Several Practitioners Arrested in Gaobeidian City, Hebei Province

At 11 a.m. on July 26, 2007, Gaobeidian 610 Office agent Zhao Jun led police officer Zhang (gender and given name unknown) to storm into practitioner Ms. Liu Xiuying's house and arrest her. Ms. Liu Xiuying lost consciousness under police custody due to being mistreated. She was rushed to Gaobeidian City Hospital, and she is now detained in the Gaobeidian City Detention Center.

On the morning of August 3, 2007, State Security agents and the police stormed into the North-China Vehicle Manufacturing Plant in Gaobeidian City and arrested practitioner Ms. Zhang Xiaoxia at her workplace. On the afternoon of the same day, they arrested practitioner Ms. Zhao Hongbin at her workplace in the same factory and ransacked her home.

On the morning of August 4, 2007, State Security agents and police ransacked practitioner Ms. Liu Huiping's home in Longzhaozhuang Village, arrested practitioner Ms. Deng Zhimei, who was visiting, and ransacked Ms. Deng' home. The police from Dongsheng Station arrested Ms. Liu Huiping, who was at the market.
