Practitioner Jiang Lide from Dehui City Illegally Arrested


(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong practitioner Jiang Lide lived in Lujia Village, Wutai Town, Dehui City. However, because of the persecution, he had to leave home. On the evening of August 19, he went back to his home and was reported to the police. Before 8 a.m. on August 20, policemen arrived at his home to illegally arrest him. Jiang Lide refused to cooperate with them and shouted, "Falun Dafa is good!" About four policemen forcibly pushed him into a police car and sent him to Wutai Town Police Station. At the station, policemen told Jiang that if he was willing to write a "Guarantee Statement," he would be released. Jiang Lide did not cooperate with the policemen and just said, "Falun Dafa is good!" He has been transferred to Dehui City Police Department.

Policeman Li Xiuyou from Wutai Town Police Station cooperated fully with Jiang Zemin's group to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. He actively took part in all actions related to the arrest of Falun Gong practitioners, and he also led policemen to the homes of practitioners. In 2002, when Jiang Lide was attending a wedding, Li Xiuyou deceived him into going outside and arrested him. Jiang Lide was illegally sentenced to two years in a forced labor camp.
