My Health Was Restored after a Tumor Was Eliminated

(Clearwisdom.net) I'm an average woman, 57 years of age. My mother used to say that I had been sick ever since I was a little girl. When I was eight, my mother took me to a hospital where I was diagnosed with tuberculosis. I used to cough every day, and I always felt like something was stuck in my throat. I never had a meal without experiencing a runny nose or coughing up mucous. My condition persisted until 1997 when I was fortunate enough to encounter Falun Dafa. As a result of my cultivation, I experienced dramatic changes, and my body was purified. In particular, my nose stopped running, and I was no longer coughing up mucous. I also looked so much younger that people thought I was only in my thirties.

My health returned to its former state, however, because I soon went astray. I had strong attachments and did not cultivate diligently, and I also experienced persecution by the Chinese Communist regime. Once again, my nose would run, and I was constantly coughing up mucous. But with the help and encouragement of my fellow practitioners, I gained a better understanding of what it meant to assist Teacher in Fa-rectification, and I began to practice genuine cultivation diligently. My health gradually improved, although I still experienced a runny nose on occasion.

On August 8, 2008, it was a very hot day, and I began to experience a runny nose again, along with intermittent coughing. I was not concerned about it and felt that I was responding properly. But by the night of August 11, my condition had become much worse, so I began to take it seriously. I asked myself, "Isn't this the evil interfering with me and persecuting me?" So I sat and sent forth righteous thoughts. I humbly asked Teacher to help His disciple to completely disintegrate all the dark minions, the rotten ghosts, the specter of the evil Communist Party, the old forces, and all the meddling deities that were persecuting my body from the most microscopic level. "The Fa rectifies the cosmos; the evil is completely eliminated." After I had sent forth righteous thoughts, I felt something in my nose. I held one nostril shut and blew through the other nostril four or five times. All of a sudden, a dark gray, oily, shiny, egg-yolk-sized tumor flew out of my nose and into my palm. I was dumbfounded. How could a big tumor like that stay in my nose for several decades?

At the time I did not know what to do, so I immediately threw it into a garbage can. I heard a loud "bang" as if a heavy rock had just fallen. I felt that I just had to get rid of it as soon as possible. But after I had collected my thoughts, I understood that Teacher had gotten rid of the evil that had plagued me for several decades, and that he had done so to save my life. Had I not been a Falun Dafa practitioner, I would have been dead. I did not know how to express my gratitude to Teacher. I told my husband over and over, "It was Teacher who got rid of that tumor for me. It was Teacher who saved my life." My husband nodded in agreement. What was even more miraculous was that my runny nosed also stopped completely.

Through this incident, my family members changed their attitude toward Falun Dafa. Previously, my daughter-in-law would not let me see my grandchildren, fearing that I would tell them about Falun Dafa. But now she is willing to let her children visit me. My husband used to worry when I would explain the truth about Falun Dafa to people. But now he does not interfere with me and does not complain, no matter how long I stay out.

This incident fully demonstrated the miraculous and extraordinary power of Dafa. It also helped me realize that we should have strong faith in Teacher and in the Fa, practice genuine cultivation diligently, and do the three things well. In this way, we will save more sentient beings, become worthy of Teacher's compassionate salvation, and have our bodies completely purified and transformed.
