Middle School Student Publicly Refuses to Join the Communist Youth League (and Other Stories of the Power of Dafa)

I am a middle school student. I am 15 years old. Since I performed outstandingly in various aspects, the teacher in charge asked me to join the Communist Youth League. I studied Falun Dafa with my dad before, and I have also read the book the "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party." So I know that the Chinese Communist Party is evil, and I am unwilling to join its organization.

Although I told the teacher about my unwillingness to join the Youth League, the teacher still reported my name to the school. So, before the ceremony, the secretary of the Youth League Committee in my school called my name and ask me to participate in the oath ceremony. I walked to the podium and told him explicitly that I refused to join the Youth League. He looked at me, astonished, and exclaimed, "What?!" I continued steadfastly, "I refuse to join the Youth League. Please remove my name!" He removed my name from the new Youth League members list.

At about 11:00 p.m. on January 15, 2007, the television station was broadcasting the evil CCP's song , "The Red Flag Waving." Since my family members wanted to listen to the melody of that song, they refused to switch to another channel. Therefore, I began to send forth righteous thoughts. Just a few seconds later, the image began to jump and the sound disappeared. After the song was over, the television returned to its normal state.

Before, I had the notion that my righteous thoughts were not very powerful. But this time I witnessed that all Falun Dafa practitioners' righteous thoughts are indeed very powerful.

I lived in the rural area of Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province. I had a very complex family situation, which caused me to lead a melancholy life. No matter how I acted, no one could understand me. My family members used to accuse each other about it. I was extremely heartbroken about this. As a result, I developed serious illnesses.

After I had the good fortune to learn Falun Dafa, I understood the concept of predestined relationship, and my mind became peaceful. I did everything according to the principle of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." My health quickly improved and my family grew harmonious.

My daughter took the college entrance examination, but she was not able to go to college since she was diagnosed with hepatitis B. One year later, she failed for the second time due to her disease. She was upset and became depressed. She bade me, "Mother, please do not let others know about my disease. Otherwise, I will have difficulty finding a job." I persuaded her, "Child, you may as well study Falun Dafa. Your mother's disease disappeared after studying Falun Dafa. Common people's lives are predestined; only Falun Dafa can change it. It is probably time for you to attain the Fa."

After our conversation, my daughter began to read the miraculous book, Zhuan Falun. Her mind became open and bright. In addition, she understood that human beings came to the world for the Fa, and the Fa is extremely rare. Her health recovered soon after she learned Falun Dafa. When she found a job, she passed the physical examination. She called me and said, "Mom, Falun Dafa is really miraculous. My hepatitis B has disappeared. Mom, I will practice Falun Dafa diligently."
