Sweden: Raising Awareness about Falun Gong in the Small Town of Grabo (Photo)

(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong practitioners from Lerum and Gothenburg held an activity on the central square in the small town of Grabo in the southwest of Sweden on Saturday September 1, to introduce Falun Gong to the local people. Practitioners demonstrated Falun Gong's five exercises and distributed information about what Falun Gong is and about the brutal persecution that is still going on in China.

It was a nice sunny day and a lot of people were on the square. Many passers-by stopped to see the demonstration of the exercises because of the harmonious atmosphere. They happily accepted leaflets and other materials and wanted to know where to learn the exercises.

September 1 was also the beginning of a series of "Health Days" in the Lerum community, usually held at this time of year. The theme of "Health Days" is different activities that improve health. So on the square in Grabo there were many different associations demonstrating different activities with the purpose of improving people's health, including the local Falun Gong practitioners.
