A Short Story: "I Quietly Made the Phone Call to Withdraw From the CCP"

(Clearwisdom.net) When I am explaining the facts about Falun Gong and promoting withdrawal from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliations, I hand out fliers, mail letters, or talk face-to-face with people. The results have been good. However, I'm never sure if the people who receive the materials actually go on the web or make the telephone call and withdraw from the CCP.

One day I went shopping in a nearby supermarket. Coincidently I met Lao Li, a previous co-worker, who showed joy and self-confidence when he saw me. We shook hands and started talking about withdrawing from the CCP. I whispered into his ear, "Let me give you a very good tip. Withdraw from the Party, and regularly say to yourself: 'Truthfulness, Benevolence, and Forbearance are good,' and 'Falun Dafa is good.'" He nodded, smiled, and responded, "I have already done so! I saw a phone number on the fliers that you were handing out and quietly made the call to withdraw from the CCP."

In the past Lao Li had expressed righteous thoughts in many ways. During a previous chat about the evil CCP, while we were with a group of people, he said, "The Party's policy is like the moon--it changes on the first and the fifteenth of every month. At that time, I thought: He may have already read the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party.

From this I have concluded that we must pay attention to people with whom we have a predestined relationship. When I met Lao Li he told me that he quit the party on his own. Master Li used this opportunity to tell us to be confident about handing out truth-clarification materials that can save sentient beings. All the things that Master told us to do are the most sacred. Any lack of confidence or suspicion about them are attachments and interference, which should be firmly eliminated.
