Treasure This Most Magnificent Chance That Is So Hard to Come By

(Clearwisdom.net) I am a university student. In 1999 I started to practice Falun Gong with my parents. I have a good friend, and I feel that our predestined relationship is really unusual. We are like sisters. I have wanted her to withdraw from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its related organizations since the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party was published. I clarified the truth to her several times, but maybe I didn't study the Fa diligently enough. I didn't persuade her. She didn't even accept the Nine Commentaries booklet. Later, I sent righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil elements that influenced her. Finally, she only went to one class on the CCP and then she never went again.

I think water constantly dripping can wear a hole in stone. I believe she can become clear one day and withdraw from the CCP. I browsed some Internet sites and downloaded some excellent articles. I took them to her. Later, she willingly looked at a website with me. She still would not withdraw from the CCP when I asked her to. She said she could not trust anything easily.

The total number of people withdrawing from the CCP was over 18 million just before New Year's. I was in a hurry for her to quit the CCP, so I sent righteous thought for her everyday. One day after school, I said, "We are such good friends. I don't want to see you buried with the dead when the Heavens punish the CCP. I am asking you one final time. You decide your own future. Now 18 million people have withdrawn from the CCP. The heavens will punish the CCP and withdrawing from it will save you! If you have any questions, the Nine Commentaries will answer them." This time, she accepted the Nine Commentaries and said she would look at it carefully.

One week later, she quietly asked me, "Please help me quit the CCP, please. All my signatures and written statements are valid."

One day, I was read an electronic book while she was with me. She said she was not comfortable looking at the electronic book. I brought her a small version of Zhuan Falun and told her not to write in it or underline anything in it. I asked her to wash her hands before reading it. The next afternoon she asked, "Why didn't you give me this book sooner? I spent the whole night and all morning reading the whole book." I said, "Can you understand everything if you read so fast?" She said, "That's why I want you to give the book to me. I want to read it several times." I was shocked and realized her predestined relationship with Dafa. I was very regretful that the book had been on my desk for the past two years, but I hadn't realized I should let her read it. If I had let her read it sooner, she might have quit the CCP earlier and studied the Fa sooner.

I told her the following story: "If we both are in the same level of heaven, our next life cycle we will warn each other not to forget our way to heaven. If either of us sinks into human attachments, please awaken the other." Suddenly the tears fell and I hugged her close. I felt that was where we were. We were each aware of the need to study the Fa and that our experience had come the hard way.

We had talked about spirit possession several days before and she said, "It is terrible. If I give up my attachment, then I must give up practicing Tai Chi." At that time, the Tai Chi teacher liked her very much and had taught her Tanglang Quan. I said, "If you don't study Tai Chi, will you practice Falun Gong together with me?" She said, "Yes, I am sure Falun Gong is the most righteous one." I said, "As long as you decide to cultivate Dafa, our Teacher will take care of you. That means you will not be in any danger, but your xinxing tests must be passed."

She agreed and decided to give up Tai Chi that very night.

I used to wonder why I could not contact other practitioners here. For two years, I asked Teacher to help me meet practitioners in this unfamiliar city, but I was still alone. Now I understand that I need to clear this environment. I need to create a righteous environment here. I believe there are still many people with predestined relationships waiting to understand the truth and cultivate the Fa.
