Mr. Zhao Baozhuang, a Practitioner from Changge City, Henan Province, Arrested Again

(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Zhao Baozhuang, a Falun Dafa practitioner and businessman from Changge City, Henan Province, was arrested the morning of August 21, 2007, at his scale store by police from the 610 Office, Yima City, Henan Province. Mr. Zhao had been under surveillance by police of the 610 Office for quite some time. His printer, notebook computer, and truth clarification materials were all confiscated. At present, the location of his detention is unknown.

Mr. Zhao Baozhuang, who became a Falun Dafa practitioner in 1998 was arrested the first time in February 2001 by the 610 Office of Mianchi City for distributing fliers clarifying the truth about Falun Dafa. Mr. Li Yuwei, at that time,was the director of the 610 Office He now works as a spy in the National Security Bureau of Sanmenxia City, Henan Province. Police of the 610 Office confiscated Mr. Baozhuang's television, VCDs and other items. They still have not been returned to him. Li Yuwei detained Mr. Zhao in the Detention Center of Mianchi County for over 13 months, but was not able to convict Mr. Zhao Baozhauang. After the failed conviction, Li Yuwei extorted 2000 yuan from Mr. Zhao's family.

Mr. Zhao Baozhuang was arrested a second time at the weigh-scale store in July 2003 by 610 officials of Yima City and Mianchi County. The 610 Office of Mianchi County and the Chamber of Commerce ransacked another store of Mr. Zhao's. At the same time, they formed an alliance with the Department of education and threatened all the middle schools to expel Mr. Zhao's two children or the principal of the school will be fired. Mr. Zhao's two children had to return to their hometown of Changge City for schooling. Li Yuwei also attempted to force Mr. Zhao's wife to leave him. Under the despotic power of Li Yuwei, Mr. Zhao's wife was forced to surrender their prosperous business to others and returned to Changge City. After being detained for one month in the Detention Center of Mianchi County, Mr. Zhao was sentenced to two years and was sent to the Xuchang City Forced Labor Camp of Henan Province where Mr. Zhao was subjected to various forms of torture.

On New Year's Eve of 2005, Mr. Zhao Baozhuang returned home from the labor camp. Due to the loss of income from his business, the daily living expenses of his family had became a big problem. so Mr. Zhao Baozhuang went to Guanyintang Town, Shan County, Henan Province to start a new weigh-scale business. Shortly after his new business got started, he was arrested for the third time by the 610 Office of Yima City, Henan Province.
