1. [Tangshan, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhang Zongsu and Mr. Li Guocai Taken into Police Custody
On April 26, six plainclothes police officers broke into the home of practitiners Ms. Zhang Zongsu and her husband ,Mr. Li Guocai. Both husband and wife, as well as their son, who is not a practitioner, were taken into police custody. The police also stole a computer, a printer and other personal articles. They are both being illegally detained at Tangshan No. 1 Detention Center. Ms. Zhang has been on a hunger strike to protest the persecution. She has been force-fed and is now having difficulties walking.

2. [Lanzhou City, Gansu Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Caixia Taken into Police Custody
On the afternoon of May 12, Ms. Wang was taken to the Gongjiawan Brainwashing Center for persecution.
3. [Tianjin City] Ms. Yao Shilan Can No Longer Walk As Result of Persecution
Ms. Yao Shilan is a Falun Dafa practitioner from Changtun Village, Dajianchang Township, Wuqing District of Tianjin City. On April 4, she was arrested from home. At first, she was held at the Wuqing Detention Center. On April 25, she was transferred to Nankai Prison in Tianjin. When her husband and daughter visited her recently, she had to be carried out as she can no longer walk on her own.
4. [Zhengyang County, Henan Province] Practitioner Zhu Huajun Holds a Hunger Strike to Protest Persecution
Mr. Zhu Huajun was a teacher at Baliqiao Middle School of Zhengyang County, Henan Province. He was recently transferred to Xincai County Detention Center. He has been on hunger-strike for almost one month now.
5. [Changchun, Jilin Province] Falun Dafa Practitioners Mr. Zou Xiangyang and Ms. Li Yueying Arrested on April 25, 2007
6. [Xiao County, Anhui Province] Mr. Meng Fanzhuo Persecuted at Suzhou No. 3 Prison
Mr. Meng Fanzhuo is a practitioner from Xiao County. He has been incarcerated at Suzhou No. 3 Prison for almost three years. He has been diagnosed with esophageal cancer. The authorities not only will not treat or release him for medical treatment, they still force Mr. Meng to do laborious work everyday.
7. [Xincheng City, Liaoning Province] Practitioners Ms. Ji Guimin and Ms. Chi Shufang Taken to Xincheng City Detention Center
At around 1:00 p.m. on April 25, Ms. Ji and Ms. Chi were spotted by 610 Office director Song Changjiang while they were clarifying the truth. They were reported to Wenquan police, arrested, and taken to Xingcheng City Detention Center.

9. [Dalian, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhou Meihua Persecuted at Masanjia
In April 2007, Ms. Zhou Meihua was taken to Masanjia Brainwashing Center. On April 26, her mother visited her and saw she was extremely fatigued, and the skin on her fingers was peeling off.
On May 8, Ms. Zhou's daughter (eight years old) went to the brainwashing center with three other family members. They were not allowed to see her. The police even beat up one of the women. They grabbed her by the hair and clothes and threw her into a car. They also arrested a family friend.
10. [Yitong County, Jilin Province] Ms. Li Xiuzhi and Ms. Li Yunqing Arrested by State Security Unit
On the evening of May 9, 2007, practitioners Ms. Li Xiuzhi and Ms. Li Yunqing from Kaoshan Township of Yitong County were distributing truth-clarifying materials. They were reported and arrested by police officer Sun Shuping and others from the State Security Unit.
11. [Daqing, Helongjiang Province] Si Baosheng and Li Chunying Taken into Police Custody
Mr. Si Baosheng is a taxi driver from the Hongyang region of Daqing. He was clarifying the truth to some students while driving them to school. A student's parent reported him to the police. Mr. Si and Ms. Li Chunying were taken into police custody.
12. [Beijing] Ms. An Lixia and Ms. Ma Tingyu Were Arrested by Haidian District Police at Ms. An's Home at Around 3:00 p.m. on April 26. Ms. An Is from Beijing Normal University.
13. [Shanghai] On April 25, Practitioner Mr. Zhu Pingbo from Podong Was Taken to a Brainwashing Center by Agents from the 610 Office
14. [Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province] Mr. Jiao Meishan Persecuted
Shijiazhuang practitioner Mr. Jiao Meishan was arrested on March 3, 2006. He has been illegally detained at the No. 2 Detention Center. On May 9, 2007, Xinhua District Court submitted his case to Shijiazhuang Middle Court in an attempt to sentence Mr. Jiao to prison.
15. [Zhuolu County, Hebei Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Wang Runmei Taken Into Police Custody
On the afternoon of May 11, Zhao Xuan (Zhuolu County 610 Office director) and Dong Fei (captain of the State Security Unit of the Police Department) led a group of people to Baodai County searching for Dafa material production sites and satellite dishes for receiving NTDTV. They illegally searched the home of Wang Runmei. They stole a CD burner and a printer, and they arrested Wang. On May 12, they forced Wang's family to pay 4,000 yuan before they would release him
16. [Cangzhou City, Hebei Province] The Homes of Mr. Zhao Guangzeng and Mr. Liu Yongbang Searched
At around 9:00 a.m. on May 1, Gaochuan Town police station director Li Ningsheng and others broke into the homes of practitioners Mr. Zhao Guangzeng and Mr. Liu Yongbang. They confiscated truth-clarifying materials.
17. [Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Liu Yan's Current Situation
On April 24, practitioner Ms. Liu Yan was arrested. She is being detained in the Jinshan Hotel of Lianyungang.
18. [Zhengzhou, Henan Province] Mr. Zhang Ming Sentenced to Five Years in Prison
Zhengzhou practitioner Mr. Zhang Ming was sentence to five years in prison. He has been transferred from No. 4 Detention Center to Qiligang Prison in Xinmi City of Henan Province.
19. [Long'an County, Guangxi Province] Practitioner Ms. Lu Chihua Sentenced to Prison
Ms. Lu Chihua was sentenced to four years in prison for clarifying the truth to students in 2006. She is currently incarcerated at the No. 12 prison district of Litangliaopin Forced Labor Camp.
20. [Sichuan Province] Ms. Lu Yanfei Persecuted at Minkang Mental Hospital of Suining City
On March 21, 2006, Sichuan Women's Prison guards Zhang Xiaoying and Ren Fengmin sent practitioner Ms. Lu Yanfei to the mental hospital in Suining City. While at the hospital, she was tied up and injected with drugs and force-fed by doctor Nie Hong. As a result, she lost sight in both eyes, could not sleep, always shivered, and suffered memory and hair loss. When she was on the brink of death, they forced her aunt to accept three conditions to be allowed to take Ms. Lu home. The conditions were: the prison would not pay for Ms. Lu's medications or living expenses, and Ms. Lu is not to contact other Falun Gong practitioners. She has now been forced into homelessness.
21. [Wuhan, Hubei Province] Practitioner Ms. Chen Xiaorong Detained at Hewan Womens Drug Rehab Center
22. [Tianmen City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Ms. He Meirong Detained at the Hubei Womens Prison
Ms. He Meirong, 40 years old, is a teacher at the Zaoshi Middle School in Tianmen City. She is being detained at the Hubei Women's Prison.
23. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Zhang Weijie's Recent Condition
On April 27, Mr. Zhang Weijie was transferred from the Tangxunhu Brainwashing Center to the Chenjiaji Brainwashing Center in the Jiang'an District of Wuhan City by the 610 Office director ,Li Yingjie. Gong Hanlian, Tan, and Tang are trying to brainwash Mr. Zhang.
On May 12, Mr. Zhang's wife and family went to Chenjiaji Brainwashing Center and demanded his release. They were not allowed inside.

24. [Shenzheng, Guangdong Province] Mr. Li Guanqun Still Being Persecuted
Mr. Li Guanqun is a practitioner from the Shekou area of the Nanshan District, Shenzheng City. He was arrested by officers from the Nanshan Police Sub-bureau in the middle of April. He is currently being held at the Meilin Detention Center. His wife went to the police sub-bureau multiple times demanding his release, but so far has not able to get in.
