Ms. Lei Xiying Remains Firm and Resfuses to Yield to Persecution in the Hunan Women's Forced Labor Camp

(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Lei Xiying from the Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Human Province was illegally arrested for upholding her beliefs. She was detained in the Hunan Women's Forced Labor Camp and suffered from torture and persecution. However, she remained firm.

Ms. Lei is from the Miao ethnic minority group. Since July 20, 1999, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and Jiang Zemin's regime have persecuted Falun Gong practitioners. They wantonly fabricated lies to slander Falun Gong. Ms. Lei and her family wrote public letters and went to Beijing to "clarify the facts" of Falun Gong. Agents from the local 610 Office went to destroy Ms. Lei's residence, and they confiscated her belongings. Then they sent Ms. Lei to the Hunan Women's Forced Labor Camp and persecuted her.

Ms. Lei Xiying did everything she could to resist the persecution and clarify the truth in the labor camp. One day, she bit her fingers and wrote on the wall with her blood, "Falun Gong is good! Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance is good!" "Jiang Zemin is an evil ringleader! The CCP is an evil cult!" When the 610 office agents heard of this, they stuffed Ms. Lei's mouth with smelly socks, tightly tied her hands and feet to a metal frame and left her suspended in the air. They called this "sleeping on a hanging bed." They didn't give her any food or drink for three days and nights. Her back was severely injured during this torture. When the 610 Office agents released her from the metal frame (the so-called "hanging bed"), they put steel shackles and handcuffs on her weighing 33 pounds and forced her to walk with them. Ms. Lei's feet were rubbed raw and bled.

For a long period of time, the 610 Office agents mixed husks, sand, and rat excrement into Ms. Lei's meals. Her stomach inflated like a drum, and she ceased menstruating. Using the toilet was very painful for her, and she suffered from serious constipation.

The 610 Office agents exhausted all means available in an attempt to destroy Ms. Lei's body and spirit. After long-term persecution, Ms. Lei suffered from great pain and couldn't go to sleep. She was often tortured to near death. However, despite the torture, Ms. Lei firmly believed in Falun Dafa. Her determination to cultivate in Dafa was never shaken. She didn't fear death and continued to resist the persecution and clarify the truth.

The 610 Office agents thought that they would be able to destroy Ms. Lei's mind and body with brutal torture. So after they had tortured her severely, they asked her,"Don't you want to go home? As long as you announce that Falun Gong is a cult and write a guarantee statement, you will be set free. We can also help you with your financial difficulties. Otherwise, you will never get out of here until you die." Ms. Lei was very firm and refused calmly. She said, "My mother is in her 70s, and I have a young child. My husband and I are both imprisoned and being persecuted. There is no one to take care of my old mother and my child. How can I not feel heartbroken? You destroyed my house, robbed me of my belongings, and devastated my body. Your want to force me to give up cultivating Falun Gong and give up cultivating Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance. You are completely wrong! You will never get what you want. I understand Falun Gong is good from the bottom of my heart! The principle of 'Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance' is good! I'm as firm as steel. I will cultivate Dafa to the end. I will never disobey my conscience for you. I will not tell lies, deceive people, or harm others. As a practitioner, my only responsibility is to save people." Ms. Lei was very firm, and the 610 Office agents could do nothing about her except extend her imprisonment indefinitely to continue their persecution.

I encourage all practitioners who are or have been imprisoned and persecuted in forced labor camps and prisons by the CCP to appeal to all media reporters of conscience in China and around the world. Help them to find out about the brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in the CCP's forced labor camps and prisons. Help them to learn about how Falun Gong practitioners have resisted the persecution and clarified the truth. Let them listen to Falun Gong practitioners' voices and record true history, so that future generations will understand why the CCP was destroyed, and how crazy it was before its destruction. If you expose these facts, people, especially Chinese people, will further understand the truth and expedite the CCP's disintegration and destruction. More people will be saved and you will be doing a wonderful deed that will forever be remembered by history. You will be blessed immeasurably.
