What Teacher Tells Us Is True

(Clearwisdom.net) I heard about Falun Dafa through China's Chinese Communist Party (CCP) controlled media on April 25, 1999. Although I knew nothing about Dafa, I believed that it was not easy for an exercise to be cultivated by so many people all over the whole country. My enlightenment was very shallow at that time. Strictly speaking, I was driven to join in practicing Dafa out of curiosity. Although I have not always made steady progress during these years, I have come to deeply understand that as long as you study the Fa, and as long as you regard yourself as a practitioner, then Master is with you.

Just when I began to cultivate on July 20, 1999, the CCP started to escalate the persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners. Therefore, we lost the opportunity to study Falun Gong, and we could not progress. Sometimes I listened to the audio cassettes of Teacher's lectures at home. Teacher told us a story about one practitioner being hit by a car. Teacher said,

"When I taught a class in Beijing, a practitioner crossed the street on her bike. At a turn of the street, a luxury car came and knocked down this practitioner, a woman over fifty years old. It collided with her at once and hit her very hard. With the sound of 'bang,' it hit her head, and her head hit the car roof squarely. At that point, this practitioner's feet were still on the bike pedals. Though her head was hit, she did not feel any pain. Not only did she not feel any pain, but her head did not bleed, either; neither did it swell. The driver was scared to death and jumped out of the car. He hastily asked her if she was injured and suggested that they go to the hospital. She replied that she was all right. Of course, this practitioner had a very high xinxing level and would not get the driver into trouble. She said that everything was fine, but the collision left a big dent on the car." (Zhuan Falun, Lecture Three)

Because my enlightenment quality was low, I did not have a deep understand of the Fa, and my enlightenment with regard to Dafa was very shallow. I was half believing and half doubting. Therefore, every time when I heard about things like this, I felt doubt. Could it true that after being hit by a car, the person was quite well and the car had a big dent? I was even disrespectful towards Master. Was he lying?

In the spring of 2000, I opened a store on a busy street. One rainy day, I was watching the TV in my own store. Suddenly, I heard a loud "bang" from the street. And then I heard the screeching of a car's brakes. I ran out quickly. Less than 20 meters away from my gate I saw a 60-year-old woman pushing herself up from the ground. A red microbus had stopped nearby. I went to the woman and recognized that she was practitioner Sister Chen's mother.

Sister Chen's family was staying on the street opposite to us. Her brother was in the US. When the CCP started to persecute Falun Gong, her brother often called back to his family and told them not to believe the CCP's fabricated news.

The driver who hit the woman hastily got out of the microbus. He apologized to the her and made detailed inquiries into sending her to the hospital. I went over and found that, apart from some mud on her coat and hands, she had no injuries. When I saw the microbus, it further surprised me because the vehicle had a big dent in it. I began to understand that this woman was protected by Teacher when the accident happened because her children were cultivating Dafa. At the same time, Teacher let me witness this accident to rid me of my human concepts. Through this incident, my doubts vanished.

After a while, Sister Chen came. We made eye contact and smiled at each other in complete harmony. However, the driver still sent her mother to the hospital to have a physical exam. It was verified that there was nothing wrong, and she went home.

Today I am writing down this story in hopes that people can learn more about Dafa and really understand Dafa so as not to be deceived by the evil CCP. At the same time, it is to encourage myself to continue progressing. I cannot live a life without hope and miss out on this precious opportunity. I also want to tell new practitioners who have not studied the Fa in-depth or who doubts about the Fa: "Whatever Teacher tells us is true!" I deeply appreciate the Teacher who has saved me. Heshi.
