Former Practitioner Meets a Tragic End after Assisting in the Persecution

(Clearwisdom.net) Thirty-seven-year-old Li Xiujie from Langfang City, Hebei Province used to practice Falun Gong, but later she caved under pressure to give up practicing and even began assisting in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. She died of uraemia (kidney disease) in November of 2004.

Li Xiujie started to cultivate Dafa in April 1999. The illness she had suffered from since she was 13 disappeared after she began cultivation. All of her relatives witnessed this miracle of Dafa. She confidently continued her cultivation.

On July 20, 1999, the Chinese Communist Party(CCP) began its persecution of Falun Dafa. Li Xiujie sent a letter and materials to clarify the truth to the government. She expressed how she benefited from Dafa and her appreciation of Dafa. On November 27, 2000, Li Xiujie and two other Falun Gong practitioners went to Beijing to clarify the truth. They were arrested. The other two practitioners were released, but she was sentenced to 2 years. They sent her to Tangshan Kaiping Forced Labor Camp.

Li Xiujie had not cultivated for very long and her understanding of Dafa was not deep. At the forced labor camp, she was immediately "transformed" and "enlightened" along an evil path. She was later used by the local police to "transform" other practitioners through physical and mental abuse. Langfang 610 Office picked her to assist at the Langfang Brainwashing Center. She was sent to Bazhou, Tangshang and other places to help other collaborators "transform" practitioners. They deceived practitioners who didn't study Fa well. Li Xiujie claimed that she "transformed" more than 100 practitioners.

Li Xiujie's illness reoccurred in 2004, only worse than ever. Soon her illness was diagnosed as uraemia. She was hospitalized for several months, at a cost of over 200,000 yuan. Her parents sold their houses to pay for her treatments. Practitioners that she studied with in the beginning, tried to persuade her to return to cultivation. She didn't repent of her actions and still believed that she was right. She died just two days later. She was only 37 years old.

Li Xiujie was deceived by the CCP's lies and abandoned Dafa, and joined the persecution of innocent Falun Gong practitioners. Her action brought herself karmic retribution. Her family was entangled in the process. She brought great sadness to her husband and daughter. Her mother cried every day and eventually went blind. Her father seemed to age quickly. Her parents were unable to bear this tragedy.

We are sorry for Li Xiujie's end. She was a person that was supposed to have a bright future. During this persecution, the CCP used her and ruined her. We hereby warn all remaining collaborators. Doesn't Li Xiujie's retribution affect your choices? Your behavior is slandering Dafa. How can you repay such karma? You can't repay it, even by the total destruction of your body and mind. The opportunities are so few. You must choose between good and evil. It is time to decide. Our compassionate Teacher is waiting for you. Former fellow practitioners, remember the joy with which you first practiced Dafa. That's your life's true hope. You have waited for billions of years for this chance.
