Several Falun Dafa Practitioners Illegally Sentenced in Zhengzhou and Xuchang Cities of Henan Province

The Chinese Communist Party's secretary of Zhengzhou City Wang Wenchao (male) recently instructed the police, city Procuratorate, and the city court to launch a three-month long crackdown on Falun Dafa practitioners. Several practitioners were arrested and their resource sites for truth clarification were destroyed.

The Jinshui District Court of Zhengzhou City has illegally sentenced Ms. Xu Jing to six years in prison, Ms. Huang Cunzhi and Ms. Wang Liuxin to three years, Mr. Sun Jingwei to one year, Mr. Xu Xiaolin, Ms. Song Liling, and Ms. Ma Suping to three years, along with five years of suspended prison term.

Mr. Xu Jing and Ms. Huang Cunzhi were followed, arrested, and searched while clarifying the truth.

Ms. Dong Yingfang, 56, is from Lushan County, Henan Province. After she obtained the Fa, she moved to live with her son and daughter-in-law in Xuchang City. On June 5, 2007, she was arrested and her house was searched by police officers from the Weidu District, Xuchang City. She was sentenced to one year of forced labor and is now detained in the Shibalihe Forced Labor Camp.

Ms. Zhang Yonghuan, 57, lives in Xuchang City, Henan Province. On June 13, 2006, she was arrested by the police from Weidu District and her house was illegally searched. She was sentenced to three years in prison and is now detained in the Xinxiang Women's Prison of Henan Province.

Ms. Xu Xiuhua, 66, lives in Xuchang City, Henan Province. On June 13, 2006, she was arrested by police from the Weidu District and her house was illegally searched. She was sentenced to three years in prison and is now detained in the Xinxiang Women's Prison in Henan Province.

Ms. Wang Chunxia, 44, is from Duzhuang Village, Guicun Town, Xuchang County, Henan Province. She was arrested and detained three different times. On June 6, 2006, she was arrested by police from the Weidu District and her house was illegally searched. She was sentenced to three years in prison and is now detained in the Xinxiang Women's Prison of Henan Province.

Mr. Lu Zunjie, 44, is from Duzhuang Village, Guicun Town, Xuchang County, Henan Province. He was arrested and detained three different times. In May 2005, he was arrested in Shenhou Town, Yuzhou County, Xuchang City by police from Xuchang City. He was sentenced to five years in prison and is now detained in the Mi County Men's Prison of Henan Province.
