ms. Chen felt dizzy when going to the restroom. As a result, she lost two
teeth and her lips were cut. Her body was swollen and she had a rash over all of
her body. Her eyes were so swollen that she could barely see. Her work place refused to have her released until May 11 (after one month),
and only because her family had been very insistent. She could not sleep for an
entire week. She suffered constipation, could barely use her hand and walking
became difficult. It took more than six months before she had full use of her
hand and legs again. On January 19, 2001, her work place and policemen from the Chengdong Police
Substation continued to persecute her. After failing to find Falun Dafa
materials at her home or work place, the evil-doers put truth-clarification
materials into her office file cabinet to frame her. They used this as an excuse
to sentence Ms. Chen Yuqing to one and a half years forced labor and discharge
her from public employment. Guo Shunwen is behind the aforementioned persecution of Ms. Chen. 5. Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Li Xinze Died from Being Tortured by Prison
Guards Mr. Li Xinze, 51, was a practitioner from Weiyuan County, Neijiang City. He
and fellow practitioners were brutally tortured at the Xinhua Forced Labor Camp.
They were only allowed to sleep between 3 to 4 hours daily, sometimes even less.
The guards forced practitioners to march under the scorching sun after 2 o'clock
in the afternoon and do 100 sit-ups. Two guards and inmates pulled practitioners
who could no longer run until they collapsed. Some guards took practitioners to
hidden areas where they punched and kicked them, and pinched the nerves of their
thighs and nipples. They also forced practitioners into brick-kilns when the
temperature was still very high. One day a young personal cangue (a non
practitioner) who was pushed into the brick-kiln with the practitioners lost
consciousness within a few minutes. Mr. Li had changed from a healthy individual
to one with mental and health problems within a little over a month. He wrote,
against his own will, the so-called guarantee statement and
"transformation statement." More than twenty days later, when Mr. Li
became sober-minded again, he renounced this statement and expressed his
determination to cultivate Falun Dafa. That evening, policeman Yang Xiaolong
tortured Mr. Li Xinze until 2 a.m. After Mr. Li Xinze was tortured to death, the authorities fabricated stories
and showed a large amount of fake evidence. They asked the mental hospital to
fabricate fake analytical reports in order to hide the truth of Mr. Li's death.
They lied to Mr. Li's family and framed Falun Dafa. The Youxian District
procuratorate report participated in the cover up. They wanted to evade
responsibility and confuse right from wrong. Individuals directly responsible for Mr. Li Xinze's murder include Zhao
Zeyong, Yu Xincai, Division Head Zhu, Deng Gang, He Xueling, Qing Guoquan, Ren
Qing Daji, Yang Xiaolong and the Youshan district prosecutor in Xinhua. Others who also took part in the crimes include Deng Haibo, Fu Weidong, Zhao
Yu, Li Changgeng, Huang Xu, Zhang Zhongwei, Zhang Xiaognag, Division Head Liu,
Division Head Huang and Division Security Guard Tang. B. Please Help Falun Dafa Practitioners Who Are Still Held in Prisons 1. Police from the Weiyuan City Police Station arrested practitioner Mr. Wei
Wei from Longkou City, Shandong Province in December 2003 for handing out Falun
Gong truth-clarification materials. In May 2005, Mr. Wei was given a
9-year sentence by the Weiyuan City People's Court in Sichuan Province and was
taken to Deyang Prison, Sichuan Province. On his arrival at the prison, the guards asked him if he was guilty. Mr. Wei
Wei responded, "I am not guilty!" Therefore, the guard called in more
than a dozen criminals. They dragged Mr. Wei Wei out of the room and beat him up
cruelly. Then they forced him to stand for a long time beginning that night. He
stood there until early the next morning. The next day, guards ordered two
criminals to force him to renounce Falun Dafa. 2. Practitioner Mr. Liu Wangquan was sentenced to a 7-year prison term. 3. Practitioner Ms. Luo Jianxin was sentenced to an 8-year prison term. Note: It is said that policeman Wang Dongliang from Xindian was responsible for the
persecution of Ms. Luo and her daughter. Wang Dongjiang has boasted to a
practitioner about his role in the persecution. 4. Practitioner Mr. Yang Huoming has been sentenced to 4 years in prison. 5. Practitioner Yao Liangjing has been sentenced to 4 years in prison. 6. Practitioner Ms. Mo Xiaoying is still held in the Weiyuan Detention
Center. 7. Practitioner Mr. Lin Chunquan was a teacher from the Agricultural
Construction High School. The Principle of the School and the Chief of the
Teaching Section Yang Guobin did not allow Mr. Lin to teach. Mr. Lin was forced
to become homeless to avoid being arrested and persecuted. The school withheld
his salary of more than 1,000 yuan. Not long ago the school discharged Mr. Lin
from public employment. C. Evil Doers from Weiyuan Received Retribution for Persecuting Falun Dafa Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic
retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions,
is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic
of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe
will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such
as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated
another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet
due retribution. 1. Former Deputy Head Yu Jiuan of Weiyuan Police Station Severely Injured in
Car Accident Former Deputy Head Yu Jiuan of Weiyuan Police Station actively participated
in the torture of practitioners. Some practitioners that he took to prison are
still detained; others died due to inhuman torture. Yu Jiuan's wife was the one who reported practitioners. A practitioner
xeroxed one page of truth-clarification material at her photocopying shop. She
reported to police and the practitioner was arrested. One month ago she was also
badly injured during a car accident. Policeman Wang Dongliang from Xindian arrested elderly practitioner Deng
Yinlin several times and forced him to remove the words "Falun Dafa Is
Good" that were written by other practitioners. Deng Yinlin did as he was
told. As a result he received retribution -- his son was killed when run over by
a motorbike. Deng Yinlin used to practice Falun Dafa and his illnesses were all
cured. Due to the pressure, he helped the CCP in their evil deeds. He had not
only harmed himself but also his family. 2. Security Guard Zeng Xiqing from Fugu Village Closely Followed the CCP's
Evil Dictates, so His Children Were harmed Security Guard Zeng Xiqing, about 62 years old, male, was a security guard in
Fugu Village in 2004. In the summer of that year a young female practitioner
went to his home to clarify the truth about Falun Dafa. Zeng Xiqing reported her
to police from his mobile phone, while asking his wife to detain the
practitioner. This practitioner was arrested and her whereabouts are still
unknown. In the summer of 2005, Zeng Xiqing's grandson was one year old. He fell into
a pond belonging to Zeng's family and drowned. Those who knew the truth all said
it was retribution. From that day on Zeng suffered nightmares and lived in
constant fear. Zeng Xiqing had one daughter and four sons. His younger grandson died and
elder grandson was weak and suffered illnesses. His address: No. 17 Team, Fugu

86-13890536411 (Cell). 3. Head of Wanchang Township Police Sub-station, Weiyuan County, Sichuan
Province and His Subordinate Policemen Receive Retribution In March 2004, policemen Liang Dezong and Yu XX broke into practitioner Mr.
Yang Huajun's home after villager Yang Meili from Tiangong Village reported him.
They ransacked the house and deceived Mr. Yang into coming with them to the
police sub-station. Instead, they took him to a detention center where he was
held for one month and then sentenced to one year of forced labor. These evil
police demanded that Mr. Yang sign documents they had put together. Local residents heard that police from the police substation ransacked Mr.
Yang's home. The head of the police substation, Shi Shaowu, and policeman Liang
Dezong once said that it is an unalterable heavenly rule that good deeds will
bring rewards and bad deeds will result in retribution. These two were imprisoned shortly after they arrested practitioner Mr. Yang.
Twenty days later, Shi Shaowu and Liang Dezong went to a karaoke club to visit
prostitutes. They also cheated and visited underage girls. When their cavorting
was discovered they lost their jobs. Liang Dezong was imprisoned and Shi Shaowu
was given a death sentence. He was to be executed outside the prison walls. Yu
xx was originally slated to become the new deputy head of the police substation,
but was transferred to another unit. The person who reported on the practitioner suffered from a very severe
illness and had to spend a lot of money. His eldest son broke his leg after a
motorbike ran into him. He also lost a lot of money due to theft. Chen Duanliang, the Principle of the Agricultural Construction High School,
reported practitioner Mr. Lin Chunquan several times and reduced his salary to
60 yuan a month. Mr. Lin was forced to become homeless to avoid being arrested
and persecuted. He was later arrested and sentenced to forced labor. During his
detention at Weiyuan Detention Center and the Xinhua Forced Labor Camp he was
tortured and beaten cruelly. In 2002, teachers reported Chen Duanliang for embezzling public funds. A
teacher also beat him up and he suffered a fractured skull. He spent thousands
of yuan on medical expenses. Xia Zehua, Head of the Dean's office reported also on Mr. Lin Chunquan. He
had conflicts with other people and his wife beat him severely. Not long after
that he lost his job as the head of the dean's office. Liang Zegao and Liao Huawei harassed local practitioners many times. Because
of them, heavy sentences were handed to several local practitioners. Not long
after that, Liang Zegao's parents died.
One evening in October 2005, Mr. Wei Wei woke up because of noise in the
corridor. He wanted to go and have a look, but was stopped by prison guards. He
learned later that the prison guards were beating up a practitioner. On the
following day the prison guards told Mr. Wei Wei that he would be punished by
"loneliness," forbidding him to talk to anyone. If he talked to any
one he would be taken to the "strict control group." Criminals beat
