Chief Justice Xiao Wanxiang Tries Many Practitioners at Hongkou District Court (Shanghai)

(Clearwisdom.net) On February 1, 2007, agents from the Shanghai City 610 Office, ordered the chief justice of the Shanghai Hongkou District Court, Xiao Wanxiang (male), to bring Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Jiang Suying to trial. Ms. Jiang was sentenced to three and a half years in prison. As a chief justice, Xiao Wanxiang had also presided over the trials of four other practitioners in Shanghai on April 11, 2005. On that occasion, Ms. Zhou Shumei was sentenced to six years, Ms. Liu Fendi to seven years, and Ms. Hua Liping to three years in prison, while Ms. Wu Peiyu was given three years of probation. In addition, on January 11, 2007, he put Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Guan Longmei, a resident of Hongkou District, on trial and sentenced her to seven years in prison.

We need to seriously warn Xiao Wanxiang: You will not escape punishment when the time is ripe! It may be that you were only following orders, but anyone who coordinates or is involved in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners will meet his or her retribution, no matter what the excuse for their involvement. At some point in your career, perhaps you really were fighting for justice and wanted to work for a better society. Perhaps you were even wondering why moral standards are declining so precipitously and were hoping to make a contribution. What are you doing now? At present, you are putting good people who believe in "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance" on trial, thereby further contributing to the declining moral standards. If you still have any righteous thoughts left, please do not follow the Chinese Communist Party's persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners any longer. Try to make up for the harm you have caused practitioners in the past, in order to atone for your crimes.
