Mr. Wang Zexuan and Mr. Cheng Huazheng Hospitalized Due to Torture at the Zhongba Forced Labor Camp in Guizhou Province

(Clearwisdom.net) For years, the Zhongba Forced Labor Camp authorities in Guizhou Province have brutally tortured illegally detained Dafa practitioners. Recently, Dafa practitioners Wang Zexuan from Chishui City and Cheng Huazheng from Anshun City have become very weak due to the torture. They are hospitalized in the Zhongba Forced Labor Camp Hospital. The guards punched and kicked Wang Zexuan and also poured hot water on his body. Currently, Wang Zexuan has difficulty speaking and walking. Dafa practitioner Cheng Huazheng is hospitalized for a second time. When he was hospitalized the first time, his head was severely injured and required many stitches. At this time, the elderly man is in poor condition both physically and mentally.

These two Dafa practitioners' situations are cause for concern. We call on all people of justice in the international society to help rescue Dafa practitioners Wang Zexuan and Cheng Huazheng who suffer terrible maltreatment at the Zhongba Forced Labor Camp.

Both Wang Zexuan and Cheng Huazheng have been detained in the Zhongba Forced Labor Camp before. It is the second time they have been detained there. When they were detained there the first time, they suffered many kinds of tortures for extended periods of time. Around 2003, Cheng Huazheng suffered a mental collapse due the constant abuse in the Zhongba Forced Labor Camp. At that time, about 20 Dafa practitioners were detained in the Third Team, the Fifth Division of the camp. Almost a half of them suffered mental collapse to different degrees. At the end of 2006, vicious officials in Guizhou Province sent Cheng Huazheng, who was had just been released shortly before and had not fully recovered, to the Zhongba Forced Labor Camp again.

Because Wang Zexuan firmly cultivated Falun Dafa and behaved as a good person according to the principles of "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance", the lawless personnel from the Chishui City Police Department in Guizhou Province arrested him in November 2006. On December 31, 2006, he was transferred to the Zhongba Forced Labor Camp for the second time and has been detained there to this day. On May 16, 2007, Division Leader Wang and policeman Tu Zhongjiu and another policeman from the Zhongba Forced Labor Camp intended to "transform" Wang Zexuan by force. Wang Zexuan held fast to his belief and firmly declared, "Falun Dafa is good!" Three policemen beat and kicked him.

After being beaten, Wang Zexuan's body was covered with wounds and he fell down to the ground. The policemen tied him up and gagged his mouth with an unknown object in order to prevent him from shouting, which would expose their criminal behavior. They kept beating Wang Zexuan. When they grew tired, they poured a whole bottle of scalding hot water on Wang Zexuan who had been beaten to the verge of death. After the policemen left, Wang Zexuan found that his left leg was covered with fist and shoe prints. His skin turned black. He could not bend over due to the severe pain.

Two months later, the police suddenly sent Wang Zexuan to the prison general hospital. The police did not notify Mr. Wang's family to visit him until July 24 when they saw that Mr. Wang was extremely weak.

When Wang Zexuan's family went to visit him on July 26, 2007, he could not stand at all due to the torture. He could not walk without support and even had difficulty speaking. He was exhausted after only saying a few words. He was in unbearable pain and his body convulsed even after sitting down to rest for a while. The police forbid Wang Zexuan to tell his family about the tortures he suffered in the labor camp.

What the outside currently knows about the persecution is just the tip of the iceberg. August 8, 2007 was the date of the final warning, which the Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (CIPFG) issued to the CCP to stop persecuting Falun Gong. The CCP has passed down orders level by level to intensify the persecution of Dafa practitioners. The CCP also distributes a set of brainwashing materials that wickedly defame Dafa and Teacher Li. Currently, the detained Dafa practitioners suffer daily. Recently, personnel from the Guizhou 610 Office also went to Shanghai to learn more torture methods for persecuting Dafa practitioners.
