News of Delaware County: Celebrating the Chinese New Year this weekend

Experience one of the largest celebration of Chinese culture in the world when the Chinese New Year Spectacular kicks off its international tour with five shows at the Merriam Theater this Friday through Sunday.

"Each year I sit there in amazement, just awed by the dancing, scenery and vibrant animated backdrops," says Havertown resident Lily Sun, director of community outreach for the Greater Philadelphia Asian Culture Center.
