Persecution Suffered by Practitioners in Henan Security Office, Yanji City

(Clearwisdom.net) The police in the the Henan Security Office of Yanji City have been cooperating with the Yanji City National Security Office to monitor local Falun Gong practitioners and forcibly take them to brainwashing centers and forced labor camps where they are then severely tortured.

In 2007, staff from the Henan Street Committee Office and Henan Security Office once again started harassing practitioners. One senior practitioner was forcibly taken to the security office. The police tried to force this practitioner to stomp on the photo of the founder of Falun Gong. When this practitioner refused to do so, they confiscated the practitioner's registration record. Such despicable methods have often been used by the Chinese Communist Party to persecute Falun Gong practitioners during the past eight years. The so-called "people's police" torture innocent practitioners.

On March 22, 2007, practitioner Wang Yujie, the music teacher from the Bajiazi Forestry Bureau Balin Elementary School in Yanbian City, had to leave home to avoid further persecution. The police in the Henan Security Office used the excuse of checking her registration record, and broke into her house and took her and her husband Yue Dezhou to the Henan Security Office. Wang Yujie was sentenced to one year in a forced labor camp and was sent to Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp to be tortured.

In May 2007, the police from the Henan Security Office once again broke into the home of practitioner Jin Minghua from Yanji City. In 2003, Jin Minghua's daughter, who was twelve years old at the time, became mentally unstable after witnessing the staff from Henan Security Office arresting her mother. These officers have again harassed the family and tried to force them to move somewhere else. Ms. Jin's daughter has become more seriously ill under this harassment and could not even recognize her own mother.

During the past eight years, practitioners in Yanji City have been clarifying the truth about Falun Dafa to all of the street committee offices and security offices. However, some government officials still choose to persecute Falun Gong for their own interest.
