Rescuing Practitioners Should Not be Separated from Truth Clarification Work

(Clearwisdom.net) The last year has been a critical time for Falun Dafa disciples to clarify the facts and save sentient beings. In our local area however, several practitioners were illegally abducted while clarifying the facts and saving sentient beings. Since late 2005, every three to four months, a practitioner has been abducted. This has become a serious interference to our local work in clarifying the facts and saving sentient beings.

In the past, whenever this happened, all practitioners in our area sat down together to look inward. We listed a number of reasons, but had a hard time finding the root of the problem. Recently, when I was sharing my understandings with fellow practitioners, I suddenly came to a clear realization: Every time a practitioner was abducted, we placed his or her rescue as the top priority and all other things were put on the back burner, including clarifying the facts and saving sentient beings. As a result, fewer people withdrew from the CCP during the time of our rescue efforts, and all kinds of interference occurred. After the practitioner was rescued, we often realized that there had been great setbacks in our truth clarification work and salvation of sentient beings, and we then studied the Fa as a group and improved our understanding as a whole. As we made new progress in truth-clarification, more and more practitioners were able to eliminate interference and their attachment to fear, and save sentient beings. However, soon afterwards, the evil's interference would occur again. When another practitioner was arrested, and we again focused on rescuing the practitioner. This situation has happened several times in the last year.

I previously thought that our focused efforts on the rescue had hindered the salvation of sentient beings. Now, I have suddenly realized that the problem was that our minds were not clear, our understanding was incorrect, and we unnecessarily separated the rescue from truth clarification work. Thus, we walked a path arranged by the old forces. Actually, our rescue work should be viewed as an opportunity to clarify the facts even more thoroughly. We should use every interference by the evil to expose the evil itself.

The evil abducted the Dafa practitioners while they were clarifying the facts and saving sentient beings. On the surface, it was a persecution against Dafa practitioners. Its true purpose was to interfere with the salvation of sentient beings. The evil knows that when the world's people all know the truth and stay away from the evil, it will be completely disintegrated. That's why its greatest fear is Dafa practitioners' work to clarify the facts and persuade people to withdraw from the CCP. It tries everything it can to irrationally persecute the practitioners. If whenever a practitioner is arrested, all our time is focused on his or her rescue for the sake of the rescue, and we forget sentient beings, then the rescue becomes a distraction from the truth-clarification work. This is exactly what the old forces want to achieve.

I regret not having studied the Fa more diligently and not having understood this sooner. Because I did not clearly see the true purpose of the evil's interference, many practitioners were persecuted and many sentient beings were not saved in time.

When we are faced with the evil's interference and persecution, if we can clearly see through the situation, we will not be deceived by the lies. While rescuing fellow practitioners, we should not be moved by the interference and should continue to do well the three things consistently. No matter how the evil causes difficulties for us, our hearts should remain unmoved. When the evil sees that abductions cannot achieve its goal of causing interference, it will naturally disappear.

I suggest that all practitioners in areas where the evil is persecuting think carefully if this is the case. If the answer is yes, then we should use the evil's interference to clarify the facts and expose its true nature in front of the world's people, in order to save them.
