are on Hunger Strike to Protest the Persecution 2. [Hebei Province] Practitioner Liu Yongwang Has Lost Functionality of His
Lower Limbs and Is Dying Dafa practitioner Mr. Liu Yongwang is being illegally detained in
the Jimu Subgroup of the Fundamental Construction Group of the First Branch of
Jidong Prison at Tangshan City, Hebei Province, because of his steadfast belief
in Falun Gong. His lower limbs are now disabled and he can no longer walk. Mr.
Liu was in coma several times during brutal sessions of force-feeding and is

Zhiying Are Still Being Held in Illegal Detention Around 7:00 p.m. on February 8, 2007, Dafa practitioner Mr. Fu Zhenmin (a
farmer), non-practitioner, Mr. Fu Xingcheng and Ms. Li Zhiying from Shuangli
Village, Xinxing Precinct went to handle business at their relatives' home in
Qingcheng Village, Xingfu Precinct. Police from the Xingfu Precinct substation
illegally arrested them and took them to the National Security Department of the
Shuang City Public Security Bureau and have detained them there ever since.
During the Spring Festival, their families were anxiously awaiting their return

the Xiangyang District Procuratorate. A few days earlier, the
Procuratorate turned down the case due to lack of evidence. The case has now
been resubmitted to the Procuratorate, with added evidence. 5. [Rongcheng, Shandong Province] Practitioners Sun Chun and Liu Xinling
Illegally Detained On February 8, 2007, practitioners Mr. Sun Chun and Ms. Liu Xinling from
Shangkuang Village Wanglian Township of Rongcheng went to visit the Xu family at
Maling to clarify the truth. Xu Xiuquan, his wife Liu Xiulan and
another villager who does not know the truth about Falun Gong, exposed them to
the authorities. After four policemen from the Wanglian Substation arrested the
two practitioners and took them to the substation headquarters, the director of
the Women's Association of the village, Li Aiming, led four policemen including
Liu Changsong and Wang Zhiqiang to raid Sun and Liu's homes illegally. They
forfeited a booklet, Remembering Master's Benevolence, from one home, but
did not find anything in the other house they entered. On the same afternoon, police from the Wanglian Substation sent practitioners
Sun Chun and Liu Xinling to the Rongcheng Detention Center. Wanglian Substation: 86-631-7391043 6. [Meihekou City, Jilin Province] Practitioners Including Zhang Kegui
Arrested On the afternoon of February 8, 2007, practitioners Mr. Zhang Kegui, Ms. Song
Peiqin and Ms. Li Yuhua from Hongmei Township, Meihekou City took a taxi to
neighboring Dayang Township, Dongfeng County, to distribute truth-clarification
materials. They were reported, and several policemen from the Dayang Township
Public Security Sub-bureau arrested the three and the taxi driver, Han Jiping.
They are being tortured while illegally detained at the Dongfeng County
Detention Center. The driver's minivan has been impounded without just cause. 7. [Donggang, Liaoning Province] Supplementary News of Yu Chun'e's Arrest 8. [Qiqiha'er City, Heilongjiang Province] Five Practitioners on Hunger
Strike for Over a Month Qiqiha'er Detention Center: 86-452-2632345 9. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Li Xuejin Arrested On February 9, 2007, practitioner Ms. Li Xuejin was reported and was
subsequently arrested when she was distributing truth-clarification materials at
a village in Jinzhou. She is being illegally detained at a detention center. 10. [Zhenlai County, Jilin Province] The Persecution of Practitioners Shen
Lixin and Zhao Dawei Dafa practitioner Mr. Shen Lixin used to be a policeman at the 7th Prison of
the Zhenlai County Public Security Sub-bureau. Practitioner Mr. Zhao Dawei was
demobilized from the army at the end of 1999, only because he cultivates Falun
Gong. Xing Guanshan, head of the Zhenlai County Public Security Sub-bureau, has
been spreading slander about him. His archive, however, is still kept at the
County Civilian Administration Agency. On January 4, 2000, the two practitioners were illegally sentenced to 1-year
labor terms because they distributed truth-clarification materials. In August
2001, Xing Guanshan tried to force the two to give up cultivation and threatened
to sent them to a brainwashing center. They were forced into exile. In July
2003, Mr. Shen was exposed to the authorities, was arrested in Zuojia, Jilin,
then sent to the Zhenlai Sub-bureau. The Zhenlai Court illegally sentenced him
to approximately 6 years. He is currently in Gongzhuling Prison. Mr. Zhao is

86-436-7851318 11. [Panjin City, Liaoning Province] The Persecution of Practitioners Sun
Fengjie, and Others Practitioners Ms. Sun Fengjie from Jinzhou Oil Production Plant, Liaohe Oil
Field, and Ms. Cao Yan from Lingmei are still being tortured in a detention
center. Around February 12, 2007, police from Xingmei Substation, Liaohe Public
Security Bureau arrested practitioner Ms. Ge Lingren from the Liaohe Oil Field
while she was distributing truth-clarification materials at night in the testing
drill company of Liaohe Oil Field. She is being illegally detained at the Liaohe
Oil Field Detention Center (the monitoring branch of Liaohe Public Security
Bureau). Dafa practitoner Ms. Li Youhua, an employee of the 2nd Drilling Company at
Liaohe Oil Field, remains unaccounted for. She was illegally arrested about 3
years ago while making truth-clarification materials at Panshan. Her whereabouts

Hulan Prison after Being Sentenced Practitioner Mr. Li Hongkui from Harbin is being imprisoned in Hulan Prison
after being illegally sentenced. He is being brainwashed by a group training
team and has not been allowed any family visitation. 13. [Shulan, Jilin Province] Practitioner Ms. Fan Yuzhu from Xibei Precinct
Arrested in her Home by Police while Practicing the Falun Gong Exercises 14. [Cangzhou, Hebei Province] Recent Persecution of Practitioner Liu Yi People in charge of the persecution: 15. [Hebei Province] Practitioner Zhao Yuehong Still Being Detained after Her
Original Sentence Expired On February 14, 2007, Balizhuang Labor Camp, Baoding City has illegally
detained practitioner Ms. Zhao Yuehong (from Zhongfuluo Village, Xifuluo
Precinct, Anguo County) for 3 years. When the term of her sentence expired, her
husband, daughter and relatives went to take her home from the labor camp.
Before releasing her, the camp asked Ms. Zhao to fill out forms. She wrote
"Falun Dafa is good" on the forms. Because of this, she has been kept

Mr. Zhang Jihong and His Wife, Ms. Zhang Guirong The secret illegal trial of Mr. Zhang Jihong and his wife Ms. Zhang Guirong,
which was scheduled on January 12, 2007, never occurred. It is known that on
February 8, the Wenyuhe Court at Louzizhuang, Chaoyang District illegally
sentenced them to 3 years of forced labor without notifying their family. The
tribunal was closed hastily after only one minute. The couple are being illegally detained at Chaoyang Detention Center. They
are very thin and no family visits are allowed. Judge, Zhu Xuhui: 86-10-85998564 (Office), 86-10-85998569 17. [Shanhaiguan, Hebei Province] Practitioner Zhao Huanzhen Arrested In the evening of February 14, 2007, police from the Shihe Substation
illegally arrested practitioner Ms. Zhao Huanzhen (from Shanhaiguan), and
another fellow practitioner while they were on their way to Anmenzhai, Shihe
Township. In the early morning of the 15th, the fellow practitioner escaped
using her righteous thoughts. The director of the substation, Pang Wenge,
transferred Zhao to Shanhaiguan Detention Center. 18. [Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province] Practitioners, Including Gao Jiyu,
Illegally Sentenced to Forced Labor In 2006, practitioner Mr. Gao Jiyu from Zaozhuang City was illegally
sentenced to 3 years of forced labor, Mr. Song Baogang to 2 years and Mr. Zhao
Tengdi to a 1-year term. 19. [Buoxing County, Shandong Province] On February 13, 2007, Local Police
Arrested Practitioner Ms. Li Junying while She was Handing out
Truth-clarification Materials 20. [Inner Mongolia] Haila'er Railroad Public Security 610 Office Arrested
Many Practitioners The 610 Office of Haila'er Railroad Public Security Station of
Inner Mongolia, along with local substations and the forestry substation, have
illegally arrested many Dafa practitioners. On January 19, 2007, Ms. Sun Shiying from Tulihe Township, Yakeshi City was
arrested and is said to be illegally detained at the Forestry Brainwashing
Foundation of Yakeshi City. On January 20, 2007, police from the Tulihe local substation and Yakeshi,
illegally detained Mr. Wang Junfan from Tulihe. On the 21st, Mr. Wang was taken
to the Tulihe Forestry Detention Center without any stated reason. 21. [Henan Province] Yao Yinhua and Chen Wenqing Arrested 22. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Two Practitioners Beaten by Police
Officer Lu Ping On February 3, 2007, two practitioners with the last names Peng and Cao were
reported to the authorities when they clarified the truth at Haiyang Fair. When
policeman Lu Ping from the City National Security Group arrived, he started
beating the two practitioners. While he was beating Ms. Cao, Peng said to him:
"She is older than your mother yet you beat her." Lu Ping then beat
practitioner Peng. Even now the swelling and bruises to Peng's head and face
have not healed. 23. [Yueyang City, Hunan Province] Practitioner Ouyang Wen Arrested On February 11, 2007, the Yueyang City Public Security Department and
personnel from the "610 Office" went to Ouyang Wen's daughter's home
in Changsha City, Hunan Province and took Mr. Ouyang away. 24. [Ziyang, Sichuan Province] Police Arrested Practitioner Dong Yuying on a
Train Traveling from Chengdu City to Shanghai On the early morning of February 15, 2007, practitioner Ms. Dong Yuying from
Ziyang traveled from Chengdu to Shanghai for a family gathering. Police arrested
her on the train. She is being illegally detained at the Railroad Public
Security Bureau by the Security Bureau of Shanghai City. 25. [Dujiangyan City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Li Changqiu Arrested From around 3 to 4 o'clock on February 15, 2007, Dujiangyan Public Security,
the Procuratorate and officers from the 610 Office, along with perpetrators from
the city department store, went on a rampage and arrested practitioner Ms. Li
Changqiu (from Dujiangyan City) while she was distributing truth-clarification
materials. 26. [Sichuan province] Brief News of the Persecution of Practitioners in
Guangyuan City Since the persecution began on July 20, 1999, the following practitioners
have also been illegally sentenced to labor terms: Mr. Yang Xinkuan was
sentenced to two years and was shot at while being arrested in 2004, but due to
his righteous thoughts he managed to escape. He became homeless and died in 2005
from a construction accident. Ms. Liu Guizhen, a seventy-year-old woman, was
sentenced to a year and a half. Five of her family members also have been handed
illegal labor terms, and one family member received an illegal prison term as
well. Long-term torture had left Ms. Liu Guizhen very weak, and in 2006 she died
of the torture inflicted on her. Over 20 other practitioners, including Mr. Wang
Yulin and Mr. Liu Renzhong, have also been tortured to varying degrees. February 15, 2007
