Ms. Yin Qiuyang and Ms. Yin Lanying from Huaihua City, Hunan Province were illegally sentenced by the Hecheng District to three years' imprisonment. It is the third time that Ms. Yin Qiuyang has been arrested and persecuted by the Chinese Communist Party. Ms. Yin Lanying has been detained at least five times.
