Seventeen-Year-Old Practitioner in Tangshan City, Qianxi County Severely Tortured and Traumatized by Police from the National Security Team

(Clearwisdom.net) At around eight o'clock on July 18, 2007, driver Lu Zuojin and his Falun Dafa practitioner son Lu Bing, 17, (bus conductor) went to deliver goods in a minivan. On their way back, two plainclothes police officers blocked their way with motorcycles, because they were suspected to be transporting Falun Gong materials. The police harassed them by pulling their hair and called in several police cars.

The policemen took them to the police station, and detained them at different places. One policeman beat the 17-year-old Lu Bing. If Lu Bing answered a question by saying, "I don't know," the policeman would slap him several times, and brutally beat his head and chest.

Lu Bing felt much pain and rubbed the painful places with his hand. The deputy chief of the National Security Team, Wang Yinguang, saw this, and asked, "What's wrong?" The child said, "They beat me."

Wang Yinguang slapped him several times, and at the same time asked, "Is this called beating?"

The chief of the team (as deducted, he should be the chief of the Qianxi National Security Team, Zhu Zhengang), slapped Lu Bing dozens of times in order to find out what they wanted to know, making Lu Bing's face red and swollen.

Another police officer grabbed Lu Bing's head and hit it hard on his own knees, Bing's head swelled in two places.

The interrogation without any evidence lasted from 9:00 p.m. until early the next morning. Lu Bing, who is only 17 years old, was severely injured both mentally and physically.

Due to excess fear, Lu Bing could not sleep that night, scared he would be awakened once he fell asleep. His father was still detained in the detention center. The minivan and bus were both confiscated.

Lu Zuojin drove a bus for several years, and many people liked talking to him. People who knew him said that he was compassionate and righteous. Since he always thought about others and put others' needs before his own. Many people said good men like him were difficult to find these days.

After the police illegally arrested Lu Zuojin and his son, they ransacked their house at about 10:20 p.m. that very night. Only Lu Zuojin's parents were at home. Lu's father has serious brain atrophy, plus diabetes, high cholesterol and insufficient blood supply to his brain. Lu's mother has suffered from herpes zoster since the beginning of this year. Since the illness came so suddenly and quickly, when they arrived at the hospital, it had reached her nerves and she suffered from great pain every day, and she was still unable to work. This time, the police ransacked their home suddenly, and totally ignored the two seniors, who were frightened and did not know what to do, as their legs were numb and they weren't able to stand easily. Several police officers turned the house into a mess. Lu Zuojin's parents were frightened, and learned that their son and grandson were abducted, so they had a tremendous mental shock, and their illnesses worsened immediately.

In another incident, at around eleven o'clock the same day, Zhu Zhengang, chief of the Qianxi County National Security Team, led a group of thugs to the home of practitioner Mr. Chuai Cuijun. They went over the wall and entered his home to ransack his place, confiscating two boxes of materials and his personal computer. They arrested Chuai Zhiwu, her husband, her sister-in-law Chai Junxia and her mother-in-law, who is in her sixties.
