The Sea is Vast and the Sky is Boundless; There is Nothing to Fear

(Clearwisdom.net) In recent years, other than working in the fields, I have used almost all the rest of my time doing the three things well. When I go shopping, I always pay with bills with the words "quit the CCP" written on them. Sometimes, when I left home without materials, I would write these words on stickers and post them as I went. Sometimes I distribute materials with my son, and at other times with my wife. "The sea is vast and sky is boundless." There is nothing to fear. Master is always with us and protects us.

Shortly after the persecution began in July 1999, the authorities said I played Falun Gong videos. They used different tactics to interfere with me and sent four people to monitor me. But I never stopped practicing Falun Gong. Sometimes Political and Legal Committee agents or police substation officials sent people to interfere with me. I kindly explained to them, "All my illnesses were cured after I started practicing Falun Gong. After I read Zhuan Falun I knew how to become a better person. In recent years I have helped poverty-stricken families in our village. I have done many good deeds for them if you would like to investigate. I don't understand what kind of crime we have committed by being good people."

Our village party secretary helped me by saying, "He is truly a good person. In recent years when we collect farm tax he has never delayed. He treats everybody kindly and always thinks of others, and never asks for a payoff. He practices Falun Gong to become healthier." They then took our village Party secretary to the township office. The Political and Legal Committee secretary berated him for "covering up" for Falun Gong practitioners. The officials said they would hold him accountable for anything that happens. Our village Party secretary told them, "Rest assured. He would not do anything against the law. I can assure you!"

I was illegally detained in a brainwashing "class." While they were "teaching" us, I was reciting Master's lectures. I believe that we are cultivating the righteous Fa. As long as we respect the Fa, respect Master and follow the principles of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance" Master will always watch over us and protect us.

No evildoing person ever dared to go into the room where I kept Master's picture. Fellow practitioners: we should firmly believe in the Fa and Master and let go of any human notions and attachments so we can do what we are supposed to do with dignity. Master has been waiting and is looking forward to seeing us return to our real homes.

In the autumn of 2006, I planned to distribute some Nine Commentaries brochures and CDs and some truth clarification materials on my way to fellow practitioners' homes to deliver Master's lectures. When I got to the first practitioner's home she told me, "In 2004 we printed some flyers. My husband was sent to a forced labor camp and didn't have time to distribute them. You can take them." I put them in my bag and went to another practitioner's home. He said he had been busy and couldn't do it at the moment. I said, "Then you send forth righteous thoughts at home. I'll go out post them myself."

I rode my bike to a store and bought some glue and a brush. I started posting information in my area and went to other villages in another town. I asked Master to strengthen me, to let me go to places where people haven't seen the truth yet. I came to an unfamiliar town. With Master's protection I went to three townships. I posted several flyers and left some truth clarification materials in every village. While I was asking people for directions at intersections, people were kind and pointed me in the right direction. I gave them talismans and asked them to often say, "Falun Dafa is good" in order to have a bright future. I asked them not to believe the lies on TV. They all happily accepted.

While I was in one village I asked an elementary student for directions. He explained in detail and then he ran away. I went to a store to buy a box of pushpins. When I came out of the store I saw that student had come back with another student. I thought, "I didn't get a chance to tell him the truth. Now he is coming back for it." I gave each of them a talisman and asked them to wear them around their necks and to recite the words on them. They said they would remember. They were reading, "Falun Dafa is good" as they left. Right then I noticed that my motorbike was almost out of gas. I pushed the bike and walked a while and then rode it for a while.

After the glue to post information ran out I started to use the pushpins to affix flyers on trees until I reached another town. It was dark by then. I filled the gas tank and bought more glue. I then posted the flyers as I was riding home. When I was done posting all the flyers I still had a long way to go. I took out a permanent marker to write about quitting the CCP on utility poles until the ink in the marker ran out.

There was no interference during the whole process. I returned home safely with Master's protection. After several days another practitioner asked me to pick up some truth clarification materials from her home. Another two practitioners were present. The four of us shared experiences and then left to distribute the materials. It was Friday and school was getting out where I had just arrived. I gave the students materials. There were seven to eight students who were not far away from school. I went over to give them the materials and talismans. Just when I was about to leave, another 20 students came out of school and asked what this was about. Each of them wanted a talisman. Some wanted more than one. I said, "I have limited supplies. When you are done reading and understand the truth, you can give it to your friends and families. This way, you are being a good person as well!"

Then I went to another village. Some teachers and high school students got out of a bus. I distributed materials to them. They all accepted them happily. I became excited that there were so many people understanding the truth in such a short time, and not too long after I had a flat tire. I had to go to a repair shop. I only had two copies of the materials with me at the time. I left one on the counter and left. I then thought: "I've come such a long way. I can't just leave like this." So I bought a marker and started writing the truth about quitting the CCP on utility poles along the roadside. It was now very dark and I was on the outskirts of town. I slipped down a steep slope after having written the truth on a pole. I thought, "This is evil interference. I'm a Dafa practitioner. I am fine!" So I climbed up courageously, despite the pain. "The evil doesn't want me to write. I will definitely continue to write." I sent forth righteous thoughts and kept writing until the ink ran out.

The next morning my legs hurt and were swollen. My wife didn't want me to go out any more, but I still went out. I was thinking that things had gone smoothly in the past several years when I had clarified the truth. It must have been something I had not done well this time to present me with a hurdle. I then recalled that before I left I had put the truth materials and Minghui materials under the seat cushion for safety reasons. I was worried about losing the materials when I distributed them. But there are pictures of Buddha and gods on the materials. I knew that I was disrespecting the Fa and thus experienced severe consequences.

There were a few practitioners in our areas that had not done well in exhorting their families to quit the CCP. They were also afraid of stepping forward to clarify the truth. Master has been waiting and waiting for every practitioner to step forward with dignity.

I remember in 2000, when the persecution was very severe, six of us went to a neighboring town to clarify the truth. We took one thousand pieces of truth clarification materials and flyers with us. We were fearless! When we got there, although police cars were all over the place, we still posted flyers and materials on the walls and utility poles. On our way back we delivered the truth clarification brochures to every house and posted flyers on poles along the road. We finished the next morning but did not feel at all tired. We had flyers and other materials. Fellow practitioners all tried their best to participate, but during the past two years, while the evil has been significantly eliminated, some practitioners have tried to find excuses not to distribute materials to clarify the truth. They even said they are treating the Fa as teacher and cultivating themselves well.

Fellow practitioners: our cultivation goal is to rescue sentient beings and clarify the truth and improve ourselves in the process. In the meantime we can eliminate our karma and consummate our own worlds.

I would like to sincerely advise and awaken fellow practitioners who have not stepped forward yet. The cultivation path is never smooth. What Master has endured was for saving sentient beings and for Dafa practitioners to return to their true homes. Master has helped us eliminate karma from previous lives and left only a little bit for the disciples at each level to establish their mighty powers. What do we have we can't let go of?

We have some practitioners in our area who were persecuted by the evil for clarifying the truth. Their families and other practitioners were afraid of exposing the evil; that is why the evildoing people from the National Security Bureau still used different ways to persecute Dafa practitioners. Faced with this, some practitioners are afraid to share experiences with others. Some practitioners only read Master's lectures and Minghui materials on their own. They don't have discussions with others. They don't take the initiative to get materials from other practitioners, and wait to have them delivered. Some even gave up the practice.

While clarifying the truth I also encountered sickness karma and other tribulations. I think this is from the evil in other dimensions, although I don't have a great sense of enlightenment in this area. Master said,

"Someone has asked me: 'Teacher, why don't you eliminate this problem?' Think about it, everyone: If we clear all obstacles in your path of cultivation practice, how will you practice cultivation? It is under the circumstance of demonic interference that you can demonstrate whether you can continue your cultivation, be really enlightened to the Tao, be unaffected by interference, and be sure-footed in this school of practice. The great waves shift the sand, and that is what cultivation practice is all about. What is left in the end will be genuine gold." After studying this, I believe even more in cultivation. As long as we believe in the Fa and believe in Master and cultivate steadily, "the sea is vast and sky is boundless."
