Mr. Ding Dongting, 38 years old, lives in Hongguang Village, Yueyang City, Hunan Province. On March 5, 2008, he was arrested at his home by Jiang Chao, Fu Wei and other policemen from the National Security Team of Louqu Police Department in Yueyang City because he practices Falun Dafa. His home was also searched.
Ding Dongting has an 11-year-old daughter and a 4-year-old son. Following his arrest, his wife and two children have had no income for eight months. They are in great financial trouble.
