Arrest of Falun Dafa Practitioner Wang Junkai from Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province by National Security Bureau

(Clearwisdom.net) At present most policemen in Jinzhou City know the facts about Falun Gong and are aware that Falun Gong practitioners are all good people. Generally, they no longer take the initiative to persecute practitioners and try to avoid getting involved in the persecution. However during the morning of February 19, 2007, Song Zhenming, Li Guiwen and others from the National Security Bureau in Jinzhou City broke into practitioner Mr. Wang Junkai's parents' home, and forcefully took him away. Wang Junkai is from Linghe District in Jinzhou City, and is now incarcerated in the city's No.1 Detention Center.

Mr. Wang Junkai, 35 years old, used to work at the Jiaotong Bank in Jinzhou City. As he was firm in his belief, he was forced to resign from his job. In February 2001, several practitioners were arrested and he was implicated. Agents from the city 610 Office arrested him, and policeman Li Xiejiang extorted 20,000 yuan from him.

In July 2004, Song Zhenming, Li Guiwen and others had unlawfully arrested Wang Junkai's wife. She was not sent back until her family spent tens of thousands of yuan to bribe the police.

After that, Jinzhou City's National Security Department head Chen Xiaosong, deputy heads Wang Yongan, Song Zhenming, Li Guiwen and others searched for Wang Junkai everywhere in an attempt to arrest him. Over the past few years they often made phone calls to Wang Junkai's parent to threaten and terrorize them. The persecutors have been following Wang Junkai's wife for several years and kept his home under surveillance. Wang Junkai then decided to leave home and go into exile to avoid the persecution. He has not been able to return home for several years. The persecutors' threats emotionally traumatized his over-80-year-old grandmother, his over-60-year-old parents and his young wife.

In the beginning of October 2006, motorized policemen from the National Security Bureau followed the Route 1 bus that Wang Junkai's wife rides. At the same time, they rented a unit across the building from Wang Junkai's parents' home in order to keep them under surveillance. As they had been worried and threatened for so long, Wang Junkai's father had high blood pressure. His mother was often in tears as she missed him so much. His wife lost her sense of safety, and his grandmother missed him and mentioned him every day. On February 19, 2007, while Wang Junkai was re-united with his whole family and his brother, National Security Department spies used this opportunity to arrest him. His father's blood pressure rose again, and the whole family is in great sorrow.

National Security Bureau head Chen Xiaosong and others have been actively cooperating with the city "610 Office" to persecute Dafa practitioners for a very long time.

Since 2004, specifically, they have used various tactics: following and watching practitioners, tapping their phones, stealing personal property, breaking into homes, extorting money and other means to persecute good people. They have searched the homes of more than a dozen practitioners and arrested them, bringing them and their family members great misery. The reason for the spies spending so much time and effort to arrest Wang Junkai is they suspect he knows the IT technology. Without any evidence, they would arrest anyone whom they suspect.

The criminals:

Song Zhenming: 86-13941635358(Cell), Li Guiwen: 86-416-2950995
Head of the National Security Department: Chen Xiaosong, deputy head: Wang Yongan

The deputy head Wang Yongan has in person participated in the arrest of Dafa practitioner Qi Mingli.
