(Clearwisdom.net) At noon on July 22, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners and others from all walks of life gathered in Taoyuan, Taiwan to support the 24 million Chinese people who have quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations. They also called on the Chinese people to wake up, and tell the world about an authentic China without the CCP.

Ms. Ma, who has lived under the CCP rule for 58 years, said that after reading the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, she has a deeper understanding of the CCP's evil nature. Only by breaking away from the wicked party can one live the life one deserves.

Mr. Guo, who came from Hong Kong and lives in Taiwan, said that he is unable to recognize the CCP's atheism and its violation of traditional courtesy and morality. China will have no hope if the CCP does not disintegrate.

Volunteer workers from the Service Center for Quitting the CCP assembled in different locations to play the video of the Nine Commentaries and set up photo exhibits. Banners reading, "Peacefully Calling for Conscience, Stop Eight Years of Persecution," "Falun Dafa is Good," and "Support 24 Million Courageous People Quitting the Wicked CCP" were displayed at the rally.
Mr. Dai from the Taoyuan Service Center for Quitting the CCP said that it is the righteous choice of every Chinese person who has a conscience to break away from the wicked CCP that damages Chinese traditions and culture. Since 1949, the disasters that the CCP has brought to the Chinese people are not only limited to its persecution of Falun Gong, but the entire Chinese people. Seventy to eighty million Chinese people have lost their lives under the CCP's rule, so the Chinese who quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations will bring blessings to the Chinese people.
Ms. Ma Hsu-chun, who has taken part in activities that support quitting the CCP on several occasions, also came to the site. Speaking of why she renounced the CCP, Ms. Ma said that the Communist regime has relied on lies since it was established. From its role in the war with Japan, the slaughter of democracy advocates at Tiananmen Square on June 4, 1989, to Falun Gong as well as SARs and other incidents, it has deceived the public. Chinese people must wake up as soon as possible, see clearly its evil nature and no longer be associated with it.
Many people came to support the rally. Mr. Guo, who came from Hong Kong and lives in Taiwan, said that the CCP must collapse, and then China will have a promising future.
As of today, more than 24 million Chinese people have quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations. More and more people have resisted the CCP's atrocities by announcing their withdrawals.
