A Mother and Son, Both with Liver Cancer, Die in Dramatically Different Ways

(Clearwisdom.net) In a small town, there lived a very unfortunate family. A mother and her son both lost their lives to the same illness. However, their final hours were as different as night and day. Here is their story.

In May 2006, the mother fell ill after a lifetime of hard work. She was diagnosed with stage III liver cancer. Her sons and daughters waited on her as best as they could, since everyone knew that liver cancer is the most serious and painful of all cancers. They watched their mother suffer, but there was nothing they could do but feel sad. One day, the mother ate a little bit more than usual. Her abdomen was bloated, so she had to lie on her back and was unable to turn sideways. She could not have bowel movements either. It was an excruciating ordeal. The doctor could not give her any helpful medicine and asked her to wait for the pain to go away. But the old lady could not endure the agony any longer. Then her daughter-in-law said to her, "How about if you listen to the lectures by the Master of Falun Dafa? You are feeling unwell and cannot do anything but lie in bed anyway. It might help you." This daughter-in-law was a Falun Dafa practitioner. She had told her mother-in-law about Falun Dafa before, but the old lady did not believe her.

This time, however, the pain was too much to endure. The old woman agreed, although she was still not completely sure. After about five minutes,she told her daughter-in-law, "I can hear my belly grumbling as if something is going down." The daughter-in-law said, "That's a good thing. Let's continue listening to the lectures." Ten minutes or so later, the old woman got up from her bed. She visited the restroom and no longer felt bloated. She even ate two servings of porridge. She kept saying that this really worked, that she was no longer suffering and could go to sleep now. The old lady went to sleep and never woke up. She passed away with a smile on her face and no more pain. These were the benefits of Dafa!

Three weeks after the old woman passed away, her 40-year-old son also felt unwell. His brothers and sisters urged him to get a checkup at the hospital. The result surprised everyone. He, too, was diagnosed with stage III liver cancer and had only two to three months to live. No medical means could help him any more. The family had just said goodbye to a loved one and now another one had to go. This was a result they could not accept. During the man's hospital stay, his sister-in-law asked him to listen to the Falun Dafa lectures as their mother did. However, the man would not listen. Consequently, in his final two months, he suffered so much pain that he was crawling and screaming all over the house. The doctors injected him with painkillers every two hours to no avail. When he finally passed away, his hands and face were all dark.

Mother and son had the same illness. After the mother listened to the Falun Dafa lectures, she no longer had pain and died in her sleep, quietly and peacefully, without using any drugs. Whether or not a person accepts Falun Dafa, the results can be as different as night and day.
