(Clearwisdom.net) Since Falun Dafa practitioners from a city in Hebei Province have continually clarified the facts, the local people have awakened more and more. More of them want to listen to the truth. The numbers of withdrawals from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations is increasing. It is heartening to know that they have decided to choose a bright future for themselves.

A couple in their 40s sell socks and other clothes in the market daily. One day I gave the wife a flyer with the facts about Falun Dafa. She accepted it gratefully and said, "Thank you. This is the best thing you could ever give me. Now I have realized that we have to read these materials. I did not care about Falun Gong very much before. If people gave me this kind of thing I would just throw it away.

"One day I found I had collected a dozen of them. I was curious as to what they were about and thought I'd just take a look. I picked up one of them and started to read. I did not want to put it down. I wanted to read every one of the flyers, because I found that I was deeply interested. I actually read all of them without taking a break. The content was abundant and covered much information from many points of view. Suddenly I understood Falun Gong and my heart turned bright. The flyers let me know that Falun Gong practitioners are good people. They are clarifying the facts and handing out flyers in order to save people. The information also let me know that there are practitioners in many countries, not only in China. The persecution that Jiang Zemin started is really against the will of the people. The whole world condemns the persecution. The Communist Party even dares to harvest living people's organs for profit. It's so brutal. Actually, practitioners are suffering such a large-scale persecution. I could not calm my mind, so I have started to tell people about this. Falun Gong is treated unjustly! Jiang Zemin will surely be punished. Since then, we started to get more customers."

I was really happy for the couple and said, "I wish you all good fortune. This must be a reward because you have read the materials and understood the facts!" She told me,"Thank you," twice more when I was about to leave.

In November 2006 when I had started to distribute Dafa calendars, I tried to clarify the facts to a young man from Mashenqiao in Ji County who sold chestnuts in a market. He did not listen carefully at first. When I asked him if he had had a membership in the Communist Party he did not wish to answer. He whispered, "I am nothing. I just sell my chestnuts." When I then asked him if he had been a member of the Youth League he said, "Yes," however that had happened when he was quite young and he said it was not necessary to quit. I discovered eventually that he was worried and afraid of getting in trouble, and he was not quite clear about the importance of withdrawing from the Communist Party. He was also afraid of disturbing his customers if I kept standing there talking to him.

I left and walked toward to a billiard parlor to clarify the facts to the billiard players. They all provided positive feedback. One of the young men wanted to withdraw his membership in the Communist Party and its affiliated organizations. He urged me repeatedly not to forget. I felt a little bit uncertain at first because he looked too young to be a Communist Party member. He read my mind and told me, "You do not believe me? I work at the XX work place. You can go to there and check my status. I initially wanted to join the Party to gain high positions in my job. Now it is not the case. The Chinese Communist Party is too corrupt. Certainly it will collapse, right? That is why I want to withdraw from it." Some of the others also agreed to withdraw. They started to read the materials I gave them.

The young man who was selling chestnuts saw their reactions. Perhaps it influenced him positively. I returned to his place and talked to him. Very soon he made up his mind and said he wanted to withdraw from the Communist Youth League.

People who wanted to buy chestnuts gradually arrived. Most of them were women. They squatted on their heels and picked out good chestnuts. I was delighted and continued to clarify the facts to the young man. I also asked those women if they were members of the Communist Party. Unexpectedly they all said, "You can just continue to talk. We want to listen to you, too. We were members of the affiliated organizations. Help us to withdraw from them." Some of them were members of the Youth League. All of them withdrew from it. Soon more customers arrived. They also agreed to withdraw. In this period of time, the young man had sold most of his chestnuts. It was already late and I was about to go home. When the young man saw I was about to go he ran to me and asked where I lived. I asked him why he wanted to know. He answered, "I want to follow you to sell my chestnuts. When you talked about Falun Gong with the others I sold more. I also want to listen to you." I told him, "It was not completely because of me, but it can also be your reward for having withdrawn from the Party. People who understand the facts will be rewarded. You do not have to follow me. You will be rewarded if you have withdrawn from the evil Party and remember the phrase, 'Falun Dafa is good.' Keep 'Falun Dafa is good' or 'Zhen-Shan-Ren [Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance] is good' in your mind. The most important fact is that your life will be saved when the big disaster comes." Then I gave him some truth-clarification materials and a calendar. He accepted them with delight and said he would tell the facts to his family and others who had not heard yet.

Dafa materials and flyers have been sent everywhere in this city, along with practitioners continuously clarifying the facts to people. In the past eight years people have heard and experienced the facts, and naturally they can distinguish righteousness from evil, facts from falsehood and awaken. One demonstration of this is how the students have changed. Nowadays many students have withdrawn from the CCP and its affiliated organizations. Something even more gratifying is that some students went to their teachers or school authorities to ask them to withdraw from the CCP organizations. This actually happened in several schools.

I used to clarify the facts to high school students at different times. When I asked them to withdraw from the CCP, many of them answered that they had already done so. Many told their teachers they wanted to quit. Some of them said they did not want to join in the first place and that it was only because their teachers had told them to. Some of them said there was no use being a member of the Party. The school just wanted to collect more money from their membership fees. The fees were different as some only had to pay five yuan and some ten yuan, simply for being leaders. Their parents did not like to pay these kinds of fees either. Some of the students said they were not members of the CCP and they did not wish to be members, because the CCP was too corrupt.

Elementary school students are also like that. If you tell them about withdrawing from the Young Pioneers Organization they can all understand why. Many of them agreed to withdraw. Some of them also took VCDs home and asked their parents to view them.

When we tell the students that it is better to publish a statement on The Epoch Times website, even if you have said to your teachers to withdraw your name from the CCP, all of them will agree. They all wish to have truth clarification materials.

Those who have just graduated from universities have misgivings regarding the facts and withdrawing from the CCP. Their words show that those students are afraid of the effects withdrawing would have on their futures and heir security in society, even if they know how evil the CCP is and don't want to be involved in it. This has something to do with memories of the CCP's history of killing.

I can give an example. Once I clarified the facts to some graduate students who came to our area to look for work. All of them were members of the CCP and told me they had joined the CCP in their universities. Though they wanted to withdraw, they had misgivings and felt pressured. When some of them agreed, they kept asking, "Will we be punished if the CCP finds out?" or "Do not publish it on websites because we are here to look for jobs. We do not want to have any trouble. If we do not listen to the CCP and obey what it says, we will not live in peace for the rest of our lives. We left our hometown to make some money and want to have a good future."

I told them about the great worldwide events to celebrate the withdrawals from the CCP and also gave them some materials, the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and "Minghui Weekly". I told them that nowadays many high CCP officials have quit the CCP. Only if one leaves these evil organizations will one have safety in the future. This is to save the lives of human beings. There is nothing more terrible than being a member of the CCP! They said that this was the first time they had ever heard such a thing. Because of the information blockade at schools, they could not wait any more and were eager to gather around and read the materials. Then all of them agreed to withdraw from the CCP and its affiliated organizations. They finally awoke and chose a bright future for themselves.

To offer police officers salvation, I always try my best to get close to them so I can clarify the facts to them. It is easier to talk to uniformed officers. According to common people's mindsets, it is dangerous to get close to plainclothes police. Actually it is not like that. I have tried to clarify the facts to the plainclothes police when I did not even know they were policemen. Nothing dangerous happened.

When I talked to some of them, asked them if they were members of the CCP, and gave them materials, their attitude was, "Please, talk to others. We do not want to listen to you." If I handed them a flyer they would say, "We do not need it. We have it already." Their expressions told me they did not really have these handouts. They merely wanted me to leave. Then I asked them why they did not want to listen to me. They had no choice and could only tell me, "We are policemen."

I sometimes put the materials in their hands anyway. Some of them glanced at the materials and returned them to me. Some of them said, "I do not want it. I am an officer with the 610 Office." If I still stayed there, some became upset and said, "Go now! Or I will call the police." If I did not move after that, they would take their cellphones out. Why were they so upset? Because there is a regulation saying, "Police officials who do not report Dafa practitioners who distribute materials will be punished." However many of them have made choices according to their own conscience.

Recently I went to a supermarket. When I asked a young man if he had taken part in the CCP and its affiliated organizations he whispered, "Falun Gong practitioner" in a low voice and then said to me, "Please go now. I am a policeman." A young woman close by worriedly said, "Please leave." The young man again told me to leave, and he said some people would come (perhaps he meant the police who were on patrol). I told him the importance of speedy withdrawals from the CCP and said, "Quit it. I can think of this name for you." He nodded his head and urged me to leave.

Some policemen clearly know we are Falun Gong practitioners. They do not report us or arrest us, but remind us to be careful. Last autumn I noticed a young man who seemed to be in pain. I walked toward him and started to give him a truth-clarification card and help him to quit the CCP. He answered, "No. I'm a member of the CCP." I still followed him and told him the facts of Dafa and about withdrawing from the CCP. He said as he listened, "I do know that Falun Gong practitioners are good persons, and this cultivation method is not bad." I asked him why he did not want to accept the card and materials? He smiled but did not reply. Later on I suggested perhaps he had not done away with the lies. He asked me a question. I noticed that he was different from those who know nothing about the facts. It looked like he knew everything but just had some different ideas. I answered his question. Then he asked why Master Li was living abroad. I told him the facts, right from the beginning. He was satisfied and laughed. When we got close to the city's Public Security Bureau he told me, "I am a policeman in charge of arresting Falun Gong practitioners. Today I will not give you any trouble. I will not call them. Leave here. It is strict now!" He told me he would check the website right away. I realized then that he could make a statement on-line to withdraw from the CCP on his own! I am glad for what he did.

I have also clarified the facts to some uniformed policemen several times. They presented me with some muddled questions. When I handed them materials they refused to accept them. They told me there are eight rules for Falun Gong things: do not listen, watch, believe, accept, discuss, or participate. They said, "We do not want to know these things. We just follow orders from the authorities."

The CCP has been lying and cheating. It is abusing people's basic rights and threatening them.

As the universal law, "Zhen-Shan-Ren" is coming deeply into people's hearts, and people are gaining a good knowledge about Dafa. Many policemen have understood and have freed themselves from the CCP's lies.
