Being Punctual With Morning Exercises

(Clearwisdom.net) I am a 67 year old village lady who obtained the Fa in April 1996. I used to have eleven different diseases, the most serious being stomach cancer. I spent half my life taking all kinds of drugs and was living a miserable life. Even though I am 165 centimeters (5 feet 5 inches) tall, my weight was only 80 jin (approximately 88 pounds).

After I started studying Falun Dafa, all my diseases disappeared. My body weight increased to 120 jin (132 pounds). I became younger and similar to what Master had said in Zhuan Falun. I felt energized from head to toe, as if someone was pushing me from behind when I rode my bike. I gained a new life.

In April 1996 when I first obtained Falun Dafa books, my daughter said to me, "Mom, you won't be able to practice this, this is a very high level practice. You won't be able to understand it with your elementary school education." Nevertheless I still decided to give it a try. I first read "On Buddha Law" and then the first lecture. The more I read, the more I began to love it. With every sentence, I felt even more curious to read the next sentence - I wanted to finish reading the entire book in one sitting. I told my daughter, "Not only do I understand it, I know its deeper meanings. I can understand it." I felt like I had obtained a great treasure and told my daughter, "This is not a book that an ordinary person can write, this is a heavenly book." I decided to start learning and follow Master. Once I had this thought, Master immediately gave me a Law Wheel. Once I began practicing, I felt like I had a five month old baby moving around in my stomach. With every nine turns, it would turn around exactly like what Master said in Zhuan Falun. Master also opened up my Celestial Eye and till now I have been practicing with my Celestial Eye open. However, if I ever wanted to see myself, I would not be able to do so. I could only see when Master wants me to. Many of the things that Master said in the recent articles (Jingwen) were shown to me before. Miracles also happened one after another. Here, I would just like to talk about practicing exercises in the morning.

Ever since I learned about the 3:50 AM coordinated practice in the mornings across the country, I began discussing with my husband about arranging to practice all five exercises in the morning. My husband is a new practitioner. As he is unable to hold himself to strict standards, I always try to pull him along. One day we were late for ten minutes. After finishing the first three exercises the music stopped and the tape stopped playing. I looked at the tape and there was no problem. I tried fast forwarding it but the tape played the end of the fourth set of exercise. I felt something was wrong, then the tape stopped moving altogether. I forwarded it some more and the same sound emerged. I felt puzzled and Master used my husband to enlighten me, "Don't practice it if you are not supposed to." I immediately realized and rushed back into my room to practice the fifth exercise. Looking at my watch it was exactly time for the fifth exercise. Master was trying to tell me, "Since you started the first four exercises late, don't start the fifth exercise late as well. The next day, the tape played as usual.

After practicing exercises in the morning, I realized that Master is truly always by our sides and never leaves us. How can we be not diligent, lazy or slack off after Master has put in so much for us? Let us believe in Master, believe in the Fa and use the Fa as our teacher to be even more diligent. I will continue to follow Master diligently. Since I am not well educated, there are a lot of things in my heart that I cannot express. Thanks to Master's efforts and the power of Falun Dafa, I will wholeheartedly do what the Fa requires. I am an elderly lady who does not write well.
