Gross Abuse of Ms. Xu Jinying at Wangcun Forced Labor Camp in Shandong Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Xu Jinying, 58, is from Jingzhi Township, Anqiu City, Weifang Area, Shandong Province. On the morning of April 7, 2007, four or five officials from the Jingzhi District Police Department in Anqiu City went to her home, illegally arrested her, and ransacked her home. Li Zhixin, an official from Anqiu City, took her to the notorious Wangcun Forced Labor Camp (the Shandong Province No.2 Women's Forced Labor Camp) on April 16, 2007. She was sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor and detained in the No.2 Division.

Local police officers had already taken Ms. Xu Jinying twice to a forced labor camp in 2001 and attempted to have her detained, but they were unsuccessful.

Ms. Xu Jinying went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution. The guards force-fed her cruelly each day. She sustained severe stomach injuries from long-term insertion of the feeding tube. In order to prevent her from pulling out the tube, the guards trussed her upper body and head with a rope, thus keeping the tube in place all the day, which caused her nonstop suffering. She was emaciated. Her tormentors recently imprisoned her in the guards' toilet. They handcuffed her to the window frame and forced her to stand for several days in a row. She was denied use of the toilet and had to soil herself. They also forced her to write words slandering Dafa.
