Falun Gong Displays Unique Style at Hiroshima Flower Festival (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) The 2007 Hiroshima Flower Festival began on May 3. This is one of the three major events in May, attracting about 1.5 million visitors every year. This year the theme was "Flower Festival Connects Hiroshima and the World." Besides local groups, several foreign groups from such countries as Indonesia, Thailand, and Korea also participated. This is the fifth year for Falun Gong practitioners to participate in the citizens' parade. In the Falun Gong lineup was a waist drum troupe, a lion dance, dragon dance, celestial maidens, and a decorated float. Through the various performances, Falun Gong practitioners brought "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance" to thousands of spectators.
