On January 16 and 17, 2006, while Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Liu Lihua from Zhuanghe City was persecuted to the verge of death in the Liaoning Province Women's Prison. Her family was told to pay a "bail" fine, however, she was kept at the prison until she passed away on January 27.

On the afternoon of April 18, 2007, Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Shen Yuanhui was reported and arrested while she was spreading truth-clarifying materials. Currently, she is detained in the Tianpingjia Detention Center of Guangzhou City.

In April, 2007, a Falun Gong practitioner living in Xisanqi, Beijing City was arrested by the Qinghe Police Station. His (or her) computer and MP3 player were taken away.

On April 11, 2007, around 3 p.m., Ms. Gao Fenglan (57 years old), living in Yuanbao District, Dandong City, Liaoning Province, was arrested by policemen from the Qidao Police Station and her home was ransacked. Currently, Gao Fenglan is detained at the Dandong City Detention Center.

On August 17, 2006, Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Zhang Ming from Zhengzhou City was arrested by policemen from the National Security Group of Jinshui District and sent to the 4th Detention Center of Zhengzhou City for persecution. Zhang Ming's computer, printer, and truth-clarifying materials were taken away. On February 17, 2007, Zhang Ming was secretly sentenced to five years in prison by the Court of Zhongyuan District, Zhengzhou City. Currently, he is detained and being persecuted in the 4th Detention Center of Zhengzhou City.

After being arrested at the beginning of this year, Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Zheng Weimei has been detained in a detention center. The court would like to send her to prison for the so-called "crime" of printing Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials.

Ms. Lu Caixian was arrested and then released after being extorted for 20 thousand yuan. Later, she was arrested again.

On March 6, 2007, while working in the Hehua Market of Zhoukou City, Mr. Hu Xinzheng was arrested by policemen lead by the head of the National Security Group of Shanan Police Station of Zhoukou City, including Gao Feng, and deputy director of the Fangzhi Road Police Station, Zhu Guangqiang. Hu Xinzheng's money and goods were confiscated and his home was ransacked. Currently, he is detained in the Zhoukou City Detention Center.

After Hu was arrested, there has been no income for his family. There is nobody at home to take care of his 80-year-old mother and disabled brother.

On April 21, 2007, Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Diao Chunhua, employee of the former Hutian Ceramic Factory in Zhangdian District, Zibo City, was arrested by policemen from the National Security Group of Zibo City.

After being detained in the Yangxin County Detention Center, Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Wang Xiuying from Yangxin County was sentenced to two years in a forced labor camp in the beginning of April. She was then transferred to the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp for persecution.

While moving on April 20, to Wujia Town, Shuangcheng City, Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Chen Qi, from Liminyuan Resident Area, Daqing City, was followed by policemen from the 610 Office and the National Security Group of Daqing City. Policemen opened her home at the dormitory of Wujia Town Junior High School and confiscated a printer and some expensive tea.

While opening the door of her home in the morning of April 21, Chen Qi was pushed to the ground and arrested. While Ms. Zhao Shukun went to the housing office to return the key in the morning of April 21, she was also arrested. Currently, both of them are detained in the Shuangcheng City Detention Center.

In April 2007, five Falun Gong practitioners from Zhuzhou City were arrested. Currently, they are detained in the 2nd Detention Center of Zhuzhou City.

In the beginning of February 2007, Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Luo Xirong, from Huangpo District of Wuhan City, was arrested for clarifying the truth in a farm village.

From March 2007, six Falun Gong practitioners from Wenchuan County were interrogated by policemen from Wenchuan Police Department. They were all detained for 15 days.

On April 2, Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Lou Xizhen, from Ji'an City, was reported to the police while she was clarifying the truth. Four or five policemen from the Qinghe Police Station of Ji'an City, including Wang Baochang, arrested Luo Xizhen. Her Falun Gong books, "Minghui Weekly," and NTDTV New Year Gala VCD were all confiscated.

Currently, Luo Xizhen has been illegally detained for more than 20 days in the Ji'an City Detention Center. This is the fourth time that Luo Xizhen was arrested. Her mother could not see clearly from crying so much.

At the end of March, Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Deng Zijiang, from Baise City, Guangxi Province was arrested. Then, policemen wanted to ransack his home. His wife refused to open the door, however the policemen broke into his home and took away some Falun Gong materials. His wife was detained for 3 days.

Falun Gong practitioner, Ms. Xie Ying, lives in Hedong District of Tianjin City, close to the Industrial University. On April 22, she was arrested. Policemen ransacked her home and confiscated her computer. Currently, she is detained at Hedong Detention Center.

Mr. Liu Hexin is an employee of the second Ironwork Factory. On the evening of February 14, 2007, he was arrested by the policemen from the Wenbei Police Station while spreading truth-clarifying materials. His home was then ransacked. His computer and more than 300 truth-clarifying materials were confiscated. He wassentenced to one and a half years in a Forced Labor Camp. Currently, he is jailed and being persecuted in the Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp.

On April 17, 2007, around 2 p.m., more than 10 policemen from the Security and Detection Group of Fuxin County and the Police Station of Dongliang Town arrested Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Bao Zhenying (52 years old) from her home in Zhuanjiao Village, Dongliang Town. They confiscated Falun Gong books and an MP3 player. She is currently illegally detained at the Fuxin County Detention Center.

On April 15, policemen from Luohu Police Station of Shenzhen City cut off the water supply to the home of Wei Ruihua and tricked her to leave home and go downstairs. Then, policemen arrested her. The telephone of her husband Mr. Huang Ruhong was also located. When he went back home in the evening, he was also arrested. Currently, their whereabouts are unknown.

In the morning of April 17, 2007, seven Falun Gong practitioners, including Ms. Jun Xianju, Mr. Jing Zhangxiu, Ms. Liu Guoying, and Mr. Huang Gongyou, were arrested and detained by policemen from Pengzhou City.

In the evening, three of them were bailed out by their companies. Jun Xianju, Jing Zhangxiu, Liu Guoying, and Huang Gongyou are currently detained in either the Pengzhou Brainwashing Class or the Detention Center for persecution.

Falun Gong practitioners Ms. Li Fengran and Ms. Zhao Aihua from Lijin County were arrested for clarifying the truth. Recently, they were sentenced to 19 months.

In the evening of April 18, Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Zhang Bianrong, from Zhuozhou City, and another practitioner were arrested for sticking truth-clarifying materials on the wall.

On February 7, 2007, Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Li Donghua went to the neighborhood of the Beijing Women's Forced Labor Camp to send forth righteous thoughts and was arrested by the policemen from the Wangsiying Police Station. She has been detained in the Chaoyang District Detention Center since then.

On March 2, 2007, at around 3 p.m., three plain clothed policemen rushed to the home of Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Liu Fenglan. Liu's son, Yao Baoqi, told them that she was not at home. The policemen wanted to ransack their home but Yao Baoqi refused their request. The policemen pushed Yao's grandmother (70-80 years old) to the ground.

Liu Fenglan and her husband heard about the incident and came back home. The policemen pushed her and her son into a police car. Then, Yao Baoqi's uncle was pushed into another police car. They were detained for 10 days.
