Arrested Again after Being Released from Two Years of Forced Labor Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Pei Linying is a teacher at the Linyi City
Mechanic Professional School in Shandong Province. She had been sentenced to two
years of forced labor and was just released on June 12, 2007. Personnel from the
610 Office, however, arrested her again and put her in the city's
brainwashing center the night of June 14, 2007. 2. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Falun Gong Practitioner Sun Feng
Arrested Personnel from the Zhoucun District's 610 Office, from the National Security
Division and from the Mengshui Town Police Station climbed over the yard wall of
practitioner Ms. Sun Feng's home and ransacked the place at 8:00 p.m. on June
21, 2007. They confiscated some Dafa books, cash and personal belongings worth
3,000 yuan. 3. [Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province] Recent Information Regarding
the Persecution of Practitioner Zhao Mujun The residential committee chief led three policemen from the Hegang City
Tuanjie Police Station to 62-year-old practitioner Ms. Zhao Mujun's home and
arrested her on April 18, 2007. They put her in the city's No.2 Detention
Center. Ms. Zhao currently suffers from severe back pain, which resulted from
abuse under the persecution. 4. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Ms. Xu Shumiao from
the Tiebei District Sentenced to One Year of Forced Labor; Held in the Heizuizi
Forced Labor Camp 5. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Three Practitioners from the City's Chemical
Company Arrested Practitioners Ms. Ma Mingyi, Ms. Xue Yuling and one other practitioner from
the Design Institute of the Jilin City Chemical Company were illegally
arrested. The company's authorities have suspended Ms. Ma's salary. 6. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Several Practitioners Sentenced to
Forced Labor Several practitioners have been arrested and sentenced to forced labor since
May 9, 2007. Practitioners Mr. Wang Jun and Mr. Wu Shuyu are being held at the
Fenjin Forced Labor Camp; Ms. Su Cuifang, a kindergarten teacher, in the
Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp; and Ms. Feng Liping in the city's Police Hospital. 7. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Yu Fengqin's Home
Ransacked Fengman District Police Station chief Zhou Hongde and three officers broke
into practitioner Ms. Yu Fengqin's home at 4:00 p.m. on June 6, 2007. They
confiscated one of Master's pictures, several Dafa books and a few issues of the
"Minghui Weekly". 8. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Zhao
Guilan is being Held at the City's No. 2 Detention Center Practitioner Ms. Zhao Guilan from the Nangang District, Harbin City
disappeared in the middle of May 2007. Her family heard that she was arrested
for posting truth-clarification materials. Ms. Zhao might be held at
the city's No. 2 Detention Center. 9. [Jidong County, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Xu Jingyang is
Still Being Held at the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp 10. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Xing Dehai
Arrested Personnel from the Wanggang Town Police Department arrested practitioner Mr.
Xing Dehai from Wanggang Town, the Nangang District in Harbin City on June 8,
2007. 11. [Beijing] Practitioner Liu Fengzhen Arrested Personnel from the Chaoyang District Tuanjiehu Police Station in Beijing and
from the 610 Office's National Security Section deceived the community officers
and illegally entered practitioner Ms. Liu Fengzhen's home at 9:00 a.m. on May
31, 2007. They ransacked the home and found a Falun Gong book, an exercise tape
and a Dafa amulet. Taking this as "evidence", they took Ms. Liu away
and informed her family that they would send her back in the afternoon. Ms. Liu
has not yet been released. 12. [Tianjin] Police Often Harass Practitioner Wang Min After practitioner Ms. Wang Min from the Hongqiao District, Tianjin was
released in April 2007, police often went to Ms. Wang's home to harass the
family. Her husband and her daughter, who was preparing for the national college
entrance examination, and her parents were traumatized. The police recently
delivered a forced labor certificate to the family. 13. [Tianjin] Practitioner Zhong Tiandi Arrested Practitioner Ms. Zhong Tiandi, 60 years old, went to her son's home in
Shenzhen City to take care of her grandchild. She was arrested on May 26, 2007
when she distributed truth-clarification materials. 14. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Zhou Jilan Held
at a Brainwashing Class Police from the No.1 Qing County Petroleum Factory recently arrested
practitioner Ms. Zhou Jilan, an employee of the factory, and sent her to a
brainwashing class held at the Shijiazhuang City Law Education and Training
Center (a fancy name for a brainwashing center). 15. [Guan County, Shandong Province] Practitioner Zhang Qiaotian Sent
to the Shandong Province No. 2 Forced Labor Camp 16. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Practitioner Zhao Hong Arrested Practitioner Mr. Zhao Hong is an employee from the Taiyuan City Chunguang
Forging Factory. Personnel from the Jiancaoping Police Department arrested him
from his workplace at 9:00 a.m. on June 24, 2007. 17. [Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province] Practitioners Zhang Xiuying
and Gui Ju Arrested Practitioner Ms. Zhang Xiuying, in her 70s, is a retiree from the Xi'an City
Instrument Factory. Ms. Gui Ju, 70 years old, is a retired teacher from the
city's Laodong Street Primary School. The two practitioners explained the facts
about Falun Gong to some passengers at the Fangxin Village bus stop in Northern
Xi'an suburb the morning of June 19, 2007. Personnel from the Beiguan Police
Station arrested them. Ms. Zhang's whereabouts are unknown. Ms. Gui Ju was sent
to the Chang'an County Brainwashing Center in Xi'an City. Ms. Chen Cuizhen, 55 years old, is a retiree from the city's Weihe Power
Plant. She ventured out on June 6, 2007, but has not returned. Some unidentified
officers pried open the door to Ms. Chen's home the night of June 13, 2007. They
ransacked the home while Ms. Chen's family members were not at home. Ms. Chen is
presently being held at the Chang'an County Brainwashing Center. 18. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Yu Ruijun
Arrested on June 23, 2007 19. [Zhungerqi County, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region]
Practitioner Guo Jianhai Arrested Personnel from the Zhungerqi County Police Department arrested practitioner
Mr. Guo Jianhai at 4:00 p.m. on June 23, 2007. They ransacked Mr. Guo's home and
confiscated a computer (worth 3,500 yuan), a printer (4,500 yuan), a VCD player
(380 yuan), a MP4 player (230 yuan), a cellular phone (400 yuan), a stapler (100
yuan), a paper cutter (600 yuan), 4,000 yuan in cash, a box of the Nine
Commentaries on the Communist Party, and all of the Dafa books that
were in the home. 20. [Chongqing] Supplemental Information Regarding the Arrest of Practitioner
Wen Bangxiu Practitioner Ms. Wen Bangxiu was arrested for explaining the facts about
Falun Gong. She is presently being held at a detention center. Her son was an
employee from the Rongchang Power Supply Company but was fired. Ms. Wen's

(Cell), 86-23-46739586 (Office) 21. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Zhu Youshan Arrested Police broke into practitioner Mr. Zhu Youshan's home in Cangbu Town, the
Xinzhou District, Wuhan City and arrested him at 1:00 a.m. on June 23, 2007. Mr.
Zhu's whereabouts are unknown. 22. [Hunan Province] Accounts of Persecution by Personnel in the
Hengyang City and Qidong County's 610 Offices Personnel from the Qidong County National Security Division arrested
practitioners Mr. Kuang Zongrao, Ms. Tan Cuixiu and Ms. He Qionghui from Qidong
County in early June 2007. All of the practitioners are still being held and
persecuted. Personnel from the Hengyang City and Qidong County 610 Offices
attempted to put practitioner Ms. Zhou Huali into the city's brainwashing
center. 23. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Supplemental Information
Regarding the Arrest of Practitioner Yu Ruijun Practitioner Ms. Yu Ruijun was arrested on June 23, 2007. The police arrived
at Ms. Yu's home in two police cars and several motorcycles at 12:00 a.m. the
day after the arrest. They broke into her home and arrested practitioners Mr.
Zhao Litang and a 40-year-old practitioner surnamed Shao who were staying at Ms.
Yu's home. The practitioners' whereabouts are unknown. 24. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region]
Practitioner Yang Cuixing Arrested Practitioner Ms. Yang Cuixing is from Zuoqi, Lindong Town. Seven police
officers broke into her home and illegally arrested her at 6:00 a.m. on June 23,
2007. 25. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Practitioners Cheng Jing and Two
Others Arrested Practitioners Ms. Cheng Jing, Ms. Feng Yu, and Ms. Sheng Hongyan from Wuhan
City were arrested at Ms. Sheng's home at 11:00 p.m. on June 22, 2007. Their
whereabouts are unknown. 26. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Wuhan City 610 Office Arrests
Two PractitionersPolice from the 610 Office arrested practitioner Ms. Liu
Cuilian from her home on Yangluo Street, the Xinzhou District, Wuhan City. They
also arrested practitioner Mr. Zhu Youshan from his home on Cangbu Street at
1:00 a.m. on June 23, 2007. The two practitioners' whereabouts are unknown. 27. [Changsha City, Hunan Province] Practitioner Ye Sijing Arrested Personnel from the Kaifu District Police Department in Changsha City, from
the 610 Office and from the Tongtai Street Police Station arrested practitioner
Ms. Ye Sijing at 8:00 p.m. on June 21, 2007. The arrest happened when Ms. Ye was
on her way home after studying the Fa at a practitioner's home. The
police ransacked her home and confiscated several thousand yuan and some Dafa
truth-clarification materials. Ms. Ye is presently being held at the Changqiao Detention Center. 28. [Shantou City, Shandong Province] Practitioners Zhang Zhihua and
Zhang Hualing Arrested Practitioners Mr. Zhang Zhihua and Mr. Zhang Hualing were arrested on June 8,
2007 as they distributed truth-clarification materials. They were held at the
Tuopu Detention Center and then transferred to the Shantou City Police
Department. The two practitioners have older parents and young children who need
their care. 29. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Mu Chunhong Tortured at
the Yueshan Street Police K-9 Center Three policemen came at practitioner Ms. Mu Chunhong at 3:00 p.m. on February
12, 2007. They pushed her to the ground and put one handcuff on her. The
arrested happened when Ms. Mu was riding a bicycle passing the Xiangyang Police
Station. During the illegal arrest, Ms. Mu shouted, "Falun Dafa is
good." Later on they put her into the Xiangyang Police Station and then
transferred her to the Jilin City Yueshan Street Police K-9 Center. Once, more than 20 policemen beat Ms. Mu. They handcuffed her arms behind her
back and force-fed her two bottles of mustard oil. They put a plastic bag over
her head to suffocate her until Ms. Mu lost consciousness. Then they woke her up
and performed the torture again and again. They tortured Ms. Mu for two days and
then transferred her to the Jilin City Detention Center. The police confiscated Ms. Mu's cash and bank deposits but have not returned
them. 30. [Songyuan City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Leng Zhenhui's Home
Ransacked Household registration officer Ding Dayi from the Taohaotai Township Police
Station in Qianguo County broke into practitioner Mr. Leng Zhenhui's home on
June 5, 2007. He and other police officers ransacked Mr. Leng's home and
confiscated some Dafa books and truth-clarification materials. Policemen Ding Dayi and others went to Mr. Leng's home again on June19, 2007.
They planned to arrest Mr. Leng, but he was not at home. Instead they arrested
Mr. Leng's neighbor Mr. Liu Yanzhong. Although Mr. Liu explained he was not Mr.
Leng, the policemen did not believe him until they took Mr. Liu to his home and
saw his ID card. Mr. Leng's father suffers from heart dysfunction. The two harassment
incidents have made him live in extreme stress and terror. Taohaotai Township Police Station: 86-438-2530026 31. [Yanbian City, Jiling Province] Practitioner Wang Yujie
Arrested and Sentenced Practitioner Ms. Wang Yujie is a music teacher at the Balin Primary School.
Personnel from the Bajiazi Forest Bureau's Political and Judiciary Committee and
from the Helong 610 Office attempted to arrest Ms. Wang, but she successfully
escaped. Thus, she chose to live in exile in order to avoid illegal arrest. She
was eventually arrested on March 22, 2007 and sentenced to one year of forced
labor. Ms. Wang is presently being held at the Changchun City Women's Prison. The police ransacked Ms. Wang's home and confiscated her computer and 10,000
yuan cash. 32. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Personnel from the Police
Department's No. 1 Section Arrest Several Practitioners Personnel from the Fushun City Police Department's No. 1 Section, from the
Wanghua District Police Department, and from the Gongnong Police Station
arrested several practitioners in the Wanghua District the night of June 20,
2007. Those arrested practitioners were held at the Gongnong Police Station. A
practitioner among them explained the facts about Falun Gong to the policemen;
however, the police handcuffed the practitioners with their hands behind their
backs. Another practitioner protested the illegal arrest, but was beaten and the
practitioner's head was injured. He was then sent to a hospital. All those
practitioners were transferred to an unknown location the next day. 33. [Handan City, Hebei Province] Persecution of Three Practitioners Two officers from the Fuxing District Hao Village Police Station in Handan
City broke into practitioner Ms. Yu Shuqin's home in Xixingtai Village, Handan
City the afternoon of June 22, 2007. Ms. Yu was not home and her
non-practitioner husband argued with the policemen, which attracted the
attention of many people. The two policemen called five other policemen and
confiscated the family's newly-bought computer. Later, the police ransacked practitioner Mr. Wei Baoquan's home in Xixingtai
Village. They confiscated some Dafa books and truth-clarification materials. Mr.
Wei was at his workplace during the home-search, and his practitioner wife
escaped. The police then wanted to take away Mr. Wei's teenage child. The child
was frightened and told them that he/she was going to take the high-school
entrance examination in two days, on June 24, 2007. The police then intimidated
the child, trying to get the child to tell them the location of Mr. Wei's
workplace. Later on they arrested Mr. Wei. Zhang Hongyong, Hao Village Police Station chief in the Fuxing District,
Handan City: 86-310-7416653, 86-13903300683 (Cell) 34. [Renqiu City, Hebei Province] Recent Information Regarding the
Persecution of Practitioner Chen Fenglei Practitioner Mr. Chen Fenglei from Renqiu City was arrested and sentenced to
five years in prison for going to the city's police department and explaining
the facts about Falun Gong on November 2, 2000. He was arrested again on June 9, 2006, shortly after he was released. The
Renqiu City Court agents sentenced Mr. Chen to six years in prison on November
3, 2006. Mr. Chen and his family appealed to the City Court, to the Changzhou
City Intermediate Court and the Hebei Province Highest Court on January 14,
2007. Chen Fenglei is presently held at the Tangshan City Jidong Prison's No. 4

from the National Security Division Arrest Several Practitioners About 100 officers from the Macheng City 610 Office, from the National
Security Division and from different police stations in several townships and
towns arrested 20 practitioners between 11:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. on June 22,
2007. The following practitioners have been arrested: Ms. Shi Xuefeng and Mr. Fang Hongbin, employee from a bus station When police arrested practitioner Bai Zijian his wife reasoned with police
but the police beat her into a coma. Police ransacked practitioner Liang Xia's home and confiscated his cell
phone, a motorcycle, a computer and a bank certificate having a balance of 8,000

Arrested Practitioner Ms. Yu Ruijun, her daughter and her mother went to Hong Kong the
afternoon of June 23, 2007. National Security Division agents stopped them. They
interrogated Ms. Yu's mother and daughter for a few hours and released them at
midnight. The police then broke into Ms. Yu's home in the Huang Village Yuanding
Community and arrested Ms. Yu's husband Mr. Lai Fanrong and a friend who was
