Ms. Fu Zhaocui from Heilongjiang Province Arrested While Still in Mourning for Her Father, Who Died as a Result of Persecution

(Clearwisdom.net) Around 4 p.m. on May 24, 2007, more than ten police officers from the Second Police Station in Hailin City, Heilongjiang Province forcibly took Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Fu Zhaocui from her home and imprisoned her in the Public Security Division of Mudanjiang City Railway Bureau, disregarding the fact that it was only three days since her father's death and she was still in mourning.

Fu Zhaocui started to practice Falun Dafa in 1997. In 2002, Fu Zhaocui, her father, her mother, and her younger brother were illegally sentenced. She was sentenced to three years of imprisonment and was released in 2005. In December 2006, in Mudanjiang City Railway Station, staff from the Public Security Division of Mudanjiang City Railway Bureau arrested Fu Zhaocui with the excuse that she was carrying informational materials about Falun Gong.

Fu Zhaocui went on hunger strike for five days in the detention center and she was persecuted severely. She often passed out. They did a physical examination and she was diagnosed as suffering from heart disease. After extorting five thousand yuan from her family, the Public Security Division of Mudanjiang City Railway Bureau let her family take her home.

In September 2006, on the way to grocery shopping, Fu Zhaocui was again forcibly taken away by the Public Security Division of Mudanjiang City Railway Bureau. Later, because of her health condition, she was again sent home to her family. In May 2007, with no valid reason, the Public Security Division of Mudanjiang City Railway Bureau issued a wanted order for Fu Zhaocui, claiming that she was an escaped criminal and that she was on the wanted list which circulated on the Internet. But during this period, Fu Zhaocui had always been either at home or in her workplace. And on May 12, when her father was critically ill, she had been taking care of him at his side.

On May 22, 2007, Fu Zhaocui's father passed away. Her father was illegally sentenced to three years of imprisonment in 2002. He went home in 2005 with his body severely damaged by the evil CCP. Since then, his health condition remained poor and he could not freely move around. He passed away from injustice on May 22.

On May 24, the day after Fu Zhaocui had her father's body cremated, and before the third day when she was supposed to bury her father, she was forcibly taken away by the Hailin City Railway Police Station, The Second Police Station in Hailin City, and Public Security Division of Mudanjiang City Railway Bureau. They claimed that Fu Zhaocui was an escaped criminal and that she was on the internet wanted list. The next day, after burying her father, her mother and her elder brother went to the Public Security Division of Mudanjiang City Railway Bureau to ask for her. They were not allowed in, but were told that Fu Zhaocui had already been sentenced to two years of imprisonment in a forced-labor camp and she was currently at the Mudanjiang City Railway Bureau Detention Center. The public security division has persecuted and arrested Dafa practitioners many times.
