Solemn Declarations from Non-practitioners

On July 20 this year, four or five plainclothes officers in a police car suddenly came in search of my sister-in-law. My sister-in-law was at work, so the officers waited at the front door. Back in 2000, because my sister-in-law practiced Falun Gong, she was taken away to a forced labor camp for three years. I was worried that she might be arrested again this time, so while the officers were having lunch, I quietly took and burned all the books and truth-clarifying materials related to Falun Dafa, including Teacher's photos. After explanation from other practitioners and my sister-in-law, I then realized I had done a bad thing. I hereby declare invalid all the wrong things I have said, written, or done against Dafa and Teacher. I will make up for my mistakes with my total trust and belief in my future practice of Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance.

Solemn Declaration

I am a government officer. While in service, I was deceived and poisoned by the Chinese Communist Party propaganda and followed many corrupt and disgraceful activities of the government, in particular, the suppression of Falun Dafa. I sent some practitioners to brainwashing centers. I deeply regret all the bad things I did. From now on, I will support Falun Dafa and resolve to stop the CCP from harming Dafa.

Shortly after July 20, 1999, I was misled by the lies of the CCP, which led me to say many bad things against the teacher of Falun Dafa. Even worse, I tore Falun Dafa books apart. Falun Dafa teaches people to follow the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance and to live as good people. Practicing Falun Dafa benefits the country as it promotes public health both physically and mentally. I was not able to discriminate the good from the bad. I now know my mistakes and wish to make up for them. I now declare invalid everything I wrote, said, and did previously against Falun Dafa and everything I did against Teacher. I have full faith in Dafa and will support Dafa in every way. I promise I will not do anything against Dafa again.
