(Clearwisdom.net) On April 26 ChinaNews.com, a Chinese Communist Party (CCP) propaganda media outlet, published an article regarding the "International Chinese Classical Dance Competition" organized by NTDTV. The article claimed that the Party political organization "Chinese Anti-cult Association" wrote a letter to the Chinese Dancers Association. The letter called on everyone in dance circles in China and overseas to "recognize" the nature of NTDTV and not be "deceived" by it. The association also attacked NTDTV, alleging that (NTDTV) "destroys" the achievements of the economic reform and open policy, "destroys" (the efforts to) organize the Olympic Games," and so on. In the report, a head of that association accepted the interview with ChinaNews Agency identified only as a "senior expert" without revealing his name. Outsiders pointed out that it meant he himself felt "ashamed."

Regarding the report, the president of NTDTV, Mr. Li Zong, indicated that the CCP fears NTDTV. "The CCP fears NTDTV's Chinese New Year Spectacular shows and the success of the upcoming 'International Chinese Classical Dance Competition.' All of its previous interferences and destructive measures failed. The only thing the CCP can do is play the hoodlum and defame and fabricate rumors."

Mr. Li Zong mentioned that in the past few years, because NTDTV has focused on people's living conditions and the human rights situation in China, revealing the Party's lies and truthfully reporting on the CCP atrocities, especially the cruel persecution that the Falun Gong group has suffered, it has become the media that the CCP fears the most. The Party has spared no effort to motivate political, economic, diplomatic, and cultural sources to interfere.

In particular, the global tour of the Divine Performance Arts, focusing on Chinese Traditional Culture that is not contaminated by the Communist Party culture, has shaken the entire world. CCP special agents' destructive efforts failed everywhere. In Korea, the CCP applied pressure three times but failed to prevail. The show had big impact there. The Party has attacked the Dance Competition out of shame, fear and anger that it's lies have been revealed.

Regarding the dance competition, Mr. Li Zong commented that this is another grand occasion for NTDTV to promote Chinese culture. "Our intention is open and broad. We welcome all people and experts to participate or watch the competition on TV. NTDTV will keep striving to promote traditional Chinese culture, to expose the CCP's atrocities, and to destroy the CCP's lies so that China can become a free, diversified society as soon as possible."

Heng He, a commentator in the US, pointed out that the "Chinese Anti-cult Association" is a tool that the CCP has used to attack and deceive people. It was established in November 2000 especially for persecuting Falun Gong. It plotted the staged Tienanmen Self-immolation incident to ignite hatred and to lay a foundation for it's anti-Falun Gong signature collections. The members of the association have claimed that they are civic volunteers, when, in fact, they are all high ranking CCP or government officials with a religious or scientific identity. All the activities associated with the organization are involved with the CCP authority and it's media. That association has been on the wanted list of the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong, and its chief representatives have all been sued outside of China.

Analysts pointed out that CCP's special agents' attempts to interfere with the Divine Performance Arts were all defeated, especially in Korea. Their three attempts to press for cancellations of the show instead helped to publicize it. The reason that the CCP interferes is due to its fear of traditional Chinese culture. The CCP's fabricating of rumors about the dance competition will, instead, help to promote the it all over the whole world.
